Went in for a persistent cough, and I have been going to different doctors for years…no one knew what it was. Dr Schuller, his technical staff, office staff and receptionists have been, and were recently congenial, technically professional and clinically exceptional in evaluating and mitigating my sleep disorder. Recent issues with the Phillips Dream Station issues have been solved in one visit. Bottom line here is that Dr Schuller is intent on solving his patient problems quickly and comfortably. Most people would lie about they experience to give the companies a good review but this guy staff is so nice and professional and so is he.

Dr. Schuller and his staff are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I had no trouble booking an appointment and getting right in. If you need to see a doctor about sleep apnea, this is the place to go!

So obviously anyone looking at these reviews will be worried. The office is at 2 stars at the time of me writing this. While I cannot speak on the negative reviews, I can speak on my positive one and you can decide for yourself whether you want to take the chance of having a great experience like I did, or a less great one like the negative reviewers. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I get someone on the phone almost every time I call, and if I don’t get then, I leave a message and they call me back that day. Dr. Schuller himself called me to discuss my medication and treatment plan within an hour of me talking to the nurse about it. Of course that doesn’t guarantee he can do that all the time, but still I’m very happy about it happening now and very satisfied with the level of care I hace received so far. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to listen and help me any way they can. I personally do recommend seeing Dr. Schuller, and I wish anyone reading this the best on their medical journey. So obviously anyone looking at these reviews will be worried. Called to get supplies for c-pap, supply depot says you have to get me prescription. Call the office no answer, left message, continued my day, nurse calls left message make appt. called 10-12 times, no answer, went to office, note hanging says closed till further notice, call again no answer left message, nurse calls after 4 tells me I’m one person, she’s dealing with patients.... clearly short handed, clearly short on patience but when you require an appt to renew supplies then don’t answer a phone all day, tells me your not the doctors office you use to be, I’m changing doctors. What a Fiasco of requirements, lack of help, mandatory appt yet no one to help set one, after her attitude, I’d rather go elsewhere! No one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls. EVER!!! All of you people that say he is great, just wait until you have been in his care for 3-6 months. Dr. Schuller and entire Office staff are just amazing. Their professionalism is wonderful. At the front desk, Lisa's greets you so warmly and quickly with an unhurried approach. Then his nurse Kaylee is simply sweet and wonderful. She really listens to your questions and concerns and lets you know you are important. And most important Dr Schuller is FULL of knowledge, Skill and expertise and ready to totally care for his patients and move them to total wellness. I have never seen a Dr that I love more! Dr Schuller and his staff have been wonderful to us. My husband is his patient for COPD. He has seen him for five years and we will continue to see him. He has been THE pulmonary doctor to several of our family members He has spent time answering questions , we do not feel rushed in his office. He is informative and kind. My husband was a patient of Dr. Schuller for a few years. He was being treated for copd and saw the doctor regularly several times a year as advised. As time passed he got worse. Symptoms of brain abnormality manifested within a short period of time, and we wasted no time admitting him to the hospital. Turns out he had stage 4 cancer, which started in the lungs, spread to the brain, and some organs. Four months later, he was dead. During his hospital stay I asked why x-rays didn't show cancer before it reached stage 4. The answer was that they are not REQUIRED to take xrays on a regular basis. I asked if having xrays every 3 months might have caught the cancer, and the answer was yes, but it wasn't a requirement. You could have an xray today and have cancer tomorrow. But xrays on a regular basis could have caught the cancer before it reached stage 4. Treatment could have begun earlier, and perhaps my husband would be alive today. Him and his team are great! For a long time I was nervous about addressing my sleepiness.. As a 26 year old I did not want to admit that I had a problem I got tired of being tired and decided to go to my physician about it. My physician referred me to Dr. Schuller's office and I couldn't have been happier. I went to the appointment and as soon as I met his nurse I knew I made the right decision. She was super friendly and bubbly, which relaxed me. Dr. Schuller then came in and I was so impressed with his range of knowledge and his ability to listen and take note of my concerns with details. He even called my husband in the consult to ask him questions I just couldn't answer because I am asleep! I then was scheduled for a night and day study and, again, I was thoroughly impressed with his technicians. They made the experience welcoming and almost normal for me. Dr. Schuller has a great team which is a plus with his knowledge and skills. Currently, I am trying medicine to help with my sleepiness because, luckily, there isn't anything wrong with me, but I still have a problem that makes my daily functionality difficult. For a long time I was nervous about addressing my sleepiness for a long time. As a 26 year old I did not want to admit that I had a probem I got tired of being tired and decided to go to my physician about it. My physician referred me to Dr. Schuller's office and I couldn't have been happier. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Schuller and as soon as I met his nurse I knew I made the right decision. She was super friendly and bubbly which relaxed me for his consult. Dr. Schuller then came in and I was so impressed with his range of knowledge and his ability to listen and take note of my concerns and details. He even called my husband in the consult to ask him questions I was stumped on. I then was scheduled for a night and day study and, again, I was thoroughly impressed with his technicians. They made the experience welcoming and almost normal for me. Dr. Schuller has a great team that is backed up with his knowledge. Currently I am trying medicine to help with my sleepiness because, luckily, there isn't anything wrong with me, but I still have a problem that makes my daily functionality difficult. Had 6 minute walk test to get a portable oxygen consentrator. It has been over 2 weeks have not heard a word. I have called twice and even went by his office twice and still have not heard a word. The office staff will tell you they will do something and they do not.

Dr. Schuller is a good Doctor. I like him but I am looking for another Doctor. It is too stressful to try to talk to anyone in his office. He is either short staffed or his staff has an aversion to telephones. I can never get a person on the phone. I have to leave a message. The only time I received a call back was after I complained to my insurance company & they turned it over the the patient advocate. There are too many other good doctors I can see without the hassle of poor service. Dr. Schuller is a good Doctor. I like him but I am looking for another Doctor. I'm a patient of record with Dr. Schuller and CAN NOT get in touch with him. Even after leaving several messages, no one will answer the phone or return my call. Very frustrating.

Poor follow up. Can’t get anyone on the phone just machines. Sleep tech rough even after telling her she was hurting me she left painful scratches on my face.

Although Dr Schiller was very friendly and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend his office. My husband had his sleep studies in Oct and Nov 2016 and insurance approved renting of a CPAP machine soon after. The office has made no attempts to contact him to get the machine. Everytime we call we get a voicemail, not a real person, and despite having left literally over a dozen messages, we have not received a call back. Doesn't do any good just to know you have sleep apnea if you can't get treatment.

This doctor and his staff are the worst there is. They will turn away a patient and insult them if they find out that you don't meet whatever their criteria are. Dr. Schuller does not believe in the oath that every doctor takes, which is do no harm. All this doctor and his office care about is how they can charge, My insurance told him he was over charging by a whole $21 and they turned on my calling and refused to see me anymore. Don't go here if you are looking for decent medical care, they do not care about the patient just the dollar. This doctor and his staff are the worst there is.
