Dr. VanDell is AMAZING. He is truly a blessing to my wife, baby, and I. He is kind, knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. By far the best doctor we have ever had. Thank you.

I used to love Dr Van Dell, but his staff is absolutely horrible. I finally became pregnant after 9 years of trying, so his office ran labs to monitor me. After one of the sets of labs, I got a voicemail that said they wanted to confirm I was miscarrying, and to have a nice day. No one had even mentioned my pregnancy was at risk before that, and then to tell me to have a nice day? When I told them that had upset me, they just didn't care. No apology. The sonar tech left bruises on me from how hard she was pushing down on my pelvis. When she informed me I had miscarried, again, no sorry for your loss, just "you can get dressed and a nurse will come get you." I ended up with an infection because my body wouldn't expel the miscarriage, and he wouldn't ok an abortifacent. My other doctors were the ones who ended up caring for me in the aftermath. We can't even get records from their office, even though they've been requested multiple times. There's just no response at all.

Dr. Van Dell isn’t bad, he’s got good bed side manners but he loves to talk about himself a lot and we end up wasting my appointment time. He is a very busy man so I think his nurses need to be more alert and on top of stuff but they were the least caring nurses I’ve ever encountered with.

I was anxiously awaiting the results of a breast biopsy taken on Jan 3rd. I was told 2-3 days for results. The lab signed the case out on Jan 4th and faxed it at 5:00 the same day. I didn’t expect them to call me Thursday as the office was probably closing. But I did not hear from him or his staff on Friday, so that meant waiting through the weekend. On Monday, still no call so I went into the office and they had it. They had the report since Thursday and never called. Very anxiety ridden time.

One of the most personable doctors I've ever met, seems to truly care about his patients. Any time I had a concern or question, he was easy to reach and always put my mind at ease. He's there for his patients and doesn't make them feel like morons or like we're bothering him When we ask questions.
