Dr. Battles is so personal, able to ask great questions that my child can answer. She prepared him for next steps and assured him along the way. No surprises with Dr. Battles, she made a sore ear feel a lot better! She was great.

I took my daughter for urgent issue. She was very friendly and addressed all our concerns.

We visited Dr. Battles a few days ago with my 4.5 year old and she made him feel very comfortable with the exam and when discussing treatment. She was patient and took the time to listen to the issue and gave appropriate feedback and care.

My precious baby girl wasn’t feeling so well and I couldn’t get her in to see her primary doctor but I was able to go to the support center. Dr. Battles was so amazing with my daughter. She helped to calm her down when she was worried about the doctor looking in her ears. Dr. Battles played along with her to help her get comfortable and she answered all my questions as well as my husbands...she never made us feel like our concerns was nothing. Overall, Dr. Battles is an amazing doctor and so good at making the little ones comfortable. She’s great at what she does.

Dr. Heather Battles is an excellent doctor and attended to our 2 and a half year old with great care and concern.He had a viral infection and was not eating or drinking much for over 2 days.She spent a good amount of time addressing our concerns and gave us an accurate estimate of his recovery time frame. Her examination went very smooth and our little guy was quite cooperative under her care.We went to the clinic with a crying fussy toddler and walked out with a smiling cheerful one. Thanks to
