As always, my appointment with Dr. Neu and his staff was very positive. I am always made to feel welcomed, the reason for my visit was throughly addressed, I was offered water, a blanket, or a protein shake due to it being lunch time. To me, this says that they care about their patient's comfort. I have never had such a caring and professional doctor and staff. Dr Neu actually listens to you, explains things and accommodates your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Neu and his staff to meet your dental concerns.

I have been going here for 25+ years. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Neu always does a thorough job. I trust his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Neu is crooked and creates problems where there aren’t any to get more money for himself. Stay away!

Six months ago, I went to see Dr. Neu to check my jaw pain. He assured me that the teeth were fine and he suggested a deep cleaning. After the cleaning he provided me a night guard with such an accurate job that I was impressed and it is working very well. I really appreciate for his excellent job!

Dr. Neu and all the staff are the best around! I’ve been going to them for years and will continue to stay with them. I get super anxious with dental work, and they are all always so good to me! Very thorough, patient, and kind. They go above and beyond to put you at ease and take their time explaining everything. I just had my first root canal today, and it was a piece of cake! Dentist is fine but the office staff needs help. Missed telling me about my waiting period for major services. Kind of an important part. I was asked for money on the middle of a procedure. Had no problem doing that but miss telling me about my benefits. Shady.

There really is no wait here with appointment. Everyone is so friendly the second you walk into the door. Absolutely thorough with exams and makes sure you are comfortable during anything that you need to have done.

Slow and crooked

We started going to Dr neu when our daughter was younger. They were so good with her. And we all go there now . We are like family!! He is very thorough with everything he does. His team is the best!! Thank you all for the many years of great service!!

Dr. Neu is fantastic! From his professional experience, friendly staff and high end equipment, his patients are lucky to have him.

I have been going to Dr. Neu's dental for about six months now. I needed a lot of work done. Starting with my first appointment the staff there were VERY friendly. They gave me a tour of the facility which has state of the art equipment, they can make your crown that day in literally ten minutes. (You can watch through a window your tooth being made. It's pretty cool...) I was very excited about this, being that I needed three crowns and I am a very busy woman so getting a crown done and complete in one visit is awesome! I have had stains on my teeth from coffee and smoking cigarettes for years. I have always gone for my cleanings every six months and my old dentist never removed all of the stains. I would use those crest white strips. Well after one visit to the hygienist that is there she removed all of my stains!!! It looks like I spent hundreds for a professional treatment. The new dentist there, Dr. V (don't remember how to spell his name) is so awesome!! I never feel any pain. I actually was falling asleep in the chair yesterday as he is doing my crown and filling. And the crown looks like a real tooth, He puts time and effort in to designing your tooth to look like a real tooth. AMAZING!! I have never done a review on a company before but since I cannot stop looking in the mirror and smiling and being super happy with the way my teeth look I had to leave a review. I would recommend any and everyone and have already referred all of my friends to this dentist office!!
