Literally just left the office and had to take the time to fill out a review. Every part about both of my visits were amazing and I would highly recommend this office to anyone! This is some of the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced.

I had a mole excision at Dr. Reinhart’s office last week. This procedure was following a routine biopsy at my dermatologist’s when a suspicious mole was detected (the mole was a result of sun exposure). Prior to the excision, I was very nervous, but Dr. Reinhart’s competence and communication helped me feel more comfortable. The staff was very kind and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure by communicating clearly all the steps of the excision. They answered all of my questions and were great about following up with me in a timely manner. There is a barely visible mark from where the excision was made (one week post-op). Dr. Reinhart used all internal sutures, which made my recovery painless. Dr. Reinhardt called me directly with my biopsy results. His professional demeanor is what I have been most impressed with: he is direct, exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. Highly recommend this office for your skin care needs. I had two cysts removed by him and my scars look terrible and they hurt worse now then the scares did. Not the best bed side manor either.. im not happy with my experience with him.

I did not look at his online reviews before contacting his office because I was referred to him by my dermatologist. That is my fault. However, this guy is beyond shady with his billing practices. What a negative and upsetting experience. I was sent TO Dr. Rinehart for solutions and he acted annoyed that I was there. He kept saying, “You have a lot going on...” looking at the bumps on my face and yet had no solution. His suggestion was for me to go back to previous Dr’s. (Even though they referred me to him?!) I left there more confused than when I went. I wanted to cry. They knew I was upset and they did not even try to rectify. For the record, I have NEVER written a negative Dr review. Amazing staff, they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Rinehart was very through and explained my procedure, I was very impressed!!

I have been to Dr. Rinehart and so have both of my children. I had a basal cell on my face which was pretty big and the results were amazing. There is no scar. My son had to have two moles removed and one was on his back and he was warned that his hockey equipment would rub against the area and would cause a scar. I went to Dr. Rinehart because I knew he had been a cranial facial surgeon for years at St. Louis University. His manner is extremely professional and if you call after hours he answers the phone. I was very nervous about getting a cyst on my back removed. I had no insurance, and the cyst was relatively large (about an 1 in. and half in diameter). Rinehart and his staff made the whole process very easy. The first visit is a consultation that was around 150. During your consultation you'll set up a date to have your operation, as well as a plan for payment. Depending on what you're looking for, the cost will vary. Mine was around 800 to have it surgically removed. I also had an extra cost for the skin cells to be sent to a lab to make sure it wasn't cancerous! (Which was told to me during the consultation). Rinehart and his staff were very transparent throughout the entire process. The staff was very friendly and reassuring. Dr Rinehart removed multiple large lipomas from me. He and his staff were very attentive. I found him to be very pleasant. On my consultation visit he explained the trade-offs of my options and the expected outcomes for each procedure (including size of scars). A day or so after performing each procedure he personally called me to follow up. He also called me to inform lab test results once those were available. I recently had a cyst removed from my forehead by Dr. Rinehart and the experience couldn't have been better. The staff provided great service before, during and after my initial appointment and procedure. My appointments were taken on time without any waiting whatsoever. Dr. Rinehart explained everything and addressed any concerns or questions that I had. His “bedside manner” was congenial and explanatory. I would highly recommend Dr. Rinehart to friends and family.

I agree very poor bedside manner, very rude and cold.

Waited a year and a half to review to see how scars would heal. If you don’t fancy ugly scars and poor bedside manor, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Iike Jacob Farris’ review...I decided to wait months before reviewing. My son had a mole removed on his wrist (January 2019). He now has a very prominent massive scar. The removal of the sutures was not done correctly bc the wound reopened & he tried ‘taping’ it shut but that did not work. Also we went in multiple times bc I was concerned with infection of the site in which he dismissed it but I went elsewhere to get a second opinion (I had labwork done/site cultured) which came back positive for Staph infection and was prescribed antibiotics by a different doctor who had ordered the lab. We also went in multiple times bc he could not bandage the area correctly and we had to go back in to have the area re-bandaged. Dr.Rinehart is a caring and compassionate doctor. Very punctual and little wait time for office visits.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. Little wait times very friendly staff and Doc. I was so impressed that he called me himself to let me know the lab results which were negative! Highly recommended! Scar on my face is barely visible.

When I was finally seen I was told to wait yet again for the doctor to come in and measure my mole, and set up another time to come in to get it removed. Not worth all the insurance and time. Dr Rinehart removed a growth from our 13 yr old sons hand (who by the way has a HUGE fear of needles) We cannot thank him enough for his skill, wisdom, and compassion that he has exhibited throughout this process! HE, (not his nurse or staff) called to see how our son was doing after a couple of days of healing- He went above & beyond! For that, & his awesome bedside manner, I wish I could give him 100 stars for his review! Wonderful treatment and care in removing a mole from the face of an 8-year-old. Done in the office but made the patient feel totally at ease. Highly recommend.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Reinhart to remove the capsule from a sebaceous cyst. From the moment i walked in, to the moment out, the experience was extremely positive. The front desk representative was very friendly and approchable. She explained everything extremely well, and made sure every question i might have was answered. The nurse also was very friendly and walked me through the procedure. Dr. Reinhart's work was outstanding. Bedside manner was A+++. Highly recommended.
