Dr. Gustavo A Garces

I have been seeing Dr. Garces for well over 10 years. He is an amazing doctor; caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, his practice was sold and now taken over by New Jersey Dental Centers. To make a long story short, they charged me for a procedure and also charged my insurance company. I spoke to my insurance company and let the dental office know of the possible error they made. The office manager Katherine told me that a refund would be issued; that was back in February. It is now June and after multiple phone calls and messages, I have yet to receive my refund. I am now forced to file a compliance form with my insurance company. It is disgraceful that I would drive almost 40 minutes to see Dr. Garces but now I am forced to look for a different dentist. This is why insurance companies are forced to make changes that in long run protect us as members.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garces for years now and hope to be a patient of his for a very long time. Dr. Garces and his team are amazing, kind, polite and friendly, the office is super organized and clean. I have been so fortunate to find him and when people ask me if I know a good dentist, I say I know an amazing dentist. I have referred all of my friends and family and trust his advice and his work and hope to be a patient of Dr. Garces for a very long time. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your visit, they are professional, punctual and efficient. From the first person to greet you at the front desk to Dr. Garces, I am 200% satisfied. Highly Recommended.

Very kind, gentle provider. Takes time to answer your questions and his dental hygienists are excellent and thorough.

Dr. Garces has helped me and my father. It was my first time having dental work done, and he made it easy and painless. His staff is helpful, and professional as well
