Love the hygienist but the front office staff was not very friendly was made to feel like I was in the wrong for providing my updated insurance information at the time of the appointment

Dr Jeter has been my dentist for years and he is the best! The staff are always so kind and informative. Top notch dental office.

Dr Jeter so knowledgeable! He doesn’t let you walk out of there not knowing how you are doing and what needs to be done! Just the best!

The staff is extremely courteous and handled a tooth extraction without issue. Some dentist offices herd you in and out like cattle all in the name of money and billing and while it’s understood that billing is important, this staff knows how to balance them both by displaying a personal care to the patients. Dr Jeter is a very kind and compassionate dentist. I had a tooth extracted and I actually Did not even feel it come out. He makes sure the patient it TOTALLY numb prior to doing any work on them. Dr Jeter and staff were absolutely amazing. I brought my special needs son in after an accident that broke his front teeth off. My son is non verbal. Dr Jeter still placed his hand on my sons shoulder and talked to him. We were treated with such kindness. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Bree (?) was great and patient and gentle when she got me ready with c-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr Jeter was great. Thoroughly checked me out and made plansb that was best for me physically and financially . I will be seeing him for dental work again.

A very good visit today

I always enjoy going to my dentist’s office. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Treat you just like family. I cannot say that about other dentists I have had. I used to dread going to the dentist but not at Dr Jeter’s office. I had an accident two years ago and he stayed in after hours to help me with my front teeth that had been chipped. Dr Jeter is pleasant and doesn’t make you feel as if you’re keeping him from his next paying customer. His staff are equally friendly, helpful, and informative.

Dr Jeter is wonderful with my son who has special needs. He is kind, gentle, and truly cares about my son's treatment. The work Dr Jeter performed this spring enabled my son to develop feeding skills very quickly. Dr Jeter is a big blessing to us.

By far the best family dentist in our Tri-State area. For our 3 and 9 year old sons, they’re absolutely gentle and incredible. For myself and my wife, we couldn’t possibly find better people or more professional dental care.
