Don't hold your breathe waiting for a REFUND YOUR DUE. Been waiting over 90 days for a overpayment refund. 1st excuse: "we've credited your card the issue is with your bank". 2nd excuse: "someone" improperly issued the refund to your card". 3rd excuse "office mgr on PTO & no one can issue a refund" 4th excuse: "office mgr was too busy to issue the credit" Now the person answering the phones in the Cary office won't let me speak with the office mgr. 5th excuse: the card we're try'n to credit has expired (wasn't when this started) & we now have to wait or Dr. Judge to come in, issue, & sign your check". Funny this office demands payment "prior to service", but takes 3 months (after repeated calls) to begin to issue a refund. Dr. Judge and staff are so nice. He did an extensive allergy panel and addressed any reactions I had. He is good at educating me about my allergies. I’m very pleased with my experience there.

I use to be a person who believe health professionals are abide by their oath not the money they collect but today I witnessed that the “dr judge” is after the money not to help patients. He didn’t treat my little son the way I expected. We waited almost for two months at home to get the appointment, when we get there he came to see my son after 20 minutes and he didn’t even apologized then he didn’t even ask us our concerns he just jump in to talk about insurance. When we set up my son appointment the patient coordinator told us they will accept our insurance she even didn’t say anything when we checked in. Then we told him we will pay out of pocket and he said ok he left it took for the medical assistant to make the taste extra 20 minutes and I have to go out and ask them whether they will do it for us or not they Were standing and talking by the receptionist. This was my second visit. The Dr. Judge was 1 hour late offered no apology and rushed through the follow-up. He did not even know why I was there. I told him it was a follow-up. Took 1.5 hours to see doc for 5 minutes. Ridiculous .

I received a referral to this office from my son's pediatrician. He had been suffering from eczema at all of his joints from 3 months of age. The doctor had a skin test performed on his back and everything came back negative. He then suggested that my son only had really dry skin and to just keep him constantly lotioned. I knew this wasn't right, as no amount of lotion ever solved the issue and the fact that it was at his joints was a sure sign that he had an allergy of some sort. After finding another allergist, I called Dr. Judge's office to request my medical records. I called at least 15 times over a span of a week to no avail - I was met with someone's personal voicemail (I'm assuming they never unforwarded their phones), lengthy messages about business hours with no one answering the phone, or a busy signal. I finally got through and the secretary seemed very put off by my request for the records. After some back and forth, she confirmed that I could come and pick up a physical copy from their office. I visited during normal business hours on a day that, according to their lengthy voicemail and the sign on the door, their office was supposed to be open. The door was locked and I knocked multiple times and tried calling from my cell outside of the door and there was no answer. I gave up and carried on with my appointment at the new doctor. Well I just received the results from a blood test that the new doctor ordered, and my son is most definitely allergic to dairy and eggs which I had continued to feed him for the past 6 months because I was told from Dr. Judge that he was not allergic. I'm sure that other patients have had positive and helpful experiences and that there is a probability for inaccurate results. However, the quickness at which my son's condition was dismissed, the management of the office, and the tone that I received once I finally was able to reach someone, was off-putting and concerning to say the least. I recently brought my daughter to see Dr. Judge for allergy testing. He was phenomenal. He spoke to her and explained everything to us clearly and alleviated any stress she had about how testing was done. His nurse Emma was incredibly kind and gentle. Dr Judge explained the results thoroughly and offered different treatment options for us to think about, with no pressure from him. I highly recommend Dr. Judge and his whole staff. Unfortunately had a conversation with Dr. Judge today that struck me as extremely unprofessional. Urged me to come in despite wanting to wait longer due to COVID-19, then hung up the phone mid-conversation after I tried to explain my prescription was about to run out and that I had new insurance (was trying to figure out an alternative solution). My initial appointments with him were fine, but I was caught very much off guard by his demeanor today. His exact words were, "Yeah, COVID-19 happened but that's in the past now." While I do understand some people feel that way, in my opinion I don't want to work with a respiratory doctor who doesn't seem to have an ounce of caution about the lingering possibility of transmission or infection, especially when I don't have any urgent or compelling need to come in for a visit right now.

I was deal with a cough for 10 month, visiting different doctors until I come to doctor Judge. He saves my live.

wonderful physician who takes his time, fully explains everything and is quite thorough. i highly recommend Dr Judge to anyone suffering with allergies and asthma.

I've worked closely with Dr. Judge, Emma, and Becky and all have been wonderful to me! Everyone has explained in full detail anything we were going to be doing (testing related). Dr. Judge takes the time to explain not only what is going on but why which is even more important in treatment plans. I am recommending everyone I know here and can't thank you enough for the 5 star treatment every visit. I feel as if I'm in the best hands.

Dr Judge listened. He helped in so many ways; really went above and beyond. He is extremely thoughtful. A broad thinker willing to research my issues. His staff was very kind. My nurse was absolutely one of the best I have ever had. Locations are very convenient. I did not wait long. Highly recommend.

Dr Judge And Team go above and beyond for me to see that I get the knowledge that I need to help control my allergies.They explain the testing that they do and they go over the results in detail.They Inform of me of my next steps in the process of immunizations and how it works and how long it takes for me to start getting relief from the itchy eyes,runny nose,skin itching,breathing through my nose struggles,congestion,and everything else you can think of when I go outside on a daily basis.Dr Judge and staff is amazing !!

I have always found Dr Judge to be very knowledgeable about allergies, but also about the many symptoms and fallout from allergic reactions and living with allergies. He is always willing to explain when I have questions. He is committed to finding the best possible outcome to any upper respiratory malady I come to him with. Wow, I don't even know where to start. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was taken back rather quickly. All of the staff is amazing!!! I was asked a bunch of questions and then I waited for Dr. Judge. At 2:08pm, someone came to do a spirometry test. At 3:10, I finally saw the doctor. He came in for all of 5 minutes. He asked me some of the same questions I answered to the first girl and he listened to my lungs. He told me that he wanted me to do a breathing treatment and then do the spirometry test again. Plus, he wanted to do an X-Ray just to rule out a sinus infection. I did the breathing treatment and did the spirometry test again. They tried to do an X-Ray but their machine was not working. The doctor came back in just a few minutes before 4:30pm to finish up with me....3 hours later. He wanted me to take a prescription and since I gave them my pharmacy, I assumed they called it in. I went later that evening to pick it up but the pharmacy said that there was no prescription called in. I called the doctor's office the next day and the girl who answered told me there was not even a prescription written for me. The employees told me that the doctor tends to see as many as 5 patients at one time and jumps from room to room. I think he either needs to cut back how many patients he sees or hire another physician! If I end up needing an asthma doctor on a regular basis, I will find a new one. I am happy with the methodical approach to gather data around potential allergens and find a culprit for my issue with hives.

I've had such strong allergy and stomach problems for years that I just thought I "had to deal with." After seeing Dr. Judge, he has really clearly explained what my body is going through and how to start on the road to healing. His staff have been super friendly and great along the way.

We have been coming here for the past few years for allergies and shots. We have always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always great with listening to any concerns. Allergy shots are usually quick in and out once your on a routine schedule. Sometimes waiting on the Dr. to come into the room can be a little long but I wouldn't say it is any different than waiting for any other Dr. appt. Their busy and have more patients to see than just you. We like it here.

My younger daughter has been suffering with severe allergy and he investigated her symptoms deeply and treated her accordingly. Now she is on the allergy vaccines treatment and we hope that in an year she won't have to deal with the bad allergy symptoms anymore

I've seen Dr. Judge since I was a teenager, so we're going on almost two decades now. I feel comfortable in listening to his diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and his management of my chronic conditions has been very good. The nursing and administrative staff in the office are awesome, and are always accommodating with schedule changes, etc.

I have been coming here for years, and have always had an enjoyable experience. They doctors and ladies here are so kind and really listen to what you have to say. I highly recommend this place to any.

My experience with Dr. Judge has been very positive, especially since he is the first allergist I have made appointments with to mend my allergies and sinus issues. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor who is willing to answer the many questions I had during my first appointment. Overall, I am a very satisfied patient and really eager about the process I've been making regarding my allergy symptoms, thanks to Dr. Judge!

Injections have really helped me!

I came in with allergy symptoms of a runny stuffy nose 24/7 I got tested and they made a serum just for my symptoms and I don't have allergies as bad now. The entire staff team is very nice and respectful.

Dr. Judge is a great doctor. His staff is a kind and caring too.

My daughter had severe allergies since she was a baby. Dr Judge was able to find all the food she was allergic to and we were able to avoid those. Dr Judge was able to treat her asthma symptoms contain them before they get serious.Dr Judge treated her with vaccines to treat her environment allergies
