I highly recommend Dr Woods and his staff to anyone who’s in need of knee replacement surgery, he did an excellent job with my right knee and now we’re about to proceed with my left knee in September!

I had a hip replacement about 2 1/2 years ago. Still to this day, I'm in a lot of pain, walk with a bad limp, and use a walker. I've been back there several times during 6 months but they said it's fine. It's worse than before I got it done. Do not let him go thru the back. Everyone I've talked to said that going thru the front is better and you heal quickly.

This was the worse experience with this Doctor. He had no bedside manner and was not sympathetic to the patient. I was with my relative throughout this whole experience. His knee replacement surgery for this patient went bad. Needs revision after 8 months. This should not happen. Please everyone considering knee replacement surgery, Get 2nd and 3rd opinions, and do your homework. Go with your gut when you meet the doctor. How you feel about what you are hearing is very important and how you feel about the doctor. This is a very extensive surgery and the revision is worse for down time and re-coop time.

Dr Woods performed a total hip replacement at the Braselton hospital on my right hip in June 2020. As a result of the surgery my right leg is now considerably longer than my left leg, (I.e. the one not operated on). While my hip healed reasonably well, I now, and for the rest of my life, will walk with a very noticeable limp. Had I know that there was some likelihood of a miss measurement such as this occurring I would not have had the surgery - or at a minimum, would have sought consultation on the risks of something like this taking place. Everyone at this facility was nice. From the front desk to the nurse to Dr. Woods. I felt like he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and wasn’t rushing out the door to go to the next room.

Dr Woods and his staff both in the office and at the hospital were amazing. Made my hip surgery very successful. I would recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr. Gregory Woods and his staff. He is an excellent surgeon with a very professional and caring staff. I had a left Partial knee replacement 3 years ago, just completed the same procedure on my right knee. Results are good.

I fell 15ft from a ladder and tore everything in my knee except my MCL. I first went to another clinic but did not feel right about it as they were more worried about payment than my knee. I went to Dr. Woods as I work for NGHS in the ER. I’m so glad I did. Him and his staff reviewed my MRI closely and I felt they truly cared about me. A 5 hour surgery and two donor tendons later and my joint is stable and tight. It went from probably won’t walk right again to full recovery because of his good work. Can’t thank him and Katrina Brown, his P.A. and the rest of the awesome staff enough. I’m sending my mother there to get her knee looked at. As a healthcare professional, they have impressed me immensely. I don’t feel I would have had this outcome with another surgeon or office. Doctor woods is the best. Major thanks to him and his medical staff. I am waiting for my new insurance to go into effect in December, however I tore my meniscus in a way it wouldn't heal, and the pain got too bad to even go to work. I have 8 kids, so I really needed to get back to work ASAP, and these guys made that possible for me. They provided the insurance, and did my surgery 6 days after my MRI, 10 days after my 1st appointment. My kids will now actually have a good Christmas now that I'm able to work. Thank you so much doctor woods, and medical staff at northeast Georgia medical center. You guys have been a true blessing. We are so lucky to have you guys in our community. Doctor woods is the best. Dr. Woods performed my partial knee replacement last fall and did a great job! Although I only saw him for consultation and then the day of surgery, his staff is also awesome and handles all patients with care and respect.

I am a new patient of Dr. Gregory Woods. He is one of the best Orthopedic doctors I have gone to. He takes his time and explains things thoroughly to me. Dr Woods has a very gentle touch when treating me. His love of medicine and caring for his patients always comes shining through.. Dr. Wood's nurse Cindy is very competent and kind. I highly recommend him if you're looking for an excellent Orthopedic doctor.

My husband went to Dr Woods for a 2nd opinion regarding a hip replacement. He spent a lot of time with us reviewing the xrays and to our surprise he suggested arthroscopic surgery and didn't feel he needed a hip replacement. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge and experience and are so glad we went to see him.
