The Staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable! Dr. Runser Explained your current health issues and the treatments to change them.. Highly recommend Him !!

I have been seeing Gregory L Runser for almost 30 years. He is patient and asks the right questions to make sure you the care you need. He also seeks treatments that do not require medications He is definitely not a Rx pusher. If you need medications, you will get it. If he feels an alternate treatment plan is best, he will explain why he recommends it. I have told. Dr. Runser he cannot retire until I am gone., Even if he must come in with a wheelchair and lap blanket and I am his only patient. He has also become a professional friend. I thank God for bringing him into life. I know that if I am sick or in need of medical attention he will be there. I love going there. Everyone's so nice amd professional.

Dr Runser is a very personable physician & very knowledgeable. He always has time to listen to my concerns & then share his thoughts of treatment options. I trust his guidance & direction for my health.

Excellent doctor, always listens to my concerns and offers solutions to my problems. Dr. Runner always follows up on any test results and makes sure I understand what the results mean. He has been our family doctor for many years and we are pleased with him and the medical practice.

Dr Runser seems to know what is wrong with you. As soon as He sees you. He’s a good Doctor and Friend.

Doctor Runser is the best! He takes time and listens to all my ailments. His advice has always been spot on. He answers all my email questions usually the same day. Could not ask for a better Doctor.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr Runser during my annual checkup! I felt at ease and was treated in a professional manner! All my questions were answered!

I have always been treated like a person. Dr. Runser is nice but he doesn't give you a lot of time to ask a lot of questions. He deals with your problems now not what aches and things you can get in the future.

Appointment for annual wellness visit. As always, Dr. Runser was thorough and helpful with any questions I had. He Reviewed items that I should consider to improve my overall health. He always makes me feel comfortable.

He was helpful in explaining the reason for my blood work after being released from the hospital.

Awesome experience. More like a lunch chat. He was very thorough and followed up quickly with referrals and discussion on testing results. Highly recommend him a a family physicians.

Always prompt and willing to spend time and answer questions. I never feel Dr. Runzer is rushed to dismiss me & move on. Always thorough in his explanations. My husband and I are very pleased with Dr. Runzer and staff.

I have been going to Dr Runser for I think over 20 years, he has always been there for me I’ve always been able to get in quickly turn up. He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him and his entire group of doctors and staff.

I only waited 5 min. to see Dr. Runser. I was there for annual check. All bloodwork, etc. was done in a timely order. I told about my on-going pain in my hip. He gave me s shot in my hip and made sure I knew it would be my last one. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Runser for around 30 years. We have recommended hum to multiple family members and friends. We trust him explicitly with our health needs.

Love Dr. Runser…he is kind and caring. So glad he is my physician- I can share anything with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

We have gone to Dr Runser for as long as I can remember. He is very informative, professional, and kind. He takes time to listen and answer all my concerns. We trust him as our health care provider, and will continue seeing him.

Dr Runser has been my doctor for many years. That, in itself, pretty much says it all. He has been my rock through many illnesses and concerns. He is a very good person with whom to iron out any difficulties. I intend to remain his patient as long as I can.

I have been with Dr. Runser for 30 years or longer. I have no complaints, He is an excellent doctor.

Dr Runser is the best. He is straight with you, yet realistic in his advice and diagnoses are spot on. The office has labs back to you the next day normally. Nothing negative to say!

We have had so much trouble the last couple of years with Dr. Runser responding to questions, test results, etc. For example, I had blood tests done on 12/28 to determine if I have cancer. No word yet from Dr. Runser! I called on 1/5/21 and left a message with his nurse requesting the results ..still nothing back as of 1/8!! There’s just no good excuse for this treatment. This is nothing new, but it is the last straw. I am now searching for a new doctor. Saw Dr.Runzer for the first time last week. Very impressed. Took time for me to ask questions and address concerns.My spouse liked him as well.

Worst place

Staff is always rude and short with me. They make me feel stupid when asking questions, instead of answering like professionals. Example, I asked if I could get a flu shot today at my appt and they said "No, you have to set up a separate appt for that!" Then I asked billing why I had $124 charges from last appt and they couldn't give me answer???? I'm definitely going to a different Doctor going forward.

Dr. Runser is a very caring doctor. He takes his time with you and will sit down and listen to you. He has been my doctor for years! One of the best for sure :)

Runser was my doctor for years. Not a good experience. Suffered a panic attack in the office which they they seemed uncomfortable with instead of sympathetic. Dropped me after a late bill.
