I was impressed by the courteous & friendly office help and nurse(s). Dr. Shilling is amusing, friendly and a regular guy. He diagnosed my foot pain and came up with a solution that completely eliminated the pain in less than 2 weeks. He is profoundly knowledgeable, explains clearly AND made sure I understood the problem & the solution. I recommend him to anyone looking for an expert in foot care.

Dr.Shilling was great. He took the time to really listen to my foot issues. He was able to come up with a reasonable treatment plan and I feel 100% confident he will be able to help me get back on my feet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I found Dr Shilling and his staff to be very very professional. I was extremely extremely impressed with the Client Education that Dr Shilling gave me on my conditions. He was able to do a procedure the same day that I came in, very prompt.

Diabetic father with foot ulcer/callus that had opened, office worked us in a few days to treat and initiate wound care. Advise Dr. be assured patients can hear you, father had no idea what he was to do when we left. If I hadn’t attended appointment this would have created inefficient treatment plan/ follow up. Office was able to work me in same day for an infected ingrown toenail. Very efficient. Toe was well numbed for the procedure. Great office.

My Mom loves the care she has received here with Dr. Shilling! She has had foot care here for several years now. She must be getting good care, she walks with her walker from bus ???? stop to bus stop almost every day of the week! She is 80 years old now! ????????????????

Dr Shilling and all of his staff are absolutely amazing! Dr Shilling does such an awesome job of educating while treating the problem. I have gone to other podiatrists in the past and have never had the comprehensive treatment and education that Dr Shilling gave. I very gladly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Shilling was amazing! He actually cares and wants you to fully understand the problem you are having and takes the time to explain how it may have been caused, along with how to prevent it. I was very nervous going into my appointment, but Dr. Shilling was so reassuring and friendly. I felt no pain during my procedure and it is healing great. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a podiatrist!

Dr. Shilling and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! I had a great experience being treated for my plantar fasciitis at this office. From treatment plans to home stretching and exercising, Dr. Shilling gave me the information that I needed to begin my path to recovery.

From the receptionist, the nurse and Dr. Shilling I knew right away I was the center of their attention. Dr. Shilling was wonderful. He explained what was going on and the procedure that needed to be done. He was so patient and answered every question that I asked. He was so professional in the procedure and I felt no pain at all. I would recommend anyone with foot problems to go to Dr. Shilling. He is one of only a few Doctors left that really does care and it shows.

Brought my husband to Dr. Shilling to treat what I thought was a nail fungus. We received a full education about toe nail and foot care, including the importance of wearing shoes with a wide enough toe box. He sold us a solution that cleared up the fungus, but his general advice was worth as much if not more to us. My husband was developing bunions from wearing the wrong shoes so we corrected that. He also cut his thick toe nails the wrong way, so Dr. Shilling cut them correctly - with no pain!

Friendly staff and Dr. Shilling has great bedside manners. He explains everything he's seeing and doing and makes you feel at ease.

Never have I found a more professional doctor. Dr. Shilling took the necessary time to educate, inform and instruct me on the care of my problem. He even contacted me by phone the following day to check-up on me and additionally reiterate the instructions he had given me in his office. Never in my entire life has a doctor phoned me just to reassure me and keep me on the straight and narrow. I feel confidant that under Dr. Shilling's care I will overcome the problem I am experiencing.

On July 25,2017 I called to make a appointment for my painful heel. Within a minute the nice receptionist asked me if I could come that afternoon. I said that would be great! The receptionist told me that I could go online and print the patient forms and fill them out before I came to the office. Made it better when I arrived at the office. I met Dr. Shilling about 3 yrs. ago when I brought my parents to him to get their toenails trimmed. Dr. Shilling is kind and a very good DPM.

Dr. Shilling spent an hour with us discussing several foot problems - diagnoses, treatment options, history & preventive measures. He would have spent more time if desired. His knowledge, manner, and the attentiveness of his staff were exceptional. Office atmosphere was 100% comfortable & relaxed, which is rare since many medical/dental offices seem to focus on how many patients can be served as quickly & efficiently as possible. We appreciate his science & art of personal medical care.

I went into Dr. Shilling's office expecting him to work on a foot wart. Much to my pleasant surprise Dr. Shilling determined it was actually callus tissue that arose from an earlier surgery. He explained the why and how it occurred, the potential for re-occurance and removed the excess tissue precisely. No pain in the process and no more pain on the ball of my foot. I postponed treatment to avoid skiing downtime and lived with the pain. I appreciate learning from a caring professional.

I saw Dr. Shilling for plantar fasciitis in July of last year. I didn't receive a bill, instead I get a call from a collection agency. The staff entered my address wrong, I wasn't receiving bills. I called the office & was told by the office manager I'd have to pay the bill in full to avoid the collection process all because of their mistake. He didn't even fix my foot, I had to go to another doctor who alleviated the pain within two visits. I do not recommend this office.

I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis six years ago and was treated by Dr. Shilling. That foot healed very well and has been fine. I visited him again today with heal pain in the other foot. I have Plantar Fasciitis again and a torn muscle in my foot. Dr. Shilling and his staff were very professional and personable. I actually enjoy going to his office and my foot feels much better tonight. Very nice man who listens and explains everything, which I really appreciate.

My visit with Dr. Shilling was by far the best experience I have ever had being treated by a medical professional. He was highly informative and demonstrated a great deal of patience and consideration addressing my questions and concerns. I left feeling very confident in my understanding of my pain and how to address said pain.

Went to him with severe foot and ankle problems he took care of it with no problems and was very professional and stands by his American values. A plus Dr. Shilling

I did wait about 10 or 15 minutes but the doctor explained things well. He seemed thorough in questioning me about my problem. He took Xrays right in his office and then used an ultrasound machine to see my problem. Most important to me, he made me feel relaxed. The office staff was nice, as well.
