He's okay, but you can expect to wait 45 minutes before you get to see him. I once gave up and left.

I have been trying to call their office for three days and it rings and rings then disconnects me saying line is busy. I kept calling back and now get their message stating I can’t leave a message. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gibson for over 25 years and for some reason I now can’t get through to this office. HELP!!!

I had to do all the leg work with my own insurance company. Only to find out that they will charge to submit paperwork to the insurance company to do a procedure they recommend. I had to call the insurance company to tell them what number they needed to call to get prior authorization. The reception was not pleasant over the phone and will not be going back. I was treated like a CASH COW! Self-verified patient of Dr. Gunnar H Gibson - Posted on July 13th, 2019 I have been seeing Doctor Gibson for the past eight years. My last appointment was to get some skin cream medication refilled, but NP Rebecca started checking my arms and face for skin cancer. I told her I have no worries, I wear SPF 60 and don’t linger in the sun, but she grabs her air gun and starts swiping me with it. It was almost comical except I kept saying no and she kept swiping. I didn’t know each swipe would cost me $100. When I received the bill for $1,200+, those air swipes weren’t so comical. I have a strong feeling Doctor Gibson will be selling the business soon, and he’s building up revenue at his patient’s expense. It feels awful being ignored and manipulated by one’s Doctor.

Charged me too much money and misdiagnosed my issues. I had to go to another doctor since he didn't fix my issue and he is still charging me 210 dollars. He was a complete jerk and seems like all he cares about is money! STAY AWAY from this QUACK of a so called doctor.

This is my second round in 4 years here and I have been very happy with all here. I had read about some front office issues but they have been more than helpful. I saw the nurse practitioner and Dr. Gibson this time and was taken care of quickly and effeciently.

Dr. Gibson is an excellent and caring doctor. My husband and I have been going to him for years. He is thorough and very professional. We have been happy with all outcomes of our treatment. The staff is always accommodating. We love Dr. Gibson!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson's for a lot of years. I like him. That is the main reason I continue to go see him when needed. However, a recent experience with office staff left me upset. I called for results of biopsy. I was told it was benign. So I asked " I don't need to continue the treatment he prescribed" and she said "I don't think so." No comment about let me check with doctor or nurse or anything. What am I to do? If it isn't what he thought, then what is it. And, if the prescribed treatment is not called for, what is? While I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson's for years and trust him completely, the bookkeeping department not so much. Got a letter from a collections department today - really - haven't had a collections letter in 30 years. Called his office and they couldn't even speak to me about me account. They handle my medical records but can't see billing? - I think not. A suggested best practice would be to call your patients before sending to collections.....by the way - never received a copy of a past due bill. Dr. Gibson is a good dermatologist. He seems to be more on the conservative side when it comes to Botox and fillers. . I had filler and Botox and I was please with the results. My only complaint was the filler didn't last as long as I was told it should or would. The filler used in my lips did not look as though I had even had them done. The swelling for 48 hours made them appear as though I had them done., After the swelling went down they looked like my normal lips.

He ripped me off. He had another Dr. ( Dr. Jennifer R. Kailey ) present for no reason and she charged $216 for nothing. I will never pay her my share of bill and I will inform Medicare and try to see she gets nothing for this attempted theft . I will also document this attempted theft to Sen. Boozman and Sen. Cotton so they may see factual accounts of why health care costs are out of sight. Gibson set me up and Kailey picked my and Medicare's pocket.

Dr. Gibson is very knowledgeable and professional. He treats every patient with care and makes you feel like your needs are important to him. Would highly recommend giving his office a call!
