Dr. Sethi is very personable, efficient, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. This is important especially when the EMG procedure is a bit uncomfortable.

There is no doubt he's a brilliant neurologist. HOWEVER, he constantly cancels appointments to go to India. And you have to wait for an appointment a long time. He dropped me as a patient because something came up unexpectedly for me. The appointment I couldn't make had a two month wait. I can't believe how many times I had to reschedule because HE wasn't going to be there....and the staff was rude and ignorant when they told me he wouldn't see me anymore. I cancelled ONE appointment because I had an unforeseen emergency...He constantly cancelled and I had to reschedule many times. The staff is just plain rude. If you want to deal with cancellations and rescheduling because he's not there, by all means go to him. I'm giving him five stars for treating me with skill and knowledge....ZERO stars for staff and constant cancellations by him.

Absolute worst place to go. They dont care about their patients at all. My son was put on a medication that ended him up in the emergency room. Called to let them know about it, and nurse didn't seem to be that concerned. After 3 weeks of him being off medication he was still having the side effects, and I called office and left message, and they dont call you back. They also canceled his appointment by letter and didn't bother to schedule him a new one. How can you treat people this way and still have a practice? Absolute worst place to go. Terrible Experience, no need to discuss anything as he will know what is wrong with you before your visit.

Rushed, poor communication, knows problem before any testing is performed.

Very friendly and informative. Best Neurologist I have had so far.

I have been to a few neurologists and have been treated like I was an idiot every time. Dr. Sethi took time to listen to me, he heard my concerns and worked with me to find a medication that controlled seizures without leaving me feeling like an emotionless shell of a human. I highly recommend Dr. Sethi, he made a huge difference for me.

Dr Sethi was knowledgable, patient and helpful

Visited Dr. Sethi on referral to get recommendations for specific therapy after a brain injury. He did not look at records or test results performed by other docs clearly indicating physical damage (I hand carried these as his office didn’t get them transferred) and after maybe two minutes of questions (no physical exam), told me that my issue was a “women’s stress problem” and to see a psych. Went back to my referring doc and they were stunned. Find a real doc, don’t waste time here.

If you want someone to listen to you and not completely dismiss your problems then you better find a different doctor. Talking down to someone and not willing to offer any guidance is a disservice to patients.
