He's my favorite Gastro Dr I ever had. I've been with Dr. Osborne for 6 years now and the care I get from him and his staff is 10+. Very compassionate & caring Dr whose helped me so much with my EGD's /botox I'm much better then I was 6 years ago! Thank you ????

Dr. Osborne is a fabulous doctor. He is personable, knowledgeable, and proactive. My husband and I would highly recommend him.

Best doctor's visit I've had in years! I have a problem that is very painful, but no other doctor has taken it seriously, apparently because it's not easy to diagnose. Honestly, I don't think any of those doctors believed me. Dr. Osborne came in the room, having already studied my chart in depth. He really listened to me with respect and devoted a great deal of time to understand the details and devise a plan to figure this out. I couldn't have asked for more! I stopped seeing him and his PA's due to them being rude and condescending....I had an apt with the PA a couple of years ago in Jan in a snow storm...drove almost 2 hours and the apt was canceled due to the PA being sick...No one called me to tell me at all...and Dr. Osborne when I did see him was just rude, he doesn't care...I have Chron's and he kept saying well it could be and maybe not, after I had already been diagnosed with it through pathology from surgeries.. What a joke...

Dr. Osborne is a caring physician. He listens and takes time with you. He is kind-hearted. The office recently changed how it schedules patients and that has been a nightmare! After 5 phone calls, and a referral being sent 3 times, I still do not have my repeat colonoscopy scheduled. The office also doesn't honor the referring physician's request for a particular doctor unless you are already established with him/her. Thus, you can end up with a physician with very poor scores.
