Dr. Gregory A Zieman

I went to doctor shepherd in 2011 to have my wisdom teeth removed. 7 years later my teeth started breaking and falling out. I went to several different dentist and tried to get them to fix them. The last dentist I went to told me that I needed to go back to the oral surgeon that did my wisdom teeth removal and ask them to remove the metal studs and metal wire that was placed in my mouth. He also explained to me that most likely if he placed the metal in my mouth. That he probably preformed a small surgery on different parts of my body and put small control arms in. I have had a cat scan done of my body and I am waiting for pictures of the cat scan to be printed. I will post updates of the results soon. You can see in the pictures I have now that were supplied by his office! That more than my wisdom teeth were removed and that part of my jaw was removed. I am notifying the medical review board and also the local sheriffs office. Be very careful when getting put under by the doctors in this office. From what I have been told I was put under by a iv for almost 7 hours. For a surgery that normally takes about two hours and usually doesn’t require you to be put under that way. I would recommend that you get a second consultation if you have been to this place of business. And if you are thinking about going to them! Flat don’t!!

The staff there is very unprofessional!!!! I talked to a women she hungup on me. After they do the tooth implant, I will not be returning for any other work! I will write a full review after work is completed.

Horrible place of business!!! I went in for a consultation & the dentist told me he would get back with me but he never did an follow up or anything however he sent me bills in the mail. When I was in their place of business, I was told that my dental insurance covered my visit and months later they started sending me bills in the mail and calling me. The young lady at the front desk that handles the financial side of things is incredible rude and nasty. Maybe she doesn't like people of my hue. I will stay home and pull my own wisdom teeth before I give this place a penny.

I had a long wait even though my appointment was scheduled at 9:45 my surgery started at 11am

Dr. Zieman, and his entire staff, were wonderful. I had an extraction and implant. At least five of his staff members checked up on me, kept me informed, saw to my comfort, were very friendly, empathetic, and professional. Dr. Zieman and his staff kept my husband informed as well. My procedure couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I had minimal pain and recovery.As always, Dr. Zieman called to check on me and took his time speaking with me. I couldn’t have asked for more. Absolutely love Dr.Zieman he is wonderful and so are his nurses and dental assistants!

Dr. Zieman was so great! Not only is he a great surgeon, he took the time to call my fiancé after my surgery to see how I was holding up. Wonderful staff as well!

Dr. Zieman is amazing! I was having all four wisdom teeth out in one day and it was my first time under general anesthesia so I was afraid... Thanks to God it went well! He was friendly, explained everything, and the staff were ready with a smile. Would definitely recommend this office 10/10.

Dr Zieman and his staff of incredible assistants are amazing. Dr Zieman installed 4 implants for a upper front 6 tooth bridge. It took 12 months and many visits but it was worth every penny and the 1.25 hour of travel. In every aspect Dr Zieman is top shelf. Very detailed, experienced, and personable.

1st visit was for a consultation and it took over an hour to even be called back to the room. Office staff was very friendly, but the wait was absolutely ridiculous!!!

Ive seen Dr Zieman in the past and he is a good oral surgeon, however, he has office staff that was rude and hung up on me. I would fire her if I could! Upon calling back they didnt know the ladies name that was so rude to me....how convenient!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. It was a very smooth experience.

Dr. Zieman is AWESOME. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Zieman and his staff were so kind. Dr. Zieman actually called me at home the night following my surgery just to make sure I was doing well. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal experience! Dr Z could not have been more personable or professional ! Staff was equally sweet and professional. Will never go anywhere else! No pain, very little discomfort with tooth extraction and was given meds to control it. Dr Z even called my home the night of surgery to see how I was doing! 5 ***** experience!

Dr. Zieman explains everything and goes the extra mile to calm a nervous patient. He's gentle, compassionate and truly cares. I didn't have to wait long. The front staff and the dental assistants are all professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Greg Zieman.

Dr Z is not only a proficient surgeon but his communication and concern about his patients goes way beyond the call of duty. I would never allow anyone else to perform this surgery on me. I am in the middle of my 13th implant and Dr Z has performed all but 2 (they were done in Ky during my residence there). He IS the BEST of the BEST

Office manager has been giving us the run around about reimbursing us for the portion we paid to have our daughters wisdom teeth extracted. 6/2017 we paid $800+ out of pocket their practice, our insurance paid everything so we were promised the $800 refund in 2-3 months. It is now 12/20/17 (6 months later) we still are having problems getting our money from them, nothing but excuses. We are in contact with Cigna, they are aware of the issue and will be working with us. Never use these guys.

I saw Dr. Zieman to pull a tooth and do an implant. Everything went great and I now have my implant. It feels like my original tooth. He is the best!

I had an awesome experience, with Dr. Sheppard. Had oral surgery and he did an outstanding job. The staff was friendly and very professional. Dr. Sheppard, even contacted me, to make sure, that I was ok. I highly recommend him.

Hands down Dr. Zieman is one of the Best oral surgeons I have every used. Would recommend him to everyone that asks.

This guy is a blowhard. Wouldn't pull my tooth under local anaesthetic. Said it would "hurt too bad". But he'd happily put me out for 1000$. Ha no f-n way shmuck. Went to Dr Huston at aspen dental and he pulled 2 teeth (under local) for 300$.
