Do not go to this Dr. !!! He took my bff off of her blood pressure medication and when she asked why, he said “ your bp looks fine today”. Well HELLO that is because of her medication. One week later she ended up in ER at Torrance Memorial with migraines and high bp Even they asked why he took her off and not only that, she has had this crupy cough for a year and getting worse. He should have sent her to a pulmonologist like yesterday according to ER and her new doctor. Please if you care to feel better this is not the guy. He should have his license taken away. Avoid this doctor if you care about your health, he is completely incompetent and unprofessional! I have no idea how he has been practicing for all of these years, his medical license needs to be revoked. He is doing more harm than good in his position. The front desk staff are friendly. The Dr. came in not wearing a mask, and during the appointment he was rushed and not listening to any of what I was saying. It was a total waste of my time and money. Thank goodness I was able to drop him and find a real doctor. Mr. khan is one of those doctors that believes that because he has a medical license he can treat patients badly, not do his job, and collect a large income. Unfortunately he has most likely been getting away with this for years. I wish I would have read the reviews and completed some research on him, then I would have known not to choose. I have been going to Dr Hameed Khan since past 7 years. He is my family Dr and is very knowledgeable in his field. His office staff is extremely nice and polite and caring. I truly love everyone there specially his office Manager Elma. Dr Hameed himself is really sweet and caring as well. I really recommend him to everyone.

Dr Hamid khan is is the worst doctor in South Bay if you do your blood work their office will never call you what is wrong with you and they have very unexperienced stuff at the office

Dr show a really bad attitude. Didn't even offer to look forward about the health issue. Just gave a quick saline solution rinse for sinus like diagnosis and walk away. Period.

Staff was nice. I went here in January 2020. Dr was very unprofessional and did not fulfill patients needs at all. Please do not go to this doctor. I even reported the doctor to my insurance.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Never got test results from 2017. Was told to sleep in the bath tub because I snore. I have never been to such an incompetent Dr. in my life. 2 1/2 years and still no results for a colonoscopy or a sleep study. Was told to get them myself. Give zero stars. When I went in the doctor said they could do it but took almost 2 hours. The other doctor kept asking me the same question over and over for about 4 or 5 different questions. They say they’ll email you regarding the referral which they placed and don’t, and then don’t respond to emails and they don’t answer there phone. Dr. Khan's office staff often lack compassion and empathy, especially in times of patient distress and requests. Dr. Khan himself frequently tells patients "you're fine" in a joking manner, without giving health prevention/maintenance tips. What "you're fine" really means is, the patient's life is not in immediate danger, so he is unwilling to take action or responsibility for the long-term consequences of your health. The only kind & patient health care professional there is the nurse practitioner "Liz," but her schedule is so full that she doesn't spend enough time to explain what is going on. If you share these feelings, I hope enough of us will be able to make an impact with Health Net to do something about this office's attitude and professionalism. We do not deserve a 1-star service. Our health is worth just as much as another human being who can afford a higher tier insurance.

Her stuffs Alma is abad lady and dont know how to talk with a patient.

Very unprofessional! Dosent even give a decent checkup! Had to pay out of pocket for another doctor who was caring and considerate.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Went recently for a check up. He barely saw me for 5 mins. The whole time I felt rushed. I told him about these lumps that are in my throat. He said "oh that's normal, nothing to worry about". How would he know that when he didn't even check?! And whenever I tried to explain something, he would cut me off and tell me "oh that's nothing to worry about". I felt like he just wanted me out of his office as soon as possible. Dr. Khan actually reads the notes before he asks questions. I was also pleasantly surprised that he sees his Medi-Cal patients rather than passing them of to a PA. Refreshing.

Pretty bad service here....does not seem to have privacy for patients or time....over all time doctor will spend with you is literally 2 mins....he's basically a drive through doctor...lol but not joke when its your health and concern. Also always over booked, so expect to wait anywhere from an hour to 2 hours from your actual appointment time, oh yeah and they close for lunch from 12 30 to 1 30pm so good luck with that...all in all this is a doctor who's sole interest is to make money....so the more patients the better....actual health services well thats for suckers. Went in with chest pains and a chronic cough. They sent me out for chest X-rays and blood work and said they'd call if there was a problem. I called them on a Friday saying I was flying to St. Louis Tuesday morning and wanted to check on my test results. I was told to come in Monday so the doctor can talk to me about my high blood pressure. Once there I told Dr. Khan I flying the next day and he never said a word. Then while listening to my lungs he mentioned that I just had the common cold. I knew my body and knew something was wrong so I snapped and told him he was no longer my doctor. Well that night I started coughing up blood. After canceling my flight and heading to the emergency room it turned out I had a pulmonary embolism, congestive heart failure, and a kidney infection. Had I taken that flight I probably wouldn't be here right now.... Look at his background, he earned his degree in Pakistan in 1969 ... It's obvious he's forgotten everything he learned.. The other two reviewers gave it only one star, the first didn't really give a reason why it was only one star, the second didn't give it ANY review, which I think is TOTALLY unfair, don't give a bad review, without a reason. I hope that people look at the most recent reviews (like mine) first. Below I will give you reasons why I gave it 5 stars. The dr. is a kind, caring person with a good beside manner and the staff is very nice. The office is clean and in a nice modern building. The staff is supportive of each other, the office "manager??" was both answering the phones and scheduling the appts, it didn't seem at the time the rest were doing too much, but when I made a joke about it, the manager defended them and said they were a team and they couldn't help answer the phone as there was only one phone, they probably were supposed to do only other duties. I hope that not too many people were deterred by the other negative reviews, but I guess the only good side of that, is that the waiting room is not crowded so not only do you not have long waits, but they ushered me in early. My insurance plan provides transportation but you must arrange it the day before, for my previous appt. I could not arrange the transportation as the day before was Labor Day and the transport. office was closed, so I had to cancel the appt. the same day it was scheduled. Some doctors would have charged me for the appt. but he did not. Only negative is he does not have a website so can't contact him by email. Dr. Khan is indeed one of the most as well as one of the best Doctors I think here in Torrance Ca. He made sure I had great care when I had to go to the Hospital for back surgery and he helped me get a good specialist for my procedure. He also made sure that I was doing okay in the Hospital and did a great job making sure I got good care after my surgery. I Have had Dr. Khan for a few years now and I highly recommend him if you need someone who is good and caring and will help take care of any medical needs that you have when needed. I was in a motorcycle accident in Lake Elsinore and was told to follow up with my personal physician after I left the hospital. I suffered from a very stiff neck and deep road rash on both arms. I went to Dr. Khan and after waiting over an hour was finally seen by him. I still had the bandages on both arms and explained to him what had happened. I'm in the process of looking for another doctor. I have expressed concerns with my skin because i have some areas of concern, and I am fair skinned, blond hair/blue eyes, and Dr .Khan barely looks at them. I wouldn't be bothered about it, but skin cancer runs in my family. That is just one complaint out of many. I could go on........
