Receptionist is very rude. I just called for appointment but he was very rushed and not helpful. He is very rude.

**Patients Beware** February 06, 2020, I came there for an office visit (9am) trying to find a new doctor. At 8:45am his office was closed and no lights were on. I called twice after 9am and got a VM. He finally showed up 30 minutes late as he sped by me in the parking lot as I was about to leave as he never return either my calls after 9am. He appeared as if he had just woken up and offered no apology or explanation. There was no office staff and everything he did was on an iPad. He wanted me as a patient and asked me to do checkup with him on a follow up visit and gave me instructions (where) to get blood work done. I left and cancelled my next appointment with him and never got my blood work done. It was a bad experience. I did eventually find a good doctor elsewhere and had a physical done just recently. A week later my new doctor charged me for the physical because Dr. Rehman charged my insurance for a full physical without ever doing one. I have called 4 times asking for him or his billing department to call me back on his answering machine and never received a return call. I also never received anything on my supposed physical. Probably because THERE NEVER WAS ONE done. I am now in dispute with my insurance company and they are investigating him. Shortly after posting this he called. Not sure if it was this post or my insurance company investigation. Hopefully I can put this "doctor" behind me once and for all. __UPDATE__HE WON'T GO AWAY Today, (7-27-2020) I got a four page letter in the mail from this initial office visit turned falsely into an annual physical. Funny how I am just now getting my results of this so-called "Physical" he did back on February 6th. Plus the results he claims on this physical show all he had to go on was my medical past history he had access to and the few questions he asked during our initial office visit. I am not disputing I visited your office, I am disputing what you claimed to have done for over 400 dollars. Do you normally wait over 5 and a half months to give the results of a physical to your patients, Haroon or is that an extra fee? In fact, I recall that you didn't even have the courtesy to turn the lights on in you office for my entire visit. Our entire conversation was by window light and the light of your iPad. I would suggest you rethink your position on this matter before it mushrooms into more than just a bad review. Maybe you have me confused with another patient since you don't even remember our visit at all and boast about how you have 100s of patients. I'd look elsewhere. He seems like a good doctor but don't expect any patient advocacy in terms of navigating insurance. 3 days after submitting my insurance information and 1 hour after our scheduled appointment, the doctor called to tell me that my insurance plan is too much of a hassle for him to work with. Why sign a contract with my insurance provider and list yourself on their website if you are unwilling to work with their patients? I'd look elsewhere. Great Doctor. He is really professional and care for patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rehman’s for about 8 months now and I can say that he has excellent bedside/virtual manner! He makes you feel a part of your care, he listens and has a sense of humor. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a internal medicine physician.

Great doctor!! Dr. Rehman is very compassionate and caring. Even during these chaotic times he goes the extra mile to ensure that my health questions and concerns are addressed. It amazes me how attentive he is, and the time he is willing to spend with his patients.

I love Dr. Rahman, whenever I visit him, he totally listens and understands the whole scenario about me before he begins to talk. He explains things very carefully and maintains the sequence. If I tell him any issue, he clearly explains the vulnerability of the condition and prescribes the appropriate labs and medication. He periodically checks back with me to know the condition. He is truly amazing and I trust him. No problem with billing and insurance, they did an excellent job with my insurance.

They cancelled my appointment 12 hours before I was supposed to be there then did not answer phone calls.

I’ve never had a Doctor drop me as a patient before ever seeing me. I picked the doctor because he states on his web page that he handles patients with diabetes and hypertension. But I guess he can afford to pick and choose his parents. So if you have more then a cold you best go elsewhere.

This doctor was telling me that he needs to charge me at least $200 for the visit based on medicare rule. I said but I don’t have medicare. He said, still I need to charge you or I could be liable for fraud. He thought I just jump off the boat. Beaware of this kind of Doctors that out to squeeze every dollar from your pocket. I left feeling worse than I did when I went in. I Felt very uncomfortable with the insensitive jokes, and his dismissive sense of humor. I was unable to Describe what I needed help with the way I felt would be beneficial to building a care plan without being cut off, over talked, and interrupted the entire time. He insinuated a lot of things about my life/ lifestyle. I Received a prescription and request for labs. Then the doctor panicked when I requested a fax number as it was needed by Cigna in order for them to verify I was seen by a doctor because the company I work for is huge and does not take doctors notes so they outsource. He pretty much said what he cannot and will not do. Even though He wrote a prescription for a drug to treat my symptoms, and I signed release forms. I’ve been suffering in silence and just when I built up enough courage to get help I felt I was let down. I literally returned to work the following day with low energy, unable to focus, and in tears. I also found out I was charged for the visit when I shouldn’t have been, and had to be reimbursed. Dr. Rehman showed how much he really cares, helped me with my problems. He is a great listener and physician.

Be aware! Dr. Rehman's office will charge you level 4 cost instead of level 2 cost when the visits are just follow ups and do not qualify as code 99214 (level 4). Level 4 visit means that the visit has to fulfill 2 of the 3 requirements (see below). During 2 of my follow up visits, he simply listened to my breathing and tap my abdomen and claimed that he did comprehensive physical examination. He also claimed that he did comprehensive history, which is a blatant lie because all he asked was if my previous medication from the last visit was working. How is that comprehensive? Fraudulent claims to hike up price to level 4 visits. BE AWARE. This is what a level 4 visit should look like: 1. Comprehensive history was documented with extended HPI (history of present illness), Complete ROS (review of systems) and Complete PFSH (past medical, family, social history). 2. Comprehensive physical exam (8 or more systems), Constitutional, Eyes, ENT, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, GI, Musculoskeletal, Neuro and Psych. 3. Complexity of Decision Making was Moderate complex based on 4 points for number diagnoses or treatment options, low amount of data reviewed and Moderate high risk ( prescription management). I’m your patient Dr. Rehman but your admin team had my incorrect address which resulted in not receiving the bills and eventually went to the collection agency and derogatory remarks on my credit. I found Dr. Rehman easy to chat with. He constantly cracked jokes and made me feel at ease. I liked the exchange and his candor. He seems honest and unpretentious. I will definitely be returning to his practice.

Dr. Rehman was very kind and personable. I came in to discuss a bad cough I’ve had, and he didn’t rush me at all. I felt like he actually cared to talk about all of the reasons I was getting sick and also educated me on how I can prevent this in the future. Dr Rehman is super sweet and hard working. He likes to make jokes and does what's best for everyone he treats. I noticed that he really cares about good practices, being genuine, and ensuring everyone gets the treatment they really need. Plus, his staff is super pleasant and they do their best to keep the wait room quiet and calm.

Very unprofessional with employees, overheard yelling in the back while in waiting room.

Doctor was almost 35 minutes late. Not at all felt like genuinely cares for you.I felt, he was trying to frighten me and make me uncomfortable, not sure what was his intention was.

His office very clearly engages in illegal billing practices. If I had any free time, I'd be reporting this office to authorities. Stay away!! Came for only a physical in which my insurance covers 100%. Dr checked my BP and vitals plus reviewed my paperwork. He did NO testing himself, in fact sent me elsewhere to get blood work complete. Had me return 2 weeks later to review the results and I waited outside a locked office for 30min until he arrived. After 5min of going over my results in the dark office I was done. He subsequently billed me for 2 office visits in which he did nothing other than take my BP. After talking to my insurance company it appears to be improper billing and him milking the charges. Most misleading Dr office I've ever been too. Avoid this place at all costs!! Stay away!! I have never seen as horrible customer service and inherent rudeness from a doctor and his staff. Not only did he speak bluntly, he made me very uncomfortable. His staff did not let me even get a meeting with the doctor until I paid upfront for a random test that I may or may not need. Then they forced me to come the next day for my prescription and made me pay again for a visit before they gave me a vital prescription I can't survive without. I have been relieved to FINALLY find a doctor that spends time with me AND seems very experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you 2/22 Been disappointed that the doctor keeps making us come when it's not needed. Like for an annual wellness right after he saw me because I was not feeling well. Like each time you get a blood test he makes you come back to the office to get the results. Lately I went to see him solely because I want to check on something that was hereditary in my family, had to go twice (one to get the prescription, one to debrief) but the lab did not do the specific test I needed, I called twice but there was no follow up. Today I was supposed to have an appointment but the doctor is out of the office... ok... but they did not call me to let me know, just sent an email. We moved here in January 2017. I googled the best area doctors. Imedicine and primary care Dr. Maroon Rehman at 3200 Talon Dr in Richardson was rated. I have seen him several times. He was always professional and inquisitive about my health. I missed two appointments recently and he called me personally yesterday to check on me. I have never had a doctor call me personally in my life. My son was in th car when he called me. After the call was over my son who wants to be a physician of some type said "I want to be a caring doctor like him." I was looking for a new primary care and an acquaintance of mine who is a nurse recommended Dr. Rehman. I am very happy to have found him. He really takes his time to listen and go through the patients history. So often I feel doctors rush through appointments, but Dr. Rehman is not that person. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rehman is excellent! We moved to Dallas last year and we spent a fair amount of time looking for a good Family Doctor and after a few trials, we finally found Dr. Rehman. He has helped me to get my pre-diabetes under control and with very simple treatment. Dr. Rehman is very friendly and professional. He doesn't rush his patients during visits, something very important for us. I highly recommend Dr. Rehman.

Careless and inhumane. This doctor first of all gets very paranoid if you ask him to fulfill other duties a PCP is supposed to do like dealing with your accident insurance etc. He does not want to get involved in anything other than doing you standard cookie cutter PCP procedures. When I discussed I was leaving my job he dropped me like a hot potato and didn't even bother asking me if I was going to be covered via COBRA or not. I am a heart/stroke patient and he left me without pills/prescription. Such doctors need to be sued for being all about money. Amazing how everyone gets into the greed trap, regardless of where they come from. Careless and inhumane. The best doctor I have ever met, patiently listens to me. Very friendly ! Was also interested in taking care of my other concerns other than for which I visited him. Dr Rehman is the kind of doctor people dream about. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and never keeps you waiting. I've been most impressed with him and his team. While I hope he never gets too busy, it would be a shame for others who are looking for a great internist to not know about him.

Dr. Rehman is Excellant - very knowledgeable and skilled physician. He is very caring, and deals nicely that makes patients feel comfortable and relaxed. He is so incredibly kind and he is available anytime you need him. Overall, Good Family Doctor!
