Possible insurance fraud: Overcharged and not repaid. The annual physical exam was fine, however, I was charged on the same day for a second visit (which never actually happened). When I got the bill, I paid it. Later, my insurance company told me that I had been charged in error. I called the office and the billing department, but they currently refuse to issue a refund.
