All I care about is Dr.Mousli he cared for me for about 3yrs. When he decided to goout on his oen I suffered at the hands of my insurance Humana long as he was affiliated with Lake Wales Hospital he was ok but when he went out on his own they claim it took 2yrs to evaluate him to pick a Dr out of their pool Dr Mousli had my trust you dont wsnt just anyone dealing with your Shots in your neck or spine Had been apatient over 6yrs. Its always chaotic because people that wanted a shot was not schefuled anf just got in the way the staff that took care pf me was always courteous and professional Im looking to get back in they have people just walk in and feel they are privileged and its not sbout race they want it yesterday but just csuse chaos

Very friendly and awesome staff the dr is a nice guy. He didn’t talk much but that’s ok neither do I. I saw the nurse always . But he seems like he knows his stuff because my seizures are calm and not active Praise Jesus! And Nurse Milka is awesome she is always very friendly and understanding. She helped me get my drivers license back. Thanks Nurse Milka. God bless the staff at Brain spine and sleep institute for all the good work they do to help us live a long and healthy life. And thanks to the Epilepsy foundation for funding my dr visits. Because I’m broke, I’m not poor, poor is a mentality. To quote Dave Chappelle. I need to call for an appointment I need more meds. The staff is nice when You can reach them. Dr Hassan M. Mousli is very rude, at least to me he was. He wouldn’t listen at all the entire time. I had to stop him from pontificating over and over to tell him basic info since he would not listen to me, and to make matters worse and to add insult to injury, he then tried to explain away all of my problems before even listening to what I had to say, yet the problems persisted even before the incidences in his assumptions about me and my medical case, funny how that works, and I made sure to tell him so. He kept making assumptions about my case the entire time! instead of asking the most basic of questions. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had, with any Doctor in my entire life of 36 years with no exaggeration. I recommend others do not use this office for their care if possible. No wonder they are so desperate for referrals. I will be going back, but only to have the most mundane of testing done since I have to get it there via a referral. i been with Dr. Mousli for 2 months now and have no regrets Dr. Mousli is the kindest, sympathetic, and patient man He listens and asks me questions as to my concerns and needs. He is a very quiet and humble man. I have a family member that is a patient. They no longer except the insurance so they changed the insurance. For there visit they paid cash. They sent there prescription for his pain meds to the pharmacy but the insurance doesn't want to pay for 30 days they called the insurance and got a number for the office to call so he can get his medication. He has been back to the office everyday for the past week. When he went yesterday they told him he could not talk to the office manager. They told him everyone is with a patient. He told them I'm a patient also and can't get my meds. The lady in the front told him he just has to wait. He has now been without meds for one week. He did what they asked and they don't seem to care about the patient's. This is truly sad from q doctors office. They wait till his appointment was one week away to tell him he need a new insurance, annew referral. Very disappointing for family with chronic pain. Would not recommend ???? Yes he was a good Dr. But when went in to own practice. I don't think he worked hard enough to keep his patients. I feel like I was just no big loss. There will be more to replace what we lost Is how he thought

See him every 3 months for my sleep study and to adjust my CPAP machine

He was very thorough. His office scheduled me for two in office tests and one referral.

Dr mouslis' knowledge is great AND I love him as my Dr, no complaint with him .......but his office staff leaves alot to be desired. 9 out of 10 times you call you and can not get anyone to answer the phone, I've tried late in the day, first thing in the mornings and all thru the day MULTIPLE times and the ONE time somebody does answer they are too busy talking to other staff members laughing and talking, or talking to other patients while you are on the phone????. And NEVER get a return phone call no matter how many messages u leave! If you need something or even to ask a simple question this is an office you HAVE to drive to if you want to speak to ANYBODY. I'm currently looking for a new Dr which is sad only because you can not reach the office for ANYTHING and I can not just jump in the car and drive there Everytime I need something or to just ask a questions. I'm blessed to have found Dr Musli, I was in a wheelchair when I first saw him then went to a walker now I'm just using a cane. He's kind & caring, So is his staff. Thank you Hasan!

Only injections

This office is the worst office ever in history. They are disrespectful, uneducated and, un professional. I went there with a family member. This family member is having leg problems with numbing sensation. And neck pain (stiffness). They continually asked about back pain. HELLO THERE IS NO BACK PAIN. Then they offered physical therapy. So, your going to give someone physical therapy without knowing what is wrong with them. There are many conditions in which you can not give physical therapy because it can worsen the condition. Then offered back injections also without knowing what is wrong with them. Meanwhile, they kept mentioning how "difficult" my insurence is and they are hard to "deal with". Very unprofesional. This was all with the nurse practicioner. When the docor comes I am hopeful for something better with answers and no coments about my insurence yet, it is the compleate opposite. The patient had an x-ray of the lumbar spine which and was told by a rheumatologist that there was no arthritis the docor "assumes" it is arthritis after telling him repedetly that it isn't. I was the interpreter and I once again stated "it is not arthritis". These are the doctors words. "And do you know what arthritis is" " yes I do" "what is it" "inflammation of the joints" oh okay. He tried to prove that I didnt know what I was talking about. Once again they had came here for LEG PAIN. Might I add I am a medical assistant so yes, I know what arthritis is. I’ve never had an issue with getting in, but getting anyone to return a simple phone call is very frustrating. After several messages being left and not returned, I’m going to the office personally to get my records and find another physician. I would not recommend this facility.

The receptionist are rude and you have to drive to the office cause they never pick-up the phone.

Being going for a few months or so...I’ve had the back injections...still having pain...it’s like all they want to do is milk ur insurance and say the hell with ur pain... I have been with this doctor for 2 months. Got injections for the 1st time almost 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have been hurting 10x worse since the injections.Injections were done on a Monday. Tried calling the Thursday of that week to let them know pain was worse and was told someone would call me back for 2 weeks was told three times someone would call me back noone ever called rest of time I called which was everyday nobody would answer phone or return phone calls. Been two months and the staff says they still haven't received my referral and now they tell me they don't have my insurance information. I faxed and and my primary has faxed what they need and still can't get an appointment made! ????????????????????????????????

This doctor has absolutely the worst bedside manner. He automatically assumed AND TOLD me i was a junkie because i am in pain mgmt. He then predcribed unbeknownst to me some cream and ibuprofen. He did not listen to any of my concerns and would not allow me to get a word in.

I have had established pain management thru reputable Doctors for years. This doctor does not continue controlled management and will treat you like a junkie. I arrived, nobody seemed to have my records or was interested in finding them. They also refuse to put what they are telling you in writing it was a very odd visit.

I go up to window and I'm ignored for 15 minutes while office staff eats, plays with their cell phones and talks on the phone. My wife goes up and waits. Ignored. Seems as though the office staff doesn't care what's going on or who has to take off work to bring you. He's amazing and so is Milka, the nurse practitioner. I have been a patient of Dr. Mousli for almost 2 years now; and have ONLY good things to say about him. He is very kind and considerate of any concerns I may have on that visit. He is thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Yes, there have been times that I have had to wait a while before I am called in to see him; but the sincere devotion and dedication to MY needs once I am in the room OUTWEIGH the time I had to wait. In my opinion, waiting is a small price to pay. As for his office staff....I LOVE DAWN!!! She is a joy to be that person to work his patients up. She LISTENS. Dr. Mousli is awesome. I was so scare of getting needles. But he made me feel so comfortable. When he started putting the injections I did not feel it. While putting the injections he was talking to me. That when he was done I was shocked that I didn't feel pain. Thank you and your staff for caring. They are so professional. I've been seeing Dr Mousli for four years, and just have to say he's a great doctor! He genuinely cares for his patients, he takes time out to get to know them, he listens and he does what he can to help. Dr. Mousli is great. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and i highly recommend him to anyone i know. I'm a RN and his medical knowledge is far beyond that of a normal neurologist. He is also board certified in pain management, sleep, and i think neuropsychology. This is nothing short of amazing seeing that most physicians are only specialized in one area and not in three because of the amount of education and time it takes to complete that education. He's has always gotten me into the my appt within 20 min or so. I feel very comfortable with him and all his staff. I feel like family when I'm there. The only problem I've had is with getting someone to return my phone calls. His staff recently has been alot better in the last 6 months about answering and returning my phone calls that's why i didn't give them a four star rating because they improved immensely so they deserve that extra star. I overly love this office. The staff here are beyond nice and Dr. Mousli is amazing. The wait time for an appointment took about a month but it was so worth it. I can do without the wait time to be called in the room though but I understand why. Dr. Mousli does not rush and he takes the time to explain the answer to any questions you may have and in a way that you understand. I seen a lot of reviews that say they do not answer the phones. Everytime that I have been in there office their phones have been nonstop ringing. Whenever I do not get an answer someone always calls me back by the end of the day. I don't know the girls at the front by name but they always make me feel welcomed. I have had the pleasure of talking with Renee one on one and she went above and beyond to help me with my insurance and explaining how everything works. It will be sad to see her go. Dr. Mousli is a great doctor and the staff that assistant him with injections are wonderful! It's the rest of the staff that are awful, the office staff are rude! Don't bother calling because you will never talk to a human being, and though it states they will call you back in 24-72 hours, that time NEVER comes! BUT HERE IS A SECRET TO GET THEM TO ANSWER YOUR CALL!!! IT DRIVES THE OFFICE CRAZY!! MAKE YOUR CALL, LET IT ANSWER, IMMEDIATELY HANG UP WHEN THE VOICE RECORDING STARTS, AND REDIAL, KEEP DOING THIS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE DONE IT 30 TIMES! IT IS RINGING IN THE OFFICE. THEY WILL BE PISSED, but who cares! I have had more appts cancelled due to no referrals that Mousli's staff swears up and down they sent the request to my PCP to. Of course they didn't and they don't let me know until the morning of my appt. Best part is, the day before they sent me a reminder!!!!! There are NEVER any appts available until 2-3 months out, then the staff highly overbook, and you have to wait 3-4 hours minimum, so make sure those cell phones are fully charged! They are so organized, and listen so well that they are the cause of making me chose this month which medication I am not taking!!!!!!!!! I AM 100% SURE DR. MOUSLI IS NOT AWARE OF THIS!!! Last month they were suppose to submit my paperwork to a medication assistant program. I had completed everything they needed, I had everything organized for them, the nurse even said and showed me she had it on her desk for the dr to sign. NEVER DONE. I had to have my PCP write an emergency script for this seizure med, and the cost was off the chart! THANKS STAFF!!! IT'S NOT YOU THAT HAS TO WORRY ABOUT SEIZING OR HOW TO PAY FOR IT. THEN I run out of my Narcolepsy meds, but can't fill that, because no refills, appt was cancelled, but I can't afford to pay that along with seizure med, same price. So it doesn't matter. When it comes to the meds, it is only fair to say, Dr. Mousli, Prescribes what he wants the patients to take. After that, it is left in the hands of the nurses! The print out the scripts, they fax to the Pharmacy, they are the ones that call the insurance companies if it needs an authorization, they are the ones who also call the pharmacy. (I'm a nurse), The Portal was awesome when it first started, now it's just like the phone system. I really believe Dr. Mousli does not know how his office is being handled because he a very knowledgeable, caring, gentle doctor. So when writing a bad review about "Dr. Mousli", be specific, it's not him, unfortunately, it's everything that surrounds him. For well over a year I have been forced to use a CPAP with a broken humidifier due to the inefficiency of this place. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right is doing. Started with showing up for a sleep study they didn't bother to send a technician for.

i like Dr. Mousli & his nurse practitioner Milcah Grace S. Caculitan. Dr. Mousli is very professional & has always tired to help ease my pain, not only by medication, but injections too. His office staff works diligently to get you in and out. Many times the phone system is not working properly but that's Lake Wales Hospital for you. Dr. Mousli is Simply One of The Best.

this office is an utter failure filled with incompetent morons. i called the office 3 times in march. the first time, they said to leave a voice mail and they'd get back to me within 72 hours. didnt get back to me. the second time, i called and left a voice mail that said they didnt get back to me after a week and waited for them to call me back. the third time, dailed for another department to tell them they didnt get back to me, that it was ridiculous they didnt get back to me either time and finally set an appoinment because i refused them the opportunity to hang up. i was given an appointment may 19th, because they were "booked solid" every day for until then. then i had 3 confirmations. 2 by phone, and one by text for my appointment yesterday, and in neither of these six times with communication was there any indication to the location i'd be going, only their assumption that people would know their phone number that's attached to all their locations are for their "main office" in lake wales which isnt indicated at all either and "we are in the bartow office only on tuesdays" is not indicated on any of the sites i can find information about them attached to that phone number. i also was greeted to their voicemail when i called them yesterday, it took a second phone call and calling a different department to ask why their office doors were locked. if you want to waste your time, and are already dealing with stress because of your sleep issues be my guest. i recommend dialing a different department, like billing. beucase they want your money, just not make any effort to get it. they were not able to take me in 5/19 at their lake wales location because they were "booked solid." but set me an appointment for 2 weeks later which i will not show up to, because i was able to set an appointment within minutes this morning at a more competent health care facility this coming monday (3 days after their waste of my time) they are buffoons. do not waste your time. this has been the most infuriating experience i've ever had with a facility. completely unprofessional. this office is an utter failure filled with incompetent morons. i called the office 3 times in march. the first time, they said to leave a voice … More

Staff!!!! Had an appt today, staff waited until yesterday morning to send info to my insurance company! Then right before noon called me and said my appt was cancelled because they haven't heard back from insurance... Well duh! And what the hell is up with the phone? I have been seeing doc mousli for almost 3 years now and have nothing but good to say he has been very understanding about my condition and is willing to work with me to find what works for me although getting through to them by phone is tough at times got nothing but good to say about doc mousli

Dana Graig I don't know what are you talking about,,,I've been with Dr Mousli since 2010 yes he's a very good Dr and nice, I love him otherwise I wouldn't be still with him...but his office has issues , you can never get through anyone and it takes months to schedule an appt

To those who's said rude things and complaining then go find some one else and stop bitching more then likely its you maybe you was having a bad day or didn't get what you wanted I adore every single person who works with and at Dr Hasan Mousli office I have never had to wait long 30 minutes or less .I always can get a appointment with no problem when I call about any thing I trust in him and his staff and they are always very caring understanding and he is very gentle never have any problems with anything he's done I barely could walk and thanks to his gentle injections I'm able to hold my baby and play with my kids I can get out of bed with no help so I want to say thank you for being the most gentlest wonderful kind outstanding terrific spectacular professional understanding magnificent people Doctor Hasan M Mousli you. I required a sleep study, for one week I called daily to see if it had been scheduled, finally gave up and drove down to the office to find all of the women deeply engrossed in conversations and magazines. Then tonight I had the sleep study which could not be completed as scheduled because the man who performs the study was over three hours late arriving at the hospital.
