Dr. Gresham T Richter

Having worked in a few highly rated pediatric facilities across the country, I can genuinely say Dr. Richter is top notch. He’s highly competent, kind, and has a positive & friendly disposition. He performed a surgery on my baby and is currently seeing him for other issues. He spends time educating us and answers our questions. We’re confident in him and would recommend him a million times over.

He cares so much about his patients!! He has went above and beyond for my daughter to make sure she gets the care she needs!!!

My daughter has been a patient of dr richters for awhile now.He is smart and knowledgeable on her condition. But he has no compassion for her .she has had cellulitis recently and been really sick . He did not call her medication I’m not one time but two when she was sick . I wonder how he would like someone to do that to one of his children when they were sick . Anyway I had to call one time to the after hour dr she was fantastic and called her meds in and was kind . The next time he waited and never got her meds called in we went and saw him early in the day . He said she had cellulitis and she needed meds . We went to pick them up that afternoon he never called them in . Waited til next day and still no meds . Mind you my daughter has a rare condition and you don’t mess with cellulitis . Anyway I had to call Down there the nurse said he hasn’t signed off on her meds and that he was busy in surgery . A nurse practitioner signed off for them which should have been done yesterday .

Dr Richter is amazing. He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner with children as well as parents. He has changed my daughter's life for the better and we feel so thankful to have him as her doctor.

Have been trying for over a month now to get an important medication for my daughter and they will not return our phone call. Had the Pharmacy request a refill, which they replied must have new height and weight. That's fine! Answer your phone or return a phone call so we can! He saved my son life in 2008 !!!! ???? My now 11 year old son is writing a paper about his hero and he has chosen Dr. Richter! We are so blessed to have met him.

This wonderful doctor saved my daughter life...has done 2 airway reconstruction surgeries and fixing to do another next week! Great doctor!!

Dr.Richter is the best! He is treating my daughters hemangioma with so much care and is really kind hearted. He really cares about ur child not just the paycheck.

The best ENT I've ever taken my child to. After testing and extensive review Dr. Richter decided surgery would be best. I got nervous and was worried for my lil man. Surgery day arrived and lil man was ready, he went back 3 hours later came out no bruises and no eye drainage and was looking great 4 days after surgery no bruises couldnt tell he even had surgery. By far the best Dr. my son calls Dr Richter his buddy I'm very proud to say Dr. Richter was my son's ENT Dr and I would recommend him to everyone. The best ENT I've ever taken my child to. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Richter and his team. There was hardly any wait time, and when I commented on how impressive this was I learned that they were doing everything possible to keep the wait short in response to patient feedback. Dr. Richter was fantastic with my eight-month-old daughter, and had her smiling from the moment he walked in the room. 45 minutes after check in, still waiting to go back. I'm a firm believer that an appointment is a commitment by both parties to be on time or inform the other if there is a delay. The patient can't be late. The patient is at the whim of the doctor. Why should the patient still have to wonder how far behind the doctor is.

Great doctor! Made my 3 year old as happy as he possibly could with a screw in his ear????

As nerve-racking as the day was with my 4 year old getting his tonsils & adenoids takes out, Dr. Richter & his team were so amazing! The surgery went absolutely perfect & I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. BEST experience I've had in a hospital setting.
