Dr. Qi was great. He took care of my father the final 2 years of his life. My Dad absolutely loved him.

If I could give this doctor a negative one million rating, I would. My mom was diagnosed with cancer at the end of last year. She went to see doctor Qu and when she walked in he told her that God had her and he would help her beat lung cancer. When he asked her how long she had been smoking and she told him 40 years, his attitude totally changed. After that he told her with absolutely no compassion that she had 8 weeks to live. That she could do chemo but that she couldn’t start for another 3 weeks. That there was 60% chance the chemo would work and the other 40% would just “take her out”. Absolutely cold and no bedside manner at all. This absolutely infuriated me and really depressed her. I told her at that point to disregard anything he said to her. That we would find her a new oncologist. She went to MD Anderson and they laughed when she told them what he said. We found a new oncologist and she’s been wonderful this whole time. She’s been doing chemo for several months and got the news last week that her tumor was half the size it was at the beginning. It’s not even a tumor anymore, it’s only a lesion. She’s done with chemo and starts radiation and immunotherapy in the next couple weeks. Her new oncologist told her she’s basically half way to remission. This doctor is basically legally killing people. If we hadn’t got a second opinion my mom would be dead right now. She would’ve gave up. I’m not one to normally write reviews but I feel like this is information that needs to be shared. Take yourself or your loved one anywhere else. Dr. Qu has been treating me for myeloma for 15 years. I can’t thank him enough for alway staying ahead of the disease. He is brutally honest in our conversation but the treatments helped me overcome a few health crisis. I am blessed to be here today.

Dr. Qu is my doctor for 15 years for my blood cancer. His treatments helped me through quite a few relapse. I trust him dearly and prey for God continue to work through him to keep me healthy.

Go anywhere else.

In 2017, this doctor was giving my husband chemo that was shrinking his tumor when he told him he couldn't be cured, did he want to go on hospice! My husband fired him on the spot. We went to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, continued chemo, added radiation, which Dr. Quack said wasn't possible, and then immunotherapy. Almost five years later hubby is NED and just had a knee replacement! This man needs to continue his education to learn what treatment is working or go home and fish. He's useless! Dr Qu is a great doctor.he made me feel like he understood what i was going through. Loved his beside manner. Also very smart and well spoken. I am feeling hopeful to start feeling better and for that I am truly grateful!!

Wonderful, caring physician. Willing to listen and discuss your medical condition. Highly recommend. Unfortunately I can't say the same for his office staff. They lost test results and I heard them speaking about private medical information publicly. He needs to know.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of Dr Qu, he was very agressive at fighting my cancer and very concerned with my health. I have been cancer free now for 7 yrs. Thanks to Dr Qu. The staff was great caring for me. Thank you all for a job well done. I would highly recommend you all.

This man is the smartest doctor in Mississippi, according to every physical I know. Great sense of humor. Thank goodness I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy his bedside manner. I am probably upright and breathing because of his knowledge and skill.

He is vey passionate and knowledgeable in my care. I am well taking care of. I have no reservation to recommend him to my family members.

Did not explain treatment options. Made an "executive decision" on treatment plan. After we received a second opinion from M.D. Anderson and requested their recommended therapy, he did not respond to our telephone and written requests, We had to to find another Oncologist in order to continue treatment with the recommended chemotherapy. Now in remission.

Completely worthless. This man is a fraud and everyone in jackson should be aware of this. Competent and caring !

I was nervous going to see dr. Qu at first but that feeling quickly changed once I met him.. What a joy he is. Dr. Qu has a wonderful personality, he made me feel comfortable, he's very professional & caring. His staff is super polite and caring. I have recommended him to others.
