Nice enough bedside manner, however, throroughness and communication of care is lacking. She doesn't communicate well with radiologists before talking to the patient after MRI results, refuses to do video or phone visits but speaks through her nurse over the phone instead of getting on the phone herself and having said nurse parroting whatever she said while you are placed on hold. Dr Havlik was on time and to me that’s very important not only that she was very Pleasant , She listen, she answer all my questions. I would recommend her to family and friends.
