This office is absolutely amazing! The office has all top technology. Everything that they do is explained each step of the way. Everyone is pleasant and caring. The doctors do amazing work and ensure you understand everything. If you are at all nervous you will be put at ease. Billing takes the time to explain the cost of the procedures and options for payment. If you want a pleasant experience along with amazing work this office is the place to be.

The entire staff at shoreline periodontist were great. Dr. Urbanski was absolutely wonderful. You feel relaxed. She made you have such trust and confidence in her ability to the surgery. Hilda was super. Explained everything. Answered all your questions. And I was nervous at first. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Stefanie was exceptional! I have never had a Periodontal cleaning. She calmed my nerves and helped me go through this treatment as painless as possible. Thank you very much ! Dr. Rolotti removed an upper tooth with concern and caring for my issues. The assistants spent time over my issues. Very secure and comfortable environment!

I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Stephanie was light, bright, and very professional as she went about her business. Dr Urbanski followed suit and was honest and decisive without being overbearing. This practice surely benefits from her experience and leadership and was evident from what I saw and experienced. I am not enamored with going to the Dentist but the treatment I received made it more palatable and more likely for me to go back.

Dare I say I had a pleasant experience getting my implant placed? Well I did! The staff were kind and professional. Dr. Urbanski explained everything thoroughly, and I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. Toback and his treatment manager Diane, and side chair Chrystal to the last person Christina who help me choice a payment plan and give me an appointment were friendly and very kind. I would recommend this office all day long.

I have a great experience with the hygienist. Having a surgery is not pleasant, some people gets very anxious. I have an eating disorder, I am very anxioud about any procedures, and have reschedule some appointments. During the pandemic it was difficult for everybody. So... This time they recommended a treatment plan. The lady in charge of the finances explained the cost $$$$. But, she made me feel that they are all about the money... She said to me that because I have cancelled some appointments I would have to pay the whole balance (not a deposit) in order to schedule my appointment (big $$$$) and that if I cancell it, they have all the right to keep my money! I have a complicated history with dental care. Overly large fillings that in old age cause fractures, multiple procedures on a front tooth that resulted in fillings, a root canal,an implant that failed and finally a partial. When I was told I needed another tooth extracted with bone grafts and implant I was not happy! Several friends recommended Dr.Toback and I am so very glad they did! Everyone from the front desk up to and including the dentist was welcoming and accommodating. My comfort was addressed and all questions were answered fully and clearly. When the digital call to my pharmacy was not received, the dentist herself called me to make certain that I had not suffered from the delay. In fact I had been covered by the original order of antibiotics that included the day after the extraction. So they had protected me from any slip ups by the pharmacy. Great forward thinking. After many years of completing extensive oral surgery, Dr. Toback noticed an area of concern that needed attention. Upon arrival, as always, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It was like seeing a group of friends again that I haven't seen for some time. The medical staff was reassuring and informative specific to my procedures and helped me settle in and prepare for my surgery. I can’t rave enough about how amazing Dr. Toback has been with me, a super high anxiety patient. He is the first oral surgeon/dentistry field MD who hasn’t hurt me during a procedure (and he did some very invasive procedures). Plus, he’s so nice and so down to earth. I would never even think of going to anyone else.

I had my first visit to this office today. It was everything I would expect from a professional office. Everyone on the staff with whom I had contact was kind, warm, sincere, open, patient and made every effort to be sure my needs were accommodated. The treatment coordinator, Diane, in a way that seemed very spontaneous and genuine, very much not scripted, even held my vest for me to slip on and handed me my hat to put on. Dr Toback was similarly sincere, warm & friendly. All of the technical, clinical aspects of my visit were thorough, organized and delivered with no fanfare or drama. A very thorough exam and consult. Good explanations and patience with discussion about treatment options. A written report of recommended treatment and costs were provided.

Well they even went down to check on my dog who was in the car which was extremely kind.
