Let’s just put it this way - as we say in the south, I came to Dr. Mikazans and the staff at Boca Medical Therapy a “Hot Southern Mess” (in bad shape) and I’m on my way to feeling more like I was after a day out sailing the waters around Key West; static/pain turned into dynamic/flow. These days, the fear of having to get up out of bed, or a low chair is low on my list of stressors and given the data I have gathered so far, I anticipate that we have reached the inflection point toward a progressive, upward trend. Dr. Mikazans’ considerable body of experience is reflected in his approach to my treatment, which to this point has held to respect my desire for a non - surgical intervention towards correction of my conditions. I am finding that the multi - faceted treatment plan enmeshing chiropractic, spinal decompression, neuro - muscular therapy and, quite frankly, “Good Common Sense”, have begun to pay off in spades. In addition to the clinical professionalism afforded by the staff, the atmosphere is quite convivial! This is a “pay - it - forward” kind of experience and I have passed along my good fortune to others in my community who are suffering from issues were a visit to Boca Medical Therapy could be the panacea for their ills! Super helpful and knowledgeable experience

The staff was so caring and professional and definutely helped my back spasms with several techniques. Definitely recommend this group.

Dr Harry is amazing he changed my life. I was in so much pain I thought it was arthritis for a moment but Dr. Harry took one look at my neck and determined it was inflammation and went to work right away. I was feeling better by my 2nd visit.

The place you need to go if you have back problems. Dr. Harry has worked with many top professional athletes. Helped me tremendously. Couldn't rotate when I walked in and I'm back to normal now. The staff are great. No waiting time. They work together really well.

Coming from someone who's 25 and never needed a chiropractor before, I was nervous on what to expect and the cost.. However Dr. Harry and his friendly staff made me feel at ease. They knew what was wrong and helped me out. I'd recommend him to my friends and family.

I had recent Spinal Surgery and I was still experiencing pain in my lower back. After going to Boca Medical Therapy and speaking to Dr. Harry, he prescribed a treatment of back massage and electric stimulus which relieved the pain in my lower back. After only 2 weeks of this treatment I was finally able to get off the pain killers.

I have been going to Dr Harry for over 15 years. He is a great diagnostician and has a team of massage therapists, a physical therapist and a Orthopedic MD on his staff. There is almost no injury they cannot address! I have been very satisfied.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Harry and his wonderful staff for year. Whatever I’m struggling with, they help me so much. The staff is professional, and Dr. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and caring!! Now my husband and daughter see him too, and they love going.
