Dr. Greta Ivers seemed professional at first but lied about agreeing to continue an ongoing prescription when her extra requirement was being met leaving my husband without medication and no solution. It is unacceptable for any doctor to cause a patient to go off their prescribed medication. The patient has a witness to Iver's lie but Iver's denies what she said. She also did not do a thorough exam during my "new patient" wellness appt. - prescription renewal. Do Not Let Her Become Your Doctor.

Not enough characters to say everything horrible about our experience. The latest is that no one called to follow up on my husband's once-weekly blood draw and medication adjustment. The next week they did call and his levels were very high. Dr. Ivers didn't know what the "therapeutic" level was, when we told her she ignored and said "it's fine", refused to talk to us directly, and now my husband is self-medicating. She also didn't know what dose he was already on. Looking for a new PCP.

When first meeting Dr Ivers I very uncomfortable and intimidated .she was very uncaring to my needs ,when trying to explain what I needed she would always talk over me and never listen ,almost a little humiliating and degrading ,and refusing to help me with my paperwork for my medical reasons and kept telling me to keep coming back ,This is hard for me to do because I can’t see well and I cannot drive .it is very inconvenient for me to make appointments but she seems not to care at all to help.

I would Never recommend her to my worst enemy very disrespectful and unprofessional does not care about her patients I don’t know why she is Allowed to practice My dogs veterinarian is better

Dr. Greta Ivers Treated my mother who had cancer and she was very compassionate and my mother loved her and My Mother Leveta could be hard to handle but Dr. ivers always made my Mom laugh and that is always good medicine, she was kind to me as well at the most stressful time in our lives, she was very knowledgeable on medications and nutrition . My Mom passed away and I did not get to thank her for helping us. Thank You Dr. Greta Ivers .... LynnAnn and Family from Desert Rose

Bay Clinic in Naalehu ran fine until she showed up. For 3 years i was being treated and the last time refills came up and wouldn't refill them. Said she didn't prescribe those. Changed others even though I told her the changes would make me sick. 3 times she tried this. Never got the original one that I was using and that worked. Ended up in the ER with severe back spasms that were under control until Dr. Ivers took over my file. Got to thank her for that.

Hi it's me again,just keep reading her bad reviews and wonder why they sent her to naalehu from keaau,what did we do to deserve this,we have been putting up with a revolving door of drs. For at least 2 years,having to tell a new one about us,they don't even read our files I am so thankful for the nurses(LIZ,JOSSIE,MARK,ROSS AND MARGRARET) they are the ones caring for us. Greta ivers doesn't know the first thing about being a dr.

The worst doctor. I went in because I was having terrible back and neck pain and could barely move. Besides her unsympathetic recommendation to "just use Icy Hot and massage" when I asked her why it would suddenly become so stiff she simply said, "That's our bodies." "That's it?" I asked surprised. "That's it," she responded with a smug smile. Really? You're a doctor and that's all you're going to tell me? She was rude and uncompassionate. Ultimately I did not feel respected as the patient.

Could not agree more with all other reviews. Spent literally 2.5 minutes with me; being aware of her reviews I was trying my best to facilitate her behavior/encouraging her to give me time & attention. The GREAT news is she informed me she was leaving this clinic :) Good thing! Sometimes God takes care of problems like this! A hui ho Dr; seems like you will not be missed much at Keaau Bay Clinic

The worst doctor I have ever seen. She was abrupt and rude and totally dismissed my concerns. She misdiagnosed a very serious condition and sent me for the wrong test. Thank god I see my ob gyn 2 days later and asked her for a 2nd opinion. She cancelled Dr Ivers tests and sent me for the correct ones.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to. Went to confirm my pregnancy and get a referral for an OB. When she finally came into the room it was obvious that she hadnt taken the time to review my file. She thought I was there because I was getting head aches, not for confirmation. Long story short she was rude & unprofessional. I know my emotions are hightend but I left there crying and my husband (who was present durning the appointment)was disgusted in the way treated & talked to me.

My first impression of Dr. Ivers, well she seemed to be more into herself then her job. She seemed distracted and aloof. She was wearing a great short sleeve coral dress with heals. I waited in the little room for her for over an hour and I was just about ready to reschedule. I needed her to take point on my care. Choice VA told me see this doctor and ask for referrals. When I asked for referrals, she said why can't the VA do it? She said she will do it. She gave 5 minutes of her time.

Forced to see Dr. Ivers cause regular Dr. wasn't in. REQUIRED to be 20 MINS EARLY for the appointment. Spent 40 MINS in the waiting room, another 30 MINS in exam room. I asked the nursed why the Dr was late. The nurse informed me that she was taking too long with other patients. I asked the DR, she said she has sick people coming in on Mondays. As if my daughter wasn't really sick! I felt she was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NEVER recommend this DR to anyone ever!!!!!!
