Love Dr Vu!! And the entire staff!

I followed Dr. VU"s recommedations for Botox and other fillers (eyes and lips) for 4 years. It's been 10 years since my last treatment. Her work has lasted - people are amazed that I am 72 years old Best money I ever spent. She knows what she is doing. I am posting this because I am grateful to her and for no other reason. I was NOT impressed at all. First of all, they say, "oh, no need to by the Groupon if you haven't just come on in!!" - I didn't think about it, but A) they are avoiding paying Groupon so CHEATING and B) then you can't leave a negative review. The doctor made me feel AWFUL about my face, and then convinced me to buy the maximum amount when I had only intended on the 20 units intro. Since I was getting married, I figured, why not - I have gotten at the most 30 units in my forehead before, and it froze the whole thing. She put in 40 units and she did NOT freeze my whole forehead - first, I got a giant painful bump next to my eyebrows that took 3 days to go down, then after 2 weeks my eyebrows still moved and got weird wrinkles above, and my forehead still had lines. When I went back to get fixed, she explained she told me that would happen (LIE) and said if she tried to fix it, my eyelids may droop. I would NEVER use this place again - I guess you get what you pay for - and reported them to Groupon. ALSO - while I was waiting in the lobby, I kid you not TWO other women came in saying they'd had it for 2 weeks and didn't have their desired results, so they came back like me. Came here & it was the worst experience ever. She is super shady & the staff was rude and they never follow up for appointments, i DO NOT recommend. I would give ZERO stars if i could.

They just want to sell and not care about their costumers comments or needs . After 45 units of Botox I still seeing lines in my forehead that I don’t like . Not my first time getting Botox thou .

Scam Artist! first if you see 5 stars rating on Yelp or Google, because the second she walked into your exam room, she right away talked about singing up rewards program with the office, and IF you write a 5 stars review you will received extra points. she does not keep clients files, i came here twice, first time with the groupon, she right away tried to sell you more units. i said i dont want that many and her attitude change 180. i went back again because they were doing a special, i figured i should give her a second chance. nope! mistake. she walked into the room with none of my previous file (she didnt even know what she did previous session so means it wasnt on the file, paper or electronic). tried to sell me more stuffs and again asked me to write an review. the botox didnt even last for couple months (probably 7 weeks max).I decided to go to different doctor 2 months after i went to skinZon, and i cant be anymore happier with the result...(i went to Forever Angless, it was DAY and NIGHT differents)... i started reading everyones review and found out most of the people had experienced same thing. so i decided to write a review...PLEASE be careful everyone. its very scary that she is still in business...... I do not recommend this place at all. I have been here twice. The 1st time I was there, the doctor suggested 40 units. She was a bit shady as I felt she uses left over product. She was not wearing gloves, this was prior to covid. This time around she recommended 90 units. I was shocked since it had only been 6 months since I had Botox. So I asked her why 90 units and she wanted to add other areas. Just to charge more. Then she agreed to only do what I was requesting so she said I only need 70 for my forehead. She pulls out the syringe from her pocket. She poked me twice and left the room and Left me bleeding from my right side. It's been weeks and I don't see results and I still have a bruse. She carries the vials in her pocket. This is so unsanitary especially during a pandemic. She does not show you the vials that you are purchasing not what she is actually injecting into your body. Don’t go here, they will steal from you! I went in with my friend thinking I’d just get 20-30 units. When I went in, the doctor recommended I get Botox all over my face. I said no, I only want it in my forehead which she recommended 40 units just for that. I said no, that’s too much (I’m 29) and the most I’d spend max was $280. Deciding to splurge for my birthday, I agreed to spending the max $280 for my forehead and a little around my eyes. There wasn’t a form to sign consenting to the treatment units, which seems to be standard everywhere I’ve been. So imagine my surprise when they said they were charging me for 70 units. I thought oh, they must have combined mine and my friends check. Nope. They charged me $560 for 70 units I didn’t consent to! After much back and forth they knocked it down to $509 still way more than I consented to. After reading the reviews here this sounds like part of their normal practice rather than a misunderstanding. I will be reporting them to the medical board since this is straight up malpractice. My husband did lower eyebag removal, brow lift and eyelid lift and we are really happy with the results. I really recomand dr. Hannah and her staff is Amazing.

Came to get my lips done With Dr Hannah Vu. She was very professional and sweet her staff was very helpful and also very nice. I’m obsessed with my new lips. She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable.I will be coming back soon. Highly recommend ????

Definitely stay away from this place. I waited an hour to just be brought into a room and then was told I had to wait even longer to see the doctor. From the other reviews, it seems they just try to pack in customers to collect from them as quick as they can.

Dr was rude. She tried to sell me extra treatments, treatments that I told her I couldn't afford, and she said "well you should consider it, because you look too old" she made me feel bad because I'm 37. You're not supposed to say that to your patients.

My wife went here before. Botox is watered down. My wife always looks good when she goes somewhere else but after being in a rush and finding this place available on Groupon, she took the opportunity since her regular doctor was overbooked. She regret it. It was seriously a waste of money. They also write Groupon on a little piece of paper and tape it on the door. That must be keywords for lets give the cheap Botox. Don't trust her. I came to Dr.Vu For a consultation for my acne in the Santa Ana office, she explained everything for me and told me about the laser she recommended for me and how it would help. Her staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back.

I originally purchased 20 units, when I went in for injections Dr recommended an additional 25, which I bought. So needless to say I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that after ONLY 30 days my Botox started WEARING OFF and has COMPLETELY WORE OFF AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS!

This place deserve no stars but I'm giving 1 star for friendly staffs who's not knowledgeable of the industry. Came here for a v shape chin filler before I left and paid Dr. Vu told me to come back for a 1 month recheck (if my chin is not even or not satisfied in any way she a complimentary filler). Came back today all she keep telling me it's porportionate and for me to take an after pictures to compared. Waited 15 mins while her and her staffs keep running back and forth with nothing resolves so I walked out telling the staffs I don't have time to waste if all you can say is compared the before and after pictures. I know if my chin is proportionate or uneven. What they want me to do is pay for another filler! Purchased special through Groupon. Staff was friendly but that experience immediately ended as soon as Dr. Vu was giving me a consultation. I've always got terrific results with only 20 units. She kept trying to upsale me. Told her I wanted a few units on my forehead and rest on eye area. Dr. Vu not only insisted I needed much more but was insulting and rude. Love Dr. Hannah Vu. She knows what she is doing. I've never used Sculptra and after she used Botox on me I completely trusted her and also did Sculptra. Amazing results with both the Botox and Sculptra. She is an artist and a doctor. I highly recommend. I will be back each year for a refresher and I live an hour away. Came into the office looking for treatment for acne and acne repair, the person who consulted with me didn't even take a look at my face and just started saying I needed a laser treatment that would be 295.00 per sesión and that I would need anywhere from 8-10 sessions, ok.... so that's the acne repair part what about the acne treatment so that I don't continue to get more scars, she said oh no the laser will do everything, it'll kill the bacteria. Good experience staff was very nice. I didnt have to wait much, I loved that.

This was my first time going to get any kind of procedure, i was a bit nervous, but the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and that made me more comfortable . My only complaint would be the girls that work for Dr. Vu, they were a little unorganized as far as paperwork and calling for patients that were already in rooms.

Had a incredible experience from booking the appointment to greeting at the counter. Therrell questions for what my needs are. Went a few days ago today I'm super stinking thrilled of my results.
