Dr. Azar is the best orthodontist in Boston. Period! Her experience is unparalleled!!! She has had thousands of patients, from kids to adults and have made all of them smile perfectly for the rest of their lives. Including myself almost 15 years ago!! Most other non 5 star reviews on this page are fake. See a professional about your terrible teeth. See Dr. Azar and her team, you and your family will be happy you did. They tried to overcharge me. I wanted to get a top retainer and they were trying to charge me $700 for something that cost only 300, which I confirmed with other orthodontists. I would not recommend this place as they want to overcharge unsuspecting customers.

If I could give this doctor LESS than 1 star; I absolutely would. I have never experienced a RUDER doctor in my life. Dr. Azar is extremely disrespectful and does not know how to speak to her customers or anyone in that matter. I have never been so taken aback with how someone has spoke to me. NEVER go to this doctor unless you want be the utmost disrespected!! She needs to learn how to treat people with respect ESPECIALLY since she is a "professional" doctor. She cuts you off when you speak and does not let you express your own opinions--even as a paying customer!! I am disgusted with this practice and will be filing a serious complaint against them. Conveniently, I decided I needed braces about a year into attending a college 4 hours away from Boston (where I grew up). My mom has always held very specific opinions on dental health - she does not believe in extraction, or any sort of permanent modifications to the teeth themselves, which is what many other dental professionals will recommend. I tend to agree that I'd like to keep my smile, and just make it better, so when my mom found Dr. Azar for my sister, I decided that would probably be about the best thing for me as well. Throughout the year and a half of treatment, Dr. Azar was always happy to take me on the weekends (only time I could come back besides breaks), and that made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience much easier. Most recently, I was trying to schedule a braces removal appointment, which takes too long for their shorter weekend hours. Unfortunately, there was no room available for the only week I would be home. However, when I called on the morning of Tuesday (the day they remove braces), I was told they could fit me in. I saw their schedule - it really was packed. Thanks to their flexibility, I won't needlessly wear braces for 2 more months. About Front Desk: Dr. Azar employs some of the kindest and most helpful front desk staff I have met, and they helped me work out what is probably the most difficult schedule conceivable - which is having Monday-Friday classes, and not actually living in the Boston area. This office is awesome! The people there are very nice and very kind. Dr. Azar, she is the best orthodontist who I ever met. She is not only patient to each patient, but she is also give patients proper suggestions how to keep their teeth better when straightening the teeth. Dr. Azar has rich experience in children and adults orthodontics. I have had my braces on more than half year. I have seen a lot of changes on my teeth. They become more and more straighten. Dr. Azar was my orthodontist as well as my sons (8 years old). I can't recommend her enough! Her, Nikolas, and her entire staff are wonderful! They were able to work around my work schedule and fit me in on multiple appointments. She even held my baby while I had my teeth cleaned! It is a very family friendly office and her interaction with my son to put him at ease was phenomenal.
