He educated me on my issues, clearly and thoroughly explained the procedure I required and answered all of question. Surgery went flawlessly and I left my post opt appointment in tears of joy. Wonderful doctor! Had a septoplasty and am more than happy with the results both visually and the functionality. Great attitude and always made me feel comfortable. The south lake surgery center was amazing with great staff and comfortable environment. Couldn't have had a better doctor or experience. 10/10

I had a severe deviated septum. I was so worried the surgery would change the way I look but Dr Pippin knew exactly what to do. I put my trust in him and I am so happy with the results. Best decision I’ve made and I’m glad I chose him to do it.

Extremely professional doctor, I’m happy with his work he did an amazing job. I had a deviated septum and didn’t want my nose to look any different. That’s exactly what I got. When I would get nervous about the small details he comforted me I 100% recommend him to anyone.

I'm going to be completely honest, I am unhappy with the results of my rhinoplasty. I had my surgery a little over a year ago with Dr. Pippin. My nose came out pretty bad. The tip is dropping down and looks smushed in, he completely cut off my septum, my tip is flat and wide, the deviation is worse, I now have pollybeak deformity along with crooked nostrils. Everything is wrong with my nose now. I am currently looking into getting revision rhinoplasty but I don't think I can trust another doctor after this. I am going to spend thousands trying to fix this if it is even possible. At my 2 month post op appointment, Dr. Pippin did not come in the room, he instead sent in his assistant. I asked to see him she said he was too busy to see me... The only time I saw him was when he took my stitches out. After that, he didn't bother to see me again to talk about the nose. When I first came to this office we had a few issues with my insurance. The ladies in the billing department were absolutely phenomenal and got everything taken care of without me lifting a finger. My nose had been broken about four times previously in the past. I had the most persistent headaches that wouldn’t go away, my left passageway was almost closed off, And my allergies were horrible. Dr. Pippen did an absolutely amazing job fixing my nose. He made it look completely natural and all my issues had gone away. The day AFTER my first surgery, my ex-husband dropped a laptop on my face. We thought everything was OK, but it wasn’t. After the swelling went down the left side had caved in. I had headaches even worse than the original ones. Dr. Pippen went in and completely redid the surgery. I still have no scars the headaches immediately went away and my nose still looks absolutely amazing. People that I’ve known for years could not tell that my nose had been done. I owe this man everything for giving me my confidence and smile back. Dr Pippin did sinus surgery on me, in November. This is not my first sinus surgery, but was my best so far.He explain everything before hand and tells so about any risk that could happen . He is very patient with you and you never feel rushed out of the office with him . Any questions you have also .He also explain to the staff while teaching them at the same time . Showing them and asking them while looking in my nose “ what do you not see ?” The telling them they use to think it would help to take this out years ago, but now they know that was not correct.Dr Kimble did the first sinus surgery. I had really no pain at all and it healed up very nicely he said. The ENT Drs at urgent care on Manhattan are excellent also . Dr Pippin changed my life period. He is funny with great bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and it’s obvious. As for his surgical skills I would say second to NONE. I understand I had a few extensive procedures done and had NO PAIN. Now that I’ve had the surgery I cannot remember a time when I could breathe better as I’ve had sinus issues for the last 25-30 years. Dr. Pippin is a great ENT. He correctly diagnosed my condition and performed surgery to remove a tumor. After a year my sinuses worsened and I required corrective surgery to alleviate my sinusitis, he once again stepped up to the task. Dr. Pippin was also able to surgically removed a large blockage from my salivary duct and continued with my care and follow up treatment. Dr. Pippin is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Dr. Gregory Pippin is an excellent surgeon. My husband had a very complicated problem and he needed revision surgery which is significantly more delicate and complex than an initial surgery. Dr. Pippin took the time to answer all of our questions and put us at ease prior to surgery. The south lake surgery center was state of the art and immaculately clean. I was able to wait in a private room during his surgery. All of the recovery nurses were attentive and caring. I haven’t been able to breathe out of my left nostril for a few years. And due to chronic sinusitis I haven’t been able to smell for over 10 years. Dr. Pippin performed my surgery on 12/30. I had polyps and a deviated septum . I was so nervous but his awesome bedside mannerisms were so comforting. He is one of the best Doctors I have ever been to. Although having stints in my nose for over a week, and the discomfort of surgery . I would choose him to do this surgery all over again. I would give 1000 stars if it let me. Dr. Pippin was unavailable but i was seen by a NP- James (cant remember last name). I have been dealing with a sinus infection for a month. After visiting urgent care twice i finally pulled the trigger in going to the ENT. Honestly, i do not know why i waited so long. Great staff and experience.
