I love Dr.Paul always polite and caring

I had been in excruciating pain for 4 years. Dr. Paul took it upon himself to do as many test as he could to see what was going on. He is now sending me to the proper place for the care I need to get my life back. His staff are AMAZING . Angie is very compassionate. I would refer ANYONE to him . Dr. Paul is the best! He listens and cares about what your symptoms are unlike other doctors who listen for the first few sentences. He doesn't order any unneccessary tests and is a great surgeon! I highly recommend him!

Wonderful Surgeon. Easy to communicate with (especially dealing with a teenager as the patient) made sure she understood everything that was being done and treated her with respect. Great bedside manner at the hospital and was friendly. Follow-up appointment was very professional and easy going. I am beyond thankful for him being our daughters doctor during her emergency surgery.

The front desk receptionist lied about not receiving a referral from my PCP, and then was very rude about having actually reviewed it, then admonished me for my insurance and told me to find somewhere else to go. I’m sure the doctor is great, but his staff are undertrained in a manner of job skills, and customer service. He is truly the best surgeon in Bay Minette!!! No matter when I call or came to his office he always made sure I was okay!!! He is the man to go to for your needs!!’ Thanks again

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone with serious conditions. These people do not care about the well being of their patients. You hear people complaining about wanting to go home and calling in. Your doctor may tell you things that contradict what your primary doctors tell you. Me personally i have cardiac issues and my appointented Dr. Here tells me i have none. But i see a cardiologist regularly. Hel left the same way I came. And i have Insurance !! They make you feel like youre crazy and that your just a druggie looking for more drugs. I was told that at my age i shouldnt have heart issues. My dr. Was rude and disrespectful. Fairhope and USA would be my recommendations !! Not all Dr's at NBI are bad. Dr. Paul did my gall bladder removal surgery. He was so very thorough.... Even down to getting my FMLA for work talked through before surgery. He had great bed side manner that kept everything light and worry free in such a sudden and scary situation. I healed great and was back to work in about a week.

Dr. Paul and his team are just awesome. Dr. Paul is very thorough with his research and diagnosis. Dr. Paul is the best doctor in Bay Minette. Even though he's a surgeon, he has seen me muliple times as a walk in when every other doctor in town would not. His rates have always been fair and affordable. He and his staff are top notch and an asset to our community.
