I went to gulf coast plastic surgery for a consultation. As soon as you walk in the door the staff is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. Jennifer and Dr. Pisarski are very professional and informative. I had a very pleasant consultation.

I am a week and a half out from my procedure with Dr. Pisarski and I am blown away with my results. After 3 kids my body changed so much and I never thought I would have the body of a dancer that I had prior to my surgery. It’s been years since I felt confident to wear a fitted dress and today is my first day in one and I am thrilled to feel so good again. Dr. Pisarski is extremely transparent about result outcomes and what he can achieve and I couldn’t be happier!

Although my rhinoplasty was done years ago, I just came across this site. The staff was great, but I certainly was NOT pleased with my surgery at all! My nose looks the same-BIG! I was only told after the surgery was done that my skin was too thick and other excuses. Wonderful experience with Dr. Pisarski and entire staff at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery. Very personal and professional.

I had sort of a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Pisarski and am SO HAPPY with the results. Lipo around my midsection and breast augmentation. I did a lot of research of some top doctors in the Houston area and after consultations with a few plastic surgeons, I went with Dr. Pisarski. He really takes the time to listen and is realistic and very clear on what to expect with healing and ultimate results. I also really enjoyed working with Jennifer in his office. She works with your schedule and is really helpful and kind in answering the dozens of questions I probably asked. I drive all the way from Katy to see him, and he'll be my go-to from now on. I also thought I'd mention how wonderful it is that I was able to bring my young daughter to my consult. They have fun toys for kiddos and let them play. It was just such a welcoming environment. Overall, Great work! I could not have asked for better results. I went to Dr. Pisarski for Gynecomastia. The reason I chose him was because of the great results I saw from other males online and reading some reviews. However, that does not even give the work done here justice. I The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. I was honestly very nervous at first but turned out I truly had no reason to be. I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. I had breast reduction surgery 10 years ago, and I am just as satisfied today as I was 10 years ago. I highly recommend Dr.P. and and have absolute confidence in any procedure that he does. Jennifer was great, one of the reasons I chose Dr. Pisarski. Surgery was good. Results at 1st were good. Not even a month after surgery I had to be on different antibiotics. Did 2 rounds. Called again, sent pics, and put on antibiotics again (another 2 rounds). I asked nurse in middle of March if I needed a culture. The reply was no we don’t ever need to do that antibiotics will take care of it. Fast forward to end of April I was hospitalized for 5 days with staph that turned into MRSA. I had to have another surgery & I am still attached to a wound vac. I had my tummy tuck in November & now it is close to the end of May. I understand the risk but the follow up care has been less than pleasing. Jennifer was great, one of the reasons I chose Dr. Pisarski. Surgery was good. Results at 1st were good. Highly recommend. Marilyn is amazing! I have struggled with acne, melasma, and rosacea for many, many years. I feel like I have tried everything under the sun! I was starting to accept that these things might never go away. Then, I started to see Marilyn. The change that she has made in my skin's appearance and texture is amazing! I got my upper lids done in July 2020 with a well known and large eye clinic. It was a disaster. They did not provide proper instructions to minimize my bruising and it took a much longer time to heel. They had to redo my left eye upper lid as it was not done properly in October of 2020. Lots of pain and delay in recovery. As the lower lid procedure is much more cumbersome, I decided to switch my procedure with Dr. Pisarski. He was very insistent that I get my cardiologist's approval to stop taking aspirin and blood thinners two weeks before the procedure and at least one week after the procedure. In addition, his most friendly staff, I have encountered were very good at giving the instruction in writing and going through it in person so I fully understand what I need to do to experience the fastest possible recovery. They also followed up before and after the procedure to make sure I follow their instructions. The end result was that I fully recovered in two weeks and will have my scars vanish in a period of next 6 weeks compared to 6 weeks of recovery, followed by a corrective procedure which took additional 6 weeks to recover. If you are looking for a friendly, caring and professional service, I would highly recommend Dr. Pisarki and his team. My experience with Dr Pisarski and Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery was great. Prices are very good compare to some competitors. More importantly, the whole staff is very friendly and professional. They will remember you by name and are honest people. From a medical standpoint, I was very pleased with Dr. Pisarski's work.

I had two procedures done last December. I had a brachioplasty & gynecomastiaplasty, Dr Pisarski was fantastic, the surgery went as planned. No complication in surgery. My after care was great. The office staff was super. I really felt like I was his only patient. I had post op issues as is expected, Dr Pisarski and his staff was great. They got me in and took care of me and I always felt I was in good hands. I also saved almost $3,000 doing my surgery in Lake Jackson as opposed to the plastic surgery practices I was considering in Houston. Well worth the short drive. Dr Pisarski is truly a state of the art professional surgeon. I was and still very much satisfied with everything I wanted him to address. I would not have had him do it any other way and downtime and pain very minimal. He has the procedures down and in total control of what works and results are phenomenal!! He explains everything and makes you feel at total ease and comfort to ask questions and before during and after the procedure. All of his staff are super professional and make it a point to make you feel very at home. They call and check on you even after you’ve left the office to make sure you are okay..
