**UPDATE: in addition to Google, i left a Facebook review a year after my procedure and vargas face and skin deleted it. The moment i noticed, i left another review and recently discovered that not only did they delete it but they blocked me from their page so I'm unable to leave another review. Instead of keeping it real, she deceives potential clients by covering up negative feedback. Original review: Do not waste your money! If i could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, after thinking I had done my research, I had retained Dr Vargas to perform my blepharoplasty almost 2 years ago. Dr Vargas botched my left eye and has refused to correct the damage that she caused.. Not only is this noticeable to me, it's noticeable to people around me. It would be reasonable to think that she would want to correct it as my face is a walking advertisement of her "work" but wasting $8k of my money isn't enough, she wants me to pay another $800 in order to fix it. Addioinally, I left a negative review about a year ago and it's now gone. I would like to think that Vargas face and skin didn't remove it but that, coupled with the large majority of her reviews coming from fillers and injections (non- operation procedures), would definitely explain why she maintains a high star rating.

Due your due diligence with Dr. Vargas, she ruined my upper blepharoplasty that I now have one eye bigger than the other. After much research she is an ENT doctor and is now doing plastic surgery. To all those nice reviews on her page, I would be cautious, just because a place looks nice, and assistants are polite, does not make Dr. Vargas a top notch plastic surgeon. Remember, they are out for your money. If I sound upset. I am. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through with this so called great plastic surgeon. If you do go to her and get work done, you’ve been warned. Don’t be fooled by those wonderful reviews.

They did a really poor job of communicating. I called several times after initial consult, no one called me back. Tiffany the scheduler, told me on Thursday that 01/20 was available but that she would call back to confirm. No one called back on Thursday, by Friday when I called back 1/20 was already booked. When I expressed concern about their communication she said they couldn’t move forward with my appointment. They cannot handle any criticism, so imagine if the results weren’t up to your satisfaction Save your money, they do an average job, I was quoted $6,500 for liposuction no discount- I’m finding another provider when I saw the procedure slideshow there were only subtle changes.

Vargas Face and Skin Center is the BEST. Every appointment I have had they continue to go above and beyond. I also leave feeling so much better about my skin!

Absolutely amazing experience. From the consultation to the actual procedure. I received Botox and a chemical peel and I couldn’t be happier. This office makes me feel so comfortable I’m so happy my first experience with Botox was here!

My experience with Dr Vargas and her team has been exceptional. I’m loving the benefits of the procedure and I will be back for more.

The medical assistant should consider switching fields to security with the way she barricaded the door when I was ready to leave after being told I wasted PTO and two hours driving to be told they can do nothing for me, even thought I was very open about what services I needed. This clinic does not know how to be professional or show patient empathy. Instead of being defensive you should understand where the patient is coming from and answer their question the FIRST time. The medical assistant can go ahead and put my name on the not allowed patient list or whatever they have. They probably have acted this way towards others and that’s why they have a list in the first place. I did not plan on coming back anyways after today. I hope you feel better writing my name down because you so desperately crave authority. Can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Vargas and her team are fantastic. During the consultation they thoroughly listened to my needs and what I was looking for and provided realistic recommendations. They helped me with Botox on my face before my wedding!

Bought the package for facial peel. I am halfway through and can definitely tell a difference. The redness is gone and skin feels much smoother and softer.

Dr. Vargas is thorough, kind and funny. She listens and focuses on your needs versus her own agenda. Maija is my aesthetician and she is a 5 star skin tech. I love spending time with Maija for treatments. Thank you.

I had an eyelid procedure done by Dr. Vargas and it was a total disaster. I went to her because of all the great reviews and now noticed that those reviews are based on fillers and injections. I now have a droopy eyelid and have to camouflage the droopiness with eyeshadow. At first I mentioned that I needed my eye fix and her office manager wanted to charge me a fee to correct the blunder. I had her to try and fix my eye but all she did was cut it and my eye is still droopy. i’ve always had a bump in my nose and wanted to do something about it, but have been too scared to get a nose job. dr. vargas instead gave me fillers to help make my nose look more straight, and it worked! she even was able to raise the tip of my nose and it looks so much better!

Horrible customer service at the front desk! It’s OK for them to cancel on you when you are half way on the road to the office driving 45 min when Dr. Vargas is in Surgery but it’s not ok to be 10 min late Due to road Conditions. Even when you are on time you have to wait for half an hour for the doctor to come in. This place does not care about their patients. Front desk was rude and told me she would give me referrals to other places if I didn’t like them and just like that canceled on me when I drove almost an hour! This happened to me twice. This is by far the best face and skincare center I have ever been to! The staff is SO nice and helpful, Sarah's injections are incredible. Maija's skincare and laser treatments are just amazing. They make me feel comfortable, and have given me so much confidence. I can't recommend them enough!

At initial appt/consult, Dr. Vargas dismissed several concerns I wanted addressed, which was surprising. In other words, it seemed like the message was: "I know these things are concerning to you, but shouldn't be." What? Nonetheless, I decided to pursue care wth her. COVID prevented an immediate follow-up appt. Then several calls to schedule recently were met either wth: Not returning my call or wth a variety of excuses. Appears that something is not above board OR she just doesnt want to treat me; maybe she does not feel confident enough? It simply feels dishonest. So, I scheduled wth another reputable plastic surgeon who wonderfully listened to my concerns, scheduled me, and fixed!! Was a blessing in disguise. I cannot encourage scheduling wth Hannah Vargas...might want to go elsewhere.

I called the office and asked if my hands could be filled with bellafill, the lady did some checking and then got back with me that it could so I scheduled a consult to have a skin test done. During my very brief consult Dr. Vargas told me they don’t put bellafill in the hands (while others offices do). Then tried talking me into short-term fillers ( juvaderm, restylane), no thanks I came for bellafill. I then had to pay a $100 consult fee which I was not aware of before the appt... I pushed thru the blizzard to avoid their $50 cancel fee. If you are 30 or younger don’t waste your time, I got the classic “u don’t really need it” . U do u girl. Sarah is literally god sent! There’s no one else I would trust with my filler and Botox. The absolute best!

Being curious by nature I had to see for myself what Botox could do for me, especially now that frown lines are becoming more visible. Since I am also cautious after having had some bad experiences in the beauty world, I took my time reading up on this place that a friend had recommended. I even went once with my friend once to see how her botox treatment took place before I made an appointment. After reading reviews I decided to go with Sarah Maxwell. She is awesome, she took time to explain how and where and how many units she would use. She helped me sign up for the Aspire rewards program, so I got a nice big discount on my first treatment. Sarah confirmed that she would be able to stick to a plan we made together that I was comfortable with. So I wouldn't get stuck with a bill that had snowballed during the treatment!! In my first treatment I had 16 units in the Glabella area, to minimize frown lines. It did hurt a bit but only while injecting the botox. I left with an icepack, which is nice. I was sore the rest of the day. The next few weeks I felt a little tired in my forehead. It is weird and kind of hard work getting used to the numbness. But during the second week I could really see the results. I went back a follow up visit yesterday. Sarah took some more photos and sent them -as well as my before photos - to my email. 100% recommend Maiya for any laser needs. I just got my lips done by Sarah also, and they already look 100 times better than my previous injector's work. These ladies are AWESOME!

Sarah, the nurse injector at Dr. Vargas' office is wonderful. Having never had injections before, I was a bit nervous and worried I would get told I had more "problem areas" than what I perceived. Rest assured Sarah does not try to convince you to do your entire face! When I got back into a room, she had me look in a mirror and describe what areas bothered me. She listened and then gave her interpretation of what I said to be sure we were on the same page. She did make some other observations, but never made me feel like I had to change anything if I was comfortable with it. The actual injection process was quick and easy - not entirely painless but very minimal pain, much like a bee sting. I love this place!!! I have visited a few plastic surgeons over the last couple of years trying to find that one that I felt comfortable with. The second I met with Dr. Vargas I felt confident, comfortable and knew she was it! She took time to go over options for the issues I expressed and she made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The staff is very friendly. The waiting room is homey. They offer refreshments which is very nice. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. During my consultation they listed to my concerns and really made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be returning!

I’ve been to numerous places for Botox and fillers. I find myself coming back to see Sarah, Dr Vargas R.N., because I love her technique and how she places my fillers to give it a more natural look.

I have been going to Vargas skincare for the past two years for various services. They are very patient and professional. The staff is always so friendly. I especially love their quarterly events (and the discounts!) Dr. Vargas is amazing at what she does and I always feel that I am in the best hands with her and Sarah.

Sarah at Vargas face and skin center is unbelievable and the entire staff is absolutely lovely. As a cosmetologist and makeup artist, i am very particular so it has been hard for me to commit to getting lip fillers, that I’ve wanted for 5+ years. Since it’s a relatively intimate procedure (someone injecting product into your face lol) I needed to have someone I was comfortable with and Sarah was extremely professional while also making me feel very much at home. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and never tried to influence me to stray from the results I wanted. Procedure- I opted for the dental block, I highly recommend it! The block injection was rather unpleasant for maybe a second but after I was numbed I LITERALLY FELT NOTHING! She regularly consulted me during the procedure, took my input seriously and I felt she treated me as an educated makeup artist who understands face shape and believed I knew what I wanted. She let me watch, which I was very grateful for since I’m way too curious not too. After- My appointment was at 9:30am and I went to work at 3pm and other than a bit of swelling I was totally fine, minimal/almost non existent bruising. Today is the second day and swelling is almost gone and I’m just the slightest bit sore but I still love my look and I can see where she filled them to prep for future sessions but also provided terrific immediate results. I will be going back for any and all future procedures and I highly recommend Sarah and really anyone at Vargas. UPDATE: I have since been back three times to see Sarah! The experience was just as amazing every time. After my first visit I immediately knew I wanted my lips bigger so I went back for a second syringe of restalyn about two and a half weeks later. Restalyn lasts about 6 or so months (depending on your metabolism) 5 months after my second syringe of restalyn I opted for juvederm and a lip flip (Botox).
