Doctors who care about there patients. You’ll be well taken care of here . With friendly staff that always greet you with a smile . I have never experienced a bad appointment . I recommend this office 100% I been going here for more than 5 yrs .

If you really want to know the extent of the unbelievable extent of the practice that takes place with him. Private message me and I will tell you the truth. It will blow your mind.

What a waste of time and money Trying to get out of pain this is not the answer the Injection don't work. All they want here is to milk your money

If zero stars were possible I would give them. I drove an hour and a half for this appointment and the staff were very rude to me and once the doctor came in for a new patient visit that I was told would take one to two hours he was in my room less than 10 minutes. My doctor wrote on the referral all treatment options we tried and exhausted and he was suppose to try something new or continue the ones that had started working they just were not long term treatment options at a family clinic. The doctor grabbed my necked and jabbed his fingers in it and jabbed his fingers in my hip and I screamed and he told me I needed injections which my doctor told him upfront were not an option at all and when I refused the injections he told me I needed counseling or he would not see or treat me at all. He refused to even look at my MRI that I was told to bring with me and told me I could check out out front and they would be in touch with me once I had completed counseling. I never even had time to finish the first page of 10 to 12 pages of my new patient packet that I was told to fill out before I was back in the lobby and being told I couldn't leave until it was all completed. Needless to say I walked out with my new patient packet and I will not be going back. This place is truly a joke. If zero stars were possible I would give them. Staff was super friendly. Clean and modern facility, and doctor actually listened and was very caring and professional. Very helpful, and didnt keep us waiting long at all.

Dr Hamad treated me and took away the old back pain like a Magic. procedure last only 10 minute. Now I am pain free. Staff was very friendly. i will highly recommend doctor.

He was wonderful. He's a great stick and managed find my very difficult vein on one stick. He was standing in for my regular doctor for a nerve ablation. It was a bit more painful that I had expected. He took breaks in the procedure and very much supported me during the procedure. At no point did I feel like he was rushing or I was an inconvenience. He also told me they had sedation and I should probably use it the next time..he was right. Next procedure was no problem.

Horrible experience. I was sent here by my primary doctor and Dr Malik never looked at me once. Told me I needed a pych evaluation and I would be on pain meds the rest of my life. I’m 42. Went the next day to a orthopedic who discovered through X-ray hardware in my foot was broken and that was the cause of my pain. I would not recommend him to anyone. I don’t like this dr he’s very careless and not involved in the medical care if his pt. I’ve seen him 2x in over a year. His PA does everything.

I like Dr. Malik. If you TRULY need pain medication he will prescribe it. He is good to my mom. He is not really personable but he us a good DR.

Came in with very sever left shoulder pain and was given a shot to help me deal with my pain. He made me feel cared about very much wanted so much to lesson my pain

very kind, listens to the patient which is rare and they always have a smile on their face which helps the patient calm down.

I was very nervous and usually am. everyone nurses,techs and Dr. always make me feel more at ease prior to my procedures.

This doctor was fantastic to work with he is very caring towards the patient.

Dr Malik always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. This procedure has helped my pain and for the first time in ten years i can sleep on my right side

I get injections every 3 months which really helps elevate my pain. These injections help me do my daily activities such as driving and walking.

I have had nothing but great experiences with IPS and all of its staff! They take the time to listen and have always had suggestions for me to try. My diagnosis is accurate and they have worked very hard to come up with a treatment plan that I can afford. I do not feel like a "number" here but seen as an actual person that needs help.

I feel I have been taken care of really well. I have gotten a lot of relief from my back pain here, I've pins and screws in my shoulders and I've had both knees done. I still have some pain, but it is greatly reduced since I've come here.

This injection could be very pain full, example many injections by others where they were in a hurry and did not allow pain medication to work.

Dr. Malik and staff are more than happy to explain your treatments and answer questions as well as treating you with the utmost respect. My experiences with Dr. Malik have been very helpful in reducing pain with various types of treatment that truly treat the conditions and symptoms that provide lasting results. Care and compassion are first with all staff. Excellence in all areas, and would highly recommend anyone who is truly seeking the latest procedures that treat your pain (not mask it).

Dr. Malik always explains everything that he is doing. I fully trust him with my diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Malik has made it so much better pain wise to do my ADL's and to work on a daily basis. I would not be able to do what I do on a daily basis without his help in controlling my pain. I have also had problems with IV placement. Dr. Malik was always willing to step in and place it for me. I was fearful at first when I was referred to pain management, but Dr. Malik has made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. He always makes sure that my comfort comes first during each and every procedure.

There great, friendly and very caring

I'm in the process of treatments to relieve my back pain. The treatment by Dr. Malik is proving to be very encouraging, and this will make life easier and more enjoyable. Dr. Malik and his staff have been very kind and supportive. I look forward to continuing easing of my pain.

Great staff, very friendly. In the past I could hardly walk and now after injections I get around easier. Would recommend the office to anyone.

I had injection for my back which bothers me quite a lot. After this series of infections i am feeling so much better with the additional help from my daily medications. Both have helped me with a career change that i have to drive an hour both ways. Without the help of Dr. Malik and the office staff it would be impossible to maintain a good work life balance. Great experience

Dr. Malik does my neck epidural sitting up due to my respiratory issues. Without him thinking outside the box, I would not be able to get this procedure done. We have tried the conventional way but it compresses my diaphram too much and I can't breathe, even on oxygen. He has been a life saver.

Stopped going there 1. when they did not do the required pre procedure work with the ins.co. 2. this Dr. does not believe in Fibromyalgia 3. They do not send out bills, so even paying our out of pocket, we were not told we had a bill until they yelled at us about owing money for the procedure that never was pre approved by ins.4. His PA, in a filthy lab coat, and looking like he got into the opioids, talked more about his upcoming camping trip to a music festival, than how my pain was. Do not trust this doctor. He is not professional what so ever. He treated me like I was a pill head and i never asked for medications. He is the most narcissistic doctor I ever met. Don't tell him how you've been throwing up due to your pain because he will cut you off and say "it's not that serious, your arms are not numb" well I am confined to a wheelchair and only use half of my body jackass. This last time after my second shot did not work He said "all i can do now is do numbing shot on both sides of your neck, if that doesn't work there is nothing else i can do." Wow. Don't miss an appointment, even if you are dying from a migraine you better go!!!. I missed 2 appointments in 2 years and now they refuse to see me again. It's the only doctor of his kind in Richmond. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Dr Malik read my MRI told me all that was wrong with me. Then he refused to give me anything for pain because of my age, because everyone knows you can't really feel pain until your 50. He said if I give you pain med you'll just end up in re-hab!!! He wouldn't even give me a follow-up appt to come back. Let's face it...the readon we are at this clinic is because we've already been to every other dr (that is afraid to prescribe pain meds) we're desperately seeking relief. I think it's no wonder people smoke illegal pot, meth and heroin...which I have never done, but folks are looking for help from the dr's and being refused!!!
