Dr. Gregory Scott Russell

Dr.Russell is wonderful and exactly what you want in a dentist. He was kind, patient and professional. He made the visit pain free too. The added bonus was the wonderful staff. Seriously, for someone who doesn’t like dental visits this was better than I expected. I wish all dentists were this good.

I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Russell's expertise and chairside manners. The office staff were also extremely welcoming and kind. The follow-up phone call the next day was appreciated and completed the great and attentive care received.

Dr. Russell and his staff were amazing! Having been new to the area and needing emergency dental work is never pleasant. But the experience within his office was exceptional!

As far as an endodontic procedure goes, a good experience. Dr. Russell made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He even went over post procedure information with me personally. Highly recommend.

Now full time at the beach and needed to find an Endodontist with no referral from my Baltimore dentist. Dr Russell, as well as his office staff was amazing. Organized, patient, and skilled. I had no pain or discomfort after the first day. I highly recommend him.

The best Root Canal experience EVER!! I was experiencing extreme tooth/jaw& referred tooth pain. My amazing Dentist, Corey Smith, referred me to Dr. Russell. The first contact that I had with Dr. Russell's office, was Dr. Russell's Office Assistant, April. Despite being booked up through July, April spoke to Dr. Russell, and because of my pain situation, he squeezed me in for an emergency Root Canal. Upon my arrival to the office, I was greeted by April, who was one of the nicest and professional people that I have ever dealt with. Talking with her took my mind off of my pre procedure jitters and made me feel like a friend that I have known for years. Another friendly face helping me to check in was Alexandria. Alexandria was also very friendly and professional. When I got back to the chair, I met Dr. Russell's Assistant, Alyssa, who was also very warm, friendly and showed compassion for the agony I was in. Dr. Russell then appeared and introduced himself. He was very friendly, confident and explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and answered all of my questions. Dr.Russell did an amazing job, numbing, then further explaining the procedure as he proceeded. Alyssa was there to assist and was very comforting while I was in the chair. When finished, I was given post procedural instructions, meds, and was told to call or come back in , if there were any pain issues. Needless to say, when the anesthesia wore off, I felt great, not needing any of the pain meds. April has since called back twice to check on my progress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Russell and his staff!!! Called and scheduled an appointment only to have it canceled because I was a “no call no show”to an appointment made in the past even tho I did call there to cancel before that appointment don’t recommend going there obviously these people don’t kno how to do their jobs

Dr. Russell is the best! He makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. You even get to choose your music selection during your procedure. I have had 2 root canals by Dr. Russell and have had such great experiences. No pain during or after. He provides very clear after care instructions. Would highly recommend ????

Dr Russell is extremely professional and did a wonderful job on our daughter’s root canal. Though having a root canal is not something anyone looks forward to having, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of one. Very pleased with our care! Keep up the good work!!!!

The patient ahead of me came out of the back after her root canal,smiling and laughed saying, he didn't hurt me at all. I told her that's what I needed to hear. I was very nervous going in to see Dr. Russell for the first time. He did a great job of explaining the situation with my tooth and administering the Novocain. He is as good as they get.

Having complete dental anxiety, I can’t believe I almost dozed off during a root canal!! The staff, the atmosphere, his demeanor and gentleness were UNMATCHED! I’ve experienced cleanings more uncomfortable than I did today. Simply amazing!!! I am so grateful for the experience.

Dr Russell is very gentle. Did not feel a flicker of pain in all three visits with him. He and his staff are very polite and professional. They put the patient's interest first. They made room for me on a crowded Monday schedule. I would highly recommend him.

A root canal was not how I planned to start my Vaycay, but Dr. DePalma immediately recommended Dr. Russell. April helped to get me squared away, as well as patiently training a new young lady - something that really impressed me. Now after two appointments, I'm good to go back to Dr. DePalma. This requires two reports being sent to my dentists, all of which requires extra time. My Primary Dentist referred me to Dr Russell for an evaluation of a potential problem. The Staff was so accommodating, professional, and friendly. With my slight emergency I was given an appointment quickly. Dr Russell’s evaluation was very thorough. He explained the situation to me in a clear and understandable manner. Today was the first major procedure on my teeth. I had a root canal and from the very first day I realized I needed it, I became nervous. Dr Russell got me relaxed. I laughed so hard and forgot about my pain. He was professional and he talked me through the entire procedure with options and honest advice. I left the office feeling better. His staff starting from Ms April at the front desk, to the lady that took my X-ray (am sorry I forgot your name), they were so good. Went see Dr Russell for a root canal. His staff were very frendly and helpful. Dr Russell was informative and explained the entire process. I have had root canals in the past, and they did involve some discomfort for me. With Dr Russell I felt No Pain what so ever, during or after. I took no pain medicine after the root canal was done. I received a personal call from Dr Russell himself to check on my condition after the procedure. All is well again with no pain. Unbelievable experience. Highly Recommended. Dr. Russell and his staff were an absolute pleasure! Dr. Russell went above and beyond, he took time to answer any questions and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood everything about the root canal. He also called to follow up personally to make sure I wasn't in pain, I have never had a Dr. do that. He cares about his patients and his staff. I was referred to Dr. Russell for a root canal. Never having met him before, and not looking forward to the procedure, I was tentative. Dr. Russell turned out to be the kindest, most efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant medical professional I've ever encountered. His staff was wonderful as well. His office is organized and immaculate. No clutter, no chaos, no rushing around to keep an unrealistic schedule. Just quality, caring medical treatment.

Dr. Russell and his staff were wonderful in caring for me and assessing my issue. I live in Colorado and didn't have a referral. They were able to see me within an hour of my initial call. After some diagnostics, Dr. Russell left the course of action up to me and supported my choice to take a conservative approach. He emphasized that if my pain level increased to contact him on his cell phone and he'd address the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Russell and his staff.

Dr Russell is not only a highly skilled professional (the procedure was painless) but also is very kind and patient. He explained all of the options so clearly and took time to answer all of my questions. The assistants, April and Leslie, were so helpful with the insurance and making me comfortable. This practice is very well managed.

This was my first root canal, and I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Russell and his staff calmed my fears with a combination of knowledge, kindness, and compassion. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the office and surgical procedure. They also appear to be up to date on the latest technology and equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Russell.

What can I say? Dr. Russell is well educated in more than his profession. He is compassionate, kind, patient and spends an abundance of time listening and explaining ALL options. When YOU make the decision as to where you want your care to proceed he expands on the knowledge he has equipped you with after using up to date technology. In my complicated situation he honestly told me I needed to see a periodontist or oral surgeon. He is a VETERAN too! I love this man. Staff is superb.

Understanding the pain I was in, he made time to see me the same day I called. Dr. Russell's level of care is excellent from before the procedure starts to even after its over. He provided me with an additional phone number to reach him after hours should I have any questions or concerns.
