In all the years I've been a patient of the clinic I've always have had great care .

I've always been pleased with the practice at the Bethany Clinic. Dr Samagh is always attentive to my concerns and has a common sense approach to my medical care ,which I really appreciate.

Dr. Samagh was very receptive to my needs. The interesting and notable part is that she had ample time with me and was not rushed. This is so rare in this time and day. It is remarkable when an actual MD much less any medical providers can or will actually stop, listen (not constantly type in medical files system, and be "present" during a scheduled visit. Dr. Samagh set this appointment up with me (virtual appointment) after I had a particularly difficult week with a virus and a fainting incident and subsequent injury from fainting incident. She was helpful, seemed to care about my health and well being. She was professional and thorough. I was pleased.

Dr Samagh has been our family care provider, husband, myself, and youngest daughter, since 2006. Always a caring and compassionate provider with our best needs in mind. We've recommended her to our friends. Dr Samagh has been knowledgeable and very informative on the latest health care changes. We also like all of the staff at Providence when we visit or need a question answered, a very pleasant experience.

Dr Samagh is one of the best doctors. She was my grandmother's doctor and was so kind to her. She is now my doctor. She is a great listener. Current on topics and medication and has help me have a better quality of like. She prescribes solutions and not just medication Highly recommend her!

Initially, she was pretty proactive about getting labs done and sending out referrals as needed. For simple check ups, she does the job quick and doesn’t waste time. She does have a habit of leaving during appointments unprompted and not returning, so sometimes you have to follow up with the nurses about referral information. However, as my problems persisted and I began experiencing more and more discomfort, she began to disregard any and all symptoms to simply anxiety and stress and refused any follow up labs. While I will admit I’ve been more stressed out, mostly because there hasn’t been any help for my condition, it got to a point where I went to urgent care twice, followed up with her, and her advice for my chronic pain, inflammation, and insomnia was just to “get a real job, for stability”. Needless to say, I felt disregarded, unheard, and disrespected.

Really bad bed site manners. She looks down to the patients. Told me and my wife to excuse her for a couple minutes, went outside the room and never came back. A nurse came finally with the paperwork with no explanation or apologies. Providence might be a good insurance but the Bethany Office is terrible. Good luck getting through on the phone and talking with someone from the doctors office.

I saw Dr Samagh many years ago for some vague tingling symptoms and feelings of depression. Dr Samagh correctly diagnosed a vitamin B-12 deficiency and a vitamin D deficiency in a single visit. I was able to correct my symptoms within a few weeks. The reason I feel moved to write about this now is because for the last 5 years I have worked in a psychiatry office and my eyes were opened as to how rare it is for a physician to check for medical symptoms when psychiatric symptoms are present. If you say you are depressed most physicians are quick to prescribe an anti-depressant. Dr Samagh was ahead of her time in ordering labs and checking for a medical cause to my symptoms. I feel lucky that went to her and not someone else who could have left my deficiencies untreated for years.

Terrible follow up or concern of patient. Staff is rude. Does not return calls

I have been under Dr. Samagh's care for 10 years. She is so knowledgeable and always up to date on modern research and medical practice.Highly recommend her expertise.

I think Dr. Samagh is a great Doctor. She takes time to listen to you and answer all your questions. I never have a problem getting an appointment right away, Her medical decisions have always helped me. She also has a wonderful staff. I have a family member that recommended her to me and I have done the same to my friends.

Dr. Samagh is a great doctor. I have always had good experiences when I visit the office with minimal waiting, very clear and friendly communication, and professional behavior in every way. But most importantly, her diagnosis and treatment plans are always spot on for me.

I have always had great experiences with all of my appointments with Dr. Samagh. She is extremely knowledgeable and always where it counts - diagnosing your problem or illness. Her advice for preventative health is pragmatic and realistic, and she communicates her reasons and orders very clearly. Lastly, I am never kept waiting in the exam room for an unreasonable about of time.

Doesn't listen to the patient about concerns or topics needing to be discussed. Not willing to switch medications even when patient is having side effects from them.
