Except for older lady at front desk staff is aloof and not very helpful. When told one insurance would not cover test. Called to give secondary info and was told I would have to call myself and get confirmation and have ok faxed to them. They did not want to seem to resolve issue. Had gave 2nd card info at appt but they did not want to confirm when I had been told before it had been approved . Very frustrating to have to deal with on my own when they have codes to submit and I do not

Do not use him for Viemed, Did not explain resmed machine. Did not know how to access “doctor” clinical portion on machine .Did not know or have Resmed software to view data in-depth. Staff has no idea what they are doing in relation to Viemed! Did not understand practical uses of masks. No Help At All in relation to Viemed supplies and machines. Get help from medical supplies in Reno instead. Learn to interpret your sleep data to advocate for what works for you. If on Medicare learn what Compliance means!

Horrible experiences with this doctor and staff. Either they misdiagnose you with a terminal illness or they tell you everything is fine when you actually might have a terminal illness. Both of these things happened to a friend and a family member.

Excellent care in every way-- I am an elderly man with various health issues, he has helped me thru the last few years in many ways. A sincerely caring person.

Dr Tirdel is not only knowledgeable, which you expect a specialist to be: He also listen's carefully to the patient and is more than willing to answer questions and never makes you feel rushed.

Dr. Tirdel is awesome. He identified a condition I’ve been dealing with for years. Some testing confirmed his suspicions and my life has changed for the better! Intuitive and thoughtful. His staff has had their moments but definitely gotten better! I don’t cringe at the thought of dealing with them anymore.

The PA Kathy there is the most unprofessional person we have ever encountered in interacting with medical clinics. She walked in disheveled and refused to hear why we were there. My wife went in for a neck injury causing nerve problems in her shoulder and Kathy insisted before a single question that my wife couldn't sleep due to thyroid. When asked if she wanted to hear why we were there she arrogantly snapped No! My wife never got the chance to even discuss her symptoms or consult only criticized and condemned for being on thyroid medication prescribed by her main doctor. This woman does not belong in healthcare! My wife left in tears due to her abusive attitude and refusal to hear why she was even there. I've never seen anything like it. Stay away! I owe this Doctor my life- literally! I have global RSD and diaphragmatic dysfunction. It took 3 sleep studies and 6 months to get a firm diagnosis, but Dr. Tirdel never gave up on me. After his diagnosis and proper treatment / follow up, I am on a ASV machine and feel better every day. The office is ALWAYS clean, staff just wonderful and proficient in their duties. Trevor ( the service dog) protects everyone from his warm patch of sunshine ???? Bringing a smile on even the hardest of days. Trevor also take all belly rubs from anyone making him a great source of stress relief. Thank you Dr. Tirdel, staff & Trevor for making "going to the doctor " something I look forward too!
