Dr. Yeates is by far the best physician I've ever had. He explains everything to me in layman terms. He is never rushed and listens to all my concerns.

This is the first time a doctors office has called me for a post-op appointment! Dr. Yeates really makes you feel cared for. He takes an interest in his patients and follows them closely when needed the most.

I always feel like both the Nurses and Dr. Yates are really listening to me and my needs. Dr. Yates goes above and beyond to explain and make sure that I understand what he has told me and what the treatment plan is. I never feel rushed. He is probably the best Dr. I have had in a long time.

Well I have no problem with nothing my primary doctor and staff, wonderful. Concerned courteous and keeps up with things make phone calls to you when things are needed it's just a wonderful staff I have nothing bad out of it excellent for everything.

My first appointment with Dr. Yates went well. He was very easy to talk to or ask questions. He has an open and friendly demeanor and listened to my concerns carefully before offering thoughtful answers.

Staff have become rude, with an “Oh well” attitude about patient health. There is no plan in place to offer refills on needed medication when the dr. is out of town, causing patient to become very sick. Will be finding new office.

Dr Yeates deserves a five star rating. He’s personable, nonjudgmental, funny, and most importantly extremely smart. I’m glad I found him.

I called this office multiple times to try and make an appointment. Most offices call back the next business day. Nothing from them. I suggest calling a different provider.

When I went to see Dr yeates I was impressed I told him I use to take gabepitin but didn't seem to be getting the affects of the medication anymore so before than I couldn't afford Lyrica he wanted to prescribe me Lyrica I told him 200 3times a day he said he would not do that for two reasons one he does not prescribe any higher than that due to overdosing and for his license so I left I came into his office again still would not. I told him two a day was not enough to treat my nerve pain and my depression and anxiety order so then he prescribed me adderol 20 mg which is protocal I had taken in the past before so after the first month I called to have that filled than I had him up dose it to 30 mg immediate release so he can updose that but he can't updose my Lyrica he told me to go to the pain Dr well I still need my Lyrica and my car is down and my companion I'm taking care of is in a wheel chair were living on one budget and I can't even afford 40 bucks right now even with my insurance and everything has escalated to the top i i dont feel balance I don't feel stable. He told me I needed to get out whose going to get her in the bathroom whose going to change her diaper it's very difficult to try to get your medications changed around where ever you go. I just tried to make a new patient appointment and was annihilated with a round of offensive questions. A lot of questions surrounding medications - the person taking the call was Megan, it’s none of her business what medication a patient is taking or plans to take before they are even a patient. I just wanted to make an appointment. This appointment was merely trying to make it easier for our family to all be on the Sacred Heart system but to deal with a rude office like that we would rather all see different health providers. Saw Dr. Yeates and would have given him 1 star initially. 3 months later, realized he was right about my problem. Would definitely recommend.

Very thorough!!!! I credit him for being a pivotal part in saving my Dad’s life, and now I’m his patient as well. Even his staff is awesome!!!!!

Went to see Dr. Yates yesterday and was very impressed with him. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. His office staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him

I had a great experience with Dr Yeates. He took a carefully detailed history and listened which doesn't happen with many doctors. Not rushed at all. He responded to my portal questions quickly the following week. I highly recommend him

Never got the opportunity to get an appointment as a new patient because the person who answered the phone named Megan, was extremely rude, asked what medications my husband was taking, wanted to know why we were looking for a new dr, sounded VERY judgemental, then said they don’t take HMOs or Medicaid even after I verified with Humana that they do. She told me she won’t go through the 30 minute process unless I call my insurance again to confirm.
