Very friendly staff and incredible doctor! I went in for my first root canal. I was very anxious for the visit since everything I’ve been heard about root canals is to expect a lot of pain. There was no pain (just a little discomfort because obviously they will drill your teeth). I can’t stress this enough: Dr Hamad has a light touch and has excellent bedside manner, along with Judy the dental assistant. Staff was very professional. Everything was explained to me in detail. Root canal was painless!

Dr Hamad is the best ! The office is clean , the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He has state of the art equipment, the treatment chair massages your back ! That’s such an added bonus . Dr Hamad explains the procedure every step of the way ,constantly making sure you are comfortable . He is down to earth, easy to talk to , and very good at what he does . Great experience. Courteous and professional staff.explained every thoroughly. Minimal discomfort was addressed quickly. Very minor discomfort once novocaine wore off which was alleviated with 2 Tylenol. Would highly recommend. Will recommend to anyone needing a root canal.

I was recently referred here for further evaluation because my dentist thought I needed a root canal. This was the best dental experience I've had in my life!! The customer service was great they even went as far as providing me with estimated costs before my visit. Dr Hamad was great I like him a lot very gentle and informative the lady who wanted payment was very rude and nasty telling me to leave because my credit card was declined due to bank error at one point she snickered at me. It was all figured out when another card was given she never apologized for the way she acted. The way she treated me was just nasty she needs to learn to have compassion and have patience with people if I wasn’t already numbed up I would of walked out I’ll never go back there again because of this she embarrassed me

I look forward to my three hour commute from the Southern Tier because Dr. Hamad and his staff are simply the best in the business. No drive is too far for peace of mind.

I went in today for my first root canal. I am 25 and never had a shot in my mouth. I am 8 months pregnant and in a lot of pain and high anxiety of the dentist. The team was so friendly with me just walking in. Once the doctor came in, his whole demeanor was calm and friendly and just reassured me he knew what he was doing. He gave me a boost since I didn’t eat not knowing what to expect, he explained everything as he was doing it for me and constantly checked on me that I was doing alright throughout. The root canal was done in 20 mins! No pain for the numbing shots nor for the actual procedure. I no longer fear the dentist because of this man and would trust him with anything I needed done. Afterwards he answered any questions I had about care for it and even gave me his personal cell number in case something came up after hours as my general dentist never called me back when I had an emergency situation with pain. This is definitely not a scam. He is the absolute BEST there is

I don't want to say I really enjoyed my time there because after all it was a root canal. However, the staff was proficient and friendly. The office is convenient, clean and comfortable. Best of all, Dr. Hamad was great at explaining the procedure and was very likable. Minimal pain and quickly over. The Staff at AEB were wonderful, pleasant and professional. The whole process was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Hamad was wonderful he does excellent work and I was not feeling any pain post anesthesia I would totally recommend AEB if someone is in need of a root canal.

Dr. Hamad was wonderful- I left my root canal very happy HOWEVER there has been an issue with my insurance and the secretary has been incredibly unprofessional screaming at me over the phone on how past due the bill was. I have gone out of my way to correct the issue with my insurance but screaming at clients doesn't make the situation any better. If I were Dr. Hamad I'd certainly alleviate this person of her duties. I've been there twice for root canals. Both times it went very smoothly. Dr. Hamad explains every step of the process.

Very courteous staff. Dr. Hamad went out of his way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible for the procedure. He explained what he was doing as the procedure was performed. I was very impressed with the clinical technology in his office. I highly recommend his services.

This office sent me a bill after two years and claimed the insurance company would not cover the charge. Claims cannot be submitted after one year.

My first and last visit at this office. My experience started out very good, but then went downhill from there. When I questioned a couple of things like my vertigo that I experienced after the procedure and hematoma on my face I did not get a response or explanation. Never have I experienced this and it was very unsettling to me. Thank goodness I had to do a follow up with my regular dentist who took the time to explain why this happened.
