Dr. Haroon Ismaili

Doctor Ismail is the greatest oral surgeon. He has worked on my whole family at some point.most recently he got my husband in for an emergency tooth removal.he is compassionate and a very kind person.

Dr. Ismaili is the best oral surgeon around. He did my husband's 4th implant today has done whole upper and several lower implants for myself.he has also done 4 of my family members. We wouldn't go any where else.he is a very compassionate and professional doctor.

Great service and work!

The staff was friendly and very professional. Dr. Ismaili was very informative on the procedure. The procedure went perfectly. You can tell he and his staff really care about their patients. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Haroon, his assistants, and front office, are highly recommended! My son had 3 wisdom teeth removal surgery. Appointments were easy to make/change, with almost no wait time. Dr. Haroon met us a week prior to the procedure, provided detailed explanation of the future surgery, and kindly & patiently answered Q. His assistants also went over the details, financials, and before & after care. After surgery Dr. Harron escorted my son to the car, showed compassion & care, handed his personal contact information and answered Q. My son's recovery is quick, and according to Dr. Haroon predictions. We trust him and his remarkable service.

My experience with the team at Park Forest was amazing. They were kind and helpful from the beginning. The ladies in the front are very sweet and helpful. The facility is clean, classy and professional. Dr Ismaili did a great job extracting eight of my teeth. He was caring, quick and thorough. Lindsey was a great assistant to have and the recovery team was great as well. The whole team helped me feel calm and confident that I was in great hands from start to finish. Will always be my go to recommendation going forward.

SCAMMERS!! RUN! ZERO STARS!!! This office MISLEAD my husband into getting his two teeth pulled. After getting over 5K cash from my husband for 2 TWO teeth to be pulled at his appointment in March 2022. I have used him a few times for my kids Wisdom Teeth Removal. That was ok. His Prices have gone way up, Simply extractions and Implants are very expensive compared to other Oral Surgeons around. Like twice as much. Please get a second Opinion.

I had an Implant done. The staff was supportive and kind. I was very intimidated at first but the process in the end went smooth and easy. I even laughed after the anesthesia.

I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out plus 2 molar which the wisdom teeth ruined. Dr.Ismaili and everyone in the office were very professional. They made sure my surgery went well and checked on me to make sure there were no complications after surgery. Also the nurse helped me out to the car and it has been two weeks and my surgery sites look amazing and feel amazing!!! I was assigned Dr. Haroon Ismaili following a terrible accident that sent me to the hospital via ambulance. I was not informed that Dr. Haroon does not work with ANY insurance prior to the hospital sending him in for consult. During the consult he was absolutely horrendous with no bedside manner whatsoever. My entire nose had been shattered and I asked about potential results, follow up, etc. to which he replied "I'm not a plastic surgeon, I'm a trauma surgeon so my only job is to ensure that you don't die." He then directed me to fast as we would proceed with surgery at 8am the following morning and left. My husband and I felt very uncomfortable but didn't feel like we had many options available to us at that hour and given the urgency of the situation with me needing surgery. Therefore, I fasted which was difficult to do with taking medication and having little rest, only to find out at 8am from the nursing staff that he had never arranged the OR or the surgery. This is hands down the worst medical care I've ever received. I just had to pay his office $250 out of pocket to his office, despite having well-exceed our deductible for the year, for a worthless, misleading, and traumatizing conversation. I feel the doctor was always in a hurry and did not have any bedside manner whatsoever. One of the implants didn’t take the first time so he decided to try again right when he determined it didn’t take. He immediately gave me two shots to numb the area which was very painful. I moaned out loud and all he told me was to breathe through my nose. I’m glad this is over and if I ever need an oral surgeon again I will definitely go elsewhere. I had an implant done 10 years ago and went back recently to get two wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Ismaili does great work and makes you extremely comfortable. He even calls you him self the next day to make sure you are doing okay.

My daughter was able to have her wisdom teeth removed right before school on very short notice. Everything worked out pretty well. Information provided beforehand regarding cost and procedure was thorough. Front office, assistants and Doctor were very cordial. Thank you!

My experience at Park Forest Oral Surgery was wonderful. The surgeon and staff were extremely attentive, caring and professional in every way. I received good information, had well-done surgery and had follow up phone calls, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Ismaili for all patients.

Make sure you ask if the teeth are included in the consultation! After about $4000 out of pocket cost for 2 implants I found out that the crowns are not included. Unbelievable ripoff!!!!

Very attentive and friendly group! Only issue is they will only bill one insurance plan regardless of secondary coverage. They took great care of my daughter and called to follow up a few times after her extractions to make sure she was doing well. I would definitely recommend.

Rude receptionist (Yazmin) December 16. 2020. I have already submitted paperwork and requested appointments since November 30th. She REFUSES to set the appointment or look up the and insurance information I've already submitted via the web site November 30th. She typed a message to me in ALL CAPS saying she would not set the appointment without my information. That I filled it out online seems to escape her. I emailed her the copy of the new patient registration form I received from the site. After all this time I still can't get an appointment. Whatever you do, stay away from Park Forest Oral Surgery and Implant Center on I-20. The staff and procedures are terrible. I scheduled a tooth removal today. They said to not eat or drink, and bring someone with to drive me home. It can't be Uber or Lyft! Then they wanted $70 at the door. I was thinking that was too cheap for a tooth removal. Then they made me wait an hour, with my family waiting in the car. Then the x-ray. Then they asked me when to schedule the exam. I said I have my wife in the car that drove me, I have not eaten or drunk anything. It was clear to all today would be the day it would be removed. Then when I was not happy, they said I should seek another provider. I asked for my $70 back and they would not give it. So they get the PR they deserve. I called my dentist that referred me and told them the story. They apologized and gave me another oral surgeon to see. I have posted to Facebook sites with 20,000 members. I blame the staff and especially the office manager. EDIT - after reading their rebuttal. The provider did not write why it was necessary to have a ride, or not eat. They wasted 4 people's time for 2 hours, and 3 of them had to wait in a hot car. I did not become hostile. Geez, they should read the definition of that word. I was very upset that this firm wasted 2 hours of my time and wanted to waste more. Plus, the firm all added to the bill after I paid it. I want to warn people away from Costco Delta Dental for they did absolutely nothing toward this firm that wastes people's time and takes their money. I want to advise people that a tooth removal at the TAMU School of Dentistry was only $131 and I received excellent care. They are very professional there. This firm could be much more customer friendly if they respected people's time. If no general anesthesia is needed or wanted, no driver or fasting is needed. What is so difficult about that? This dentist is probably good but watch the fees. You all are paying for a $2.7 million house in Westlake. Dr. Shroyer in Arlington is recommened or Dr. Taylor in Grand Prairie are sure to have better staff and communication with patients. But I borderline felt violated when they gave us a (beyond exorbitant) estimate for their services. I guess I missed the clue that this clinic is for the ultra wealthy. Went to a reputable clinic elsewhere and same procedure, same insurance, almost half the price! And no, that surgery center is not an in-network one.
