My parents were patients of his for years. For years he ignored their decline due to dementia. Prescribed a TON of meds, though. When my stepmother died, she was on at least 15 medications, some of which were duplicative for the treatment of the same condition, and a number of which had contraindications for others. Neither he nor any of his staff ever took any time to listen or explain anything to my parents. How do I know this? Because I got the same treatment from the office whenever I tried to call on behalf of my parents out of concern. Dr. Moskop, if he was a decent doctor, should have insisted that neither of my parents should live independently - at the bare minimum, they needed to be in assisted living. It took the death of my stepmother and "an incident" two years later with my father, wherein he ended up in the emergency room with a competent physician, before my dad was forced into a facility where he received PROPER medical care. How this man has been in practice so long and not been sued for malpractice, at the least, or had his license revoked - which would be most prudent, as well as in the best interests of the public and justice - is beyond me. If you care for your own health, or the wellbeing of loved ones, steer clear of this man and anyone in his employ. My parents were patients of his for years.
