Please find yourself a doctor that listens. GI issues are hard to treat and so you need a doctor that listens. I had countless tests done, and guess what, it did not help to diagnose my problem because he was not listening to my symptoms. Is it arrogance? Why would someone go into medicine if they don't listen to their patients? Ego? This is a high-volume practice, Dr. Kwok is very, very quick in his speech and spends as little time in the room as possible. He relies on tests only. Please find yourself a doctor that listens. It seemed odd to me that a Dr. treating stomach issues would not question my wife about her diet. It also seems questionable that an office appointment is needed to check if she is taking her medicine properly. My wife finally followed my advice and quit eating cucumbers and oranges all the time which cured her stomach problems.

Just calling in as a first time patient and couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Kwok. Very rude front desk I don’t even want to go in for my visit with that kind of attitude.

Dr. Kwok did NOT believe me when I had a bowel blockage. He treated me for constipation. I could have died and took myself to the hospital in time for major surgery!! He is NOT professional.

I am very impressed by Dr. Gregory Kwok. It is very obvious that he truly cares about his patients and wants to give them the best care he can. I am grateful to have him as my doctor. All the staff that I personally have had contact with during my appointments are very friendly, caring, and helpful. Dr. Kwok’s front office is disorganized and not helpful. I received no reminder call and when I called to confirm on the day of my appointment I waited for over 15 mins and was then hung up on. I arrived 40 mins prior to my appointment but it took them a long time to provide me any paperwork. Dr. Kwok initially seemed interested but soon discounted my concerns and seemed irritated to continue talking. Not impressive after waiting months to be seen.

I have gone to Dr. Kwok for a colonoscopy. I felt comfortable and felt that I was in good hands. He performs colonoscopies with professionalism and I felt he was very careful with preparing for each procedure. His staff was also kind and attentive during these procedures.
