I just had an impacted, infected wisdom tooth. That was 2 hours ago. The staff was pleasant and so was the dentist and hygienist. I have never has a tooth extracted before. If I felt some pain.. throw on more anesthesia. The injection of the anesthesia hurt more than anything. It was a pleasant experience all things considered. I just got some work don't by Guy Jensen. He was very rough, rude and not to mention very unprofessional. He swore multiple times. While he was working in my mouth I made a noise kinda complaining of the gross noises I was experiencing, and very rudely and irritated he says "WHAT? Are you in pain?" And I couldn't say anything because I had a bite block in and so I shook my head no. And he says "WELL WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU YELLING ABOUT THEN!" This was one of the many rude things he said to me while I was there. I will absolutely never go back or recommend him to anyone. If you are the crabby about the job you are doing, I think it is time to give it up. If I could rate him any lower than 1 star I would. I advise you go somewhere else.
