I am very unhappy with the treatment and service here. My English isn’t good, and they know this. They need me to have a translator, but they did not arrange a translator for me. So I had to wait a long time. The doctor was very rude to me. If I wasn’t about to have a root canal, I would have gotten up and left. I only came here because they accept my insurance.

Was a bad experience. The dentist is so pushy and behaves like salesman. Also, I was referred to him by my family dentist for a very specific tooth but they took x-ray from all of my teeth which was really strange!

Did great work but the Dr’s attitude is to be desired. I am moving and was informed that I have to my general dentist and was told “you signed it so I said it! I would not treat without explaining” he explained his procedure very thoroughly but not the steps afterwards. But what made me upset was that he saw I was clearly upset but proceeded to tear into me to prove he was “right” and was very condescending. Just a “sorry you misunderstood but that’s your next step” I could have dealt with but when you use a condescending tone to say that you’re always right… I have a problem. Went into the office feeling nervous. Dr.Narula and his assistants made me feel very comfortable through the whole process of my root canal . Process was very quick . Front desk staff , Veronica was very informative which I highly appreciated .

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Narula and his staff. I've had 2nd root canal with him and didn't see anything negative about his office or service. They were very professional and quick. I hope he keeps up.

Went to this office with a dentist referral, I have Medicare and supplement insurance, they want charge me $175 consultation fee upfront. I feel like this is a illegal practice. they are just being greedy charging me and the insurance at the same time. So I walked out of this appointment.

My mother had an appointment here today, 08/12/2020. She expressed that the process of being checked in and seated was extremely rushed. When the Doctor came in to begin the procedure, he was EXTREMELY frantic, did not explain what he was doing, proceeded to grabbed his tools and yelled at her to open her mouth. He then hit one of her back molars “ BY ACCIDENT “ and began to drill. NO NUMBING NO ANESTHESIA. My mother informed him that she was in pain so he stopped for a second and continued. When my mother mentioned to him that she was in pain, AGAIN, he pulled back and sliced my mother’s lip. He then apologized and stated it was an “accident”. My mother then got up and started to leave, he was yelling after her, saying that he was a “ professional” and that he “ knows what he’s doing” and followed her out the door trying to have her return to the seat to finish the procedure. My mother had a HORRIBLE experience here. She was already nervous because they didn’t not let me come in to help translate (due to COVID), as her English isn’t very good. Please DO NOT come here!!! I am extremely upset and will be reporting this dentist my grandmother went in on 10/12/2020 and this dentist was extremely rude and in a rush and yelled at my grandmother saying either do it or don't. She proceeded with the root canal and long behold he cracks her front tooth. He said there was nothing he could do and that he was done and walked out with no directions on what she should do. didnt do the root canal because HE cracked her tooth and still charged her 400 dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. He has now tromatized my grandmother. Dr. Narula and all of his staff were very professional and made my root canal visit fast and comfortable . Also he explained so much in detail of what my visit would entail and the possibility's . His explanation's made me feel like he new what he was doing and especially seeing being I was done in 35 minutes, Thanks to Dr. Narula and Veronica for making this a good experience . Dr. Gurpreet Narula, is the Best Endodontics Surgeon. I was suffering with Severe Dental infection after a major infection for my one yr old root Canal treatment (done by other surgeon for my typical three long J shaped roots. Dr Narula treated me and he performed a major Apico Surgery and he is the best ever Endodontics Surgeon and down to Earth person. He was calling me very frequently to check my healing. It took about 3 weeks for me to heal completely but he was performing regular checks.
