The most disgusting place I've ever been to. They have a very roundabout way of denying you if you don't have insurance while remaining in the realm of plausible deniability. When walking in I was promptly asked if I had insurance and was turned away and told that I have to call to make an appointment and that they have no further information. When I called the number, they pulled the same tactic by transferring me to a different number when I told them I didn't carry insurance(most-likely to absolve the receptionist from having to tell me they weren't going to take me) and the new person immediately told me there were no openings three months out because I don't have insurance. The place has a MOVIE THEATRE where rich adults can watch movies while waiting to get their teeth fixed but they can't afford to help people in their community who are dying from dental issues. no visit. had a dental emergency. this office recommended but I was informed that their doctor's stay "very busy and have no times available for emergencies." This shows interest only in making money and not patient care.

Dr. Richards and the staff are friendly and excellent and go to great measure to make sure you understand everything that will be done and how you will feel and what to expect. Very happy with my choice in selecting Dr. Richards.

Dr Richards is very thorough and respectful. His approach is honest and I am very grateful for his consideration to his patients, not hire much the insurance can be billed. My stuff year old has Asperger's and I choose to pay out of pocket for him to be seen by Dr Richards vs. going to a Dr in his network, because I TRUST him. Because you has given our family hope. I had to decaying teeth removed, in addition to a molar and Dr Richards team followed up the same night to make sure I was doing okay. I decided to go with implants and had my first yesterday. I was very anxious about the proceedure, thought I wanted sedation, however ended up not needing it (saving me money) and healing perfectly. In my opinion, Dr Richards is the best Doctor ever! I will only allow him to work on my teeth if i require major dental work (even if my own dentist is able to perform procedure). I would recommend Dr. Richards to my family and friends.

I scheduled an appointment last month to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they called me today and told me that I had to reschedule my appointment. They then called me back later that afternoon and said they didn't even take my insurance. Now I have to go find another specialist to go to.

DR RICHARDS GAVE THE PRESENTATION I ATTENED FOR FL DENTAL IMPLANTS BEFORE DECIDING TO CHOOSE THEM FOR FULL DENTAL IMPLANTS.. HIS PROFESSIONALISM, CONFIDENCE AND OVERALL LIKEABILITY CAME THROUGH IN THE PRESENTION AND IN DELIVERING THE EXCELLENT CARE I RECEIVED.

I would give it 4 stars because, who likes surgery? However my visit with Dr. Richards to have my wisdom tooth pulled went SO well. I was in and out in no time, I couldnt even afford to be put to sleep and frankly I now know I didnt even have to. Just the numbing was enough and, pardon my french but I DID NOT FEEL A DAMN THING! I intend on going to his office from now on and while I'm sure good he has every bit of a good staff, I will request no other oral surgeon other than Dr. Richards. Update: New Teeth!!! I finally got my new teeth and they are wonderful. I got natural color so no one knows they are not mine, but I tell them anyway. Dr. Richards is the epitome of professionalism and conveys warm confidence which made the operation easy. I did have full uppers and lowers. Don't hesitate to do this if you are contemplating the operation, you will not regret it... In my opinion Dr. Harley Richards is the finest dental surgeon and human being one could encounter. His intelligent manner and patient qualities helped to make my surgical experience very easy. What convinced me to come to New Teeth Now was his video which conveyed the lack of discomfort I would go through to have the operation. He was so correct that I wouldn't feel pain even though I had a complete upper and lower Implantation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one considering this miraculous procedure. Dr. Richards not only comes across as someone who knows what he's talking about, he shows it. During the initial consultation, he explained everything shown by the Cscan. It was decided that I had a badly infected left sinus that had to be taken care of first; a local ENT took care of that. I am very satisfied/happy that I had the procedure done by apparent professionals. The treatment at the Center has been GREAT! I had all my teeth removed due to radiation caused from Oral cancer. I can not say enough about Dr Richards. He explained everything to me. Was warm and friendly. The staff is very professional. I would definitely recommend them with out a problem

I consider myself VERY fortunate to have gone to see Dr. Richards. He bluntly told me there was a "normal" treatment course and offered to hook me up with a cosmetic dentist...........his thing is keep your natural teeth as long as possible. I had already explored this route - the pain, the time, the cost, the future maintenance and when I heard HIS alternative, I went their path! For ME - the BEST decision I ever made!
