Dr guirguis is a great dr. Gets to the problem and deals w it right away. It's very difficult to get through to the office though. That's the only bad point. But the care and office workers and aides are very good also and the wait time is reasonable.. today is a new apt and I had to wait an hr. But dr guirguis is a great doctor

Everybody at Dr gertz's office the whole medical group there is better than I have had at any medical facility the people are friendly I'm very professional everything has been right on time the secretaries are amazing people to helping you and letting you know what's going on

Dr. Gurguis and his staff are some of the best people you could want to take of you he has been my Dr. for over 10 years now and hopefully another 10 to come

Dr. Guirguis and staff is the best medical staff that I have had in Florida. They are caring, knowledgeable and friendly! The front office personnel when asking you questions are very polite. Hany Guirguis is a caring Doctor and listens to me. He is thorough and because he knows my history he’s easily able to pinpoint my issues. There can be an issue getting an appointment as Dr. Guirguis is booked pretty far out. The office doesn’t typically answer the phone so you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. On several occasions when I’ve called we’ll after opening hours, the answering message was still saying the office was closed. ????‍♀️ The office staff could use some additional training with customer service. There is generally a minimum of 30 minutes wait time beyond the appointment time as well. The other Drs at the practice aren’t as busy so it may be easier to see them but I wait for Dr. Guirguis. Very nice people.

Dr. Guirguis took care of my mother, so when I needed a primary care doctor, I chose him. Knowledgeable, professional, caring yet direct. Sees his patients in hospital daily. He keeps up with latest research and medications. Totally the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Guirguis holds the upmost integrity, honesty and truly cares about my family. He has been my Doctor for 20 years, and my husbands for almost 10 years. Dr. Guirguis has been my primary care Dr. for 15 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The staff and office people are always friendly and polite. And Dr. G is very knowledgeable about every condition I've had over the years. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Guirguis until he retires.

Dr. Guirguis is okay, but his staff is awful. They are inefficient, confrontational, and downright incompetent. Unanswered calls, long waits, and inaccurate billing are to be expected if you use this practice.

I am a new patient with DR Guirguis. He seams to be very thorough and extremely easy to talk to. He listens when I talk to him.

Dr Guirguis is the best. Explains your problem so you understand it. Has your health problems at heart.

The staff here is amazing, very helpful, Dr. Girguis is one of the best doctors around, he cares about his patients, he is very friendly and he actually listens to what you are saying! The best part is he treats your issue and goes out of his way to make sure you are ok! I highly recommend seeing him!!

Dr Hany Guirguis is the best Dr my wife and I have ever had. We highly recommend Dr Guirguis to anyone looking for a health practitioner. Dr Guirguis ans his staff are very professional and they walk the extra mile to help you.

This is a review of our personal experience with Dr. Guirguis and his administrative staff. The reason we chose to go to him was because of the great reviews I see on here. We were told that they will need to charge for initial establishment visit, but for the follow up appt, they will be able to charge to physical exam, that way our insurance covers the fees. But, because my husband sign up for the appt online and he listed as a follow-up appt, he was charged the full exam fee, close to 200. I contacted the account manager for his office and she was not nice and would not consider changing the medical code. It is up to the doctor's discretion. Anyhow, it is still not resolved and we are still getting bills to pay them. I would not go back. There are other doctors that charge close to 100 visit. Friendly & efficient

It’s been along time since I’ve been in a doctors office that had personably staff and a doctor that listens.

Well run in for wellness check and ekg test out in 45 minutes

Absolutely love the doctor absolutely love all the support staff the receptionist the nurses the assistance everybody there is wonderful.

Dr. Guirguis is absolutely an amazing care giver. He has my best interest each and every time I reach out to him. His bed side manner is a Man of Care and Concern.

My only problem with this facility is the phone system. Can never seem to get thru to the staff. When leave msg. uncertain as to whether or not it was received, and when they actually get the msg. Best way to assure my concerns and questions are addressed is to call the call center during off duty hours. The staff was very professional and friendly from the time I made the appointment, to when I checked out. Dr Guirguis took time to hear and answer my questions.

Staff was excellent. Attentive and quite quick! Dr Guirguis was good however he does not always listen to patients suggestions!
