Good doctor, straight forward, answered all my questions, gave me options and recommendation s. Steff was also very helpful.

Really bad place I wait 2 months for one shot in my back I'm really bad whit the pain but they just play and take the money, they really don't take care about you what you feel , they just change the appointment and delay because they are really busy, the doctor almost see you face , therapy is another the change personal all the time take 3 o 4 patients at the same time and they really don't take care is you are in pain or not. Staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Keller took his time and explained in detail the results of my MRI.

I met with Dr. Keller about my chronic back pain I had been dealing with for 5 years now from an auto accident. I have tried everything you can think of and nothing has worked. After meeting with him and coming up with a plan I felt better knowing that there is something that can be done. I’ve been to JOI before for other issues and all the doctors and staff there are awesome and friendly. They really do care about you and your needs and want to make you feel better.

I was very pleased with Dr. Keller after we discussed the options for treating my broken back and with the method we chose. I'm looking forward to my two week follow up to see where we go from there. Also, all of the Ladies that helped with both mine and my wife's appointments and check-ins were very good.

Waited for 2 hrs to be told they wouldn't do anything until my knee got worse

I met with Dr. Keller to discuss the possibility of back surgery. Dr. Keller had a good balance of being clinical, understanding and friendly. Back surgery isn't something you would trust everyone to handle but I walked out of there feeling comfortable with him and his abilities. A key trait for being a good doctor in my eyes is being a good listener and working the discussion based off what you hear and I respect Dr. Keller for being a good listener.

This office and each person we deal with are throughly committed to the patient. They listen and always try to get as much info from us to make decisions about my healthcare and then explain the protocol so I can understand.Wish every doctors practice was run this way.

This is the only doctor that has helped me with my back issues. I have been to three others who seemed more interested in money than helping me.

Dr. Keller is a very compassionate and caring doctor. He will take the time to review imaging and answer any and all questions. Would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr.Keller is one of the best surgeons in Jacksonville, He fixed my back in 2006 and my outcome was much better than promised .He doesn’t do anything that he doesn’t think will help your circumstances. I’m a hairdresser and he saved my career and if I have any issues I still come back to him, He’s awesome!

Very nice staff, techs, nurses, and doctor. Very clean facility.

The Dr. required my surgical history from past lumbar fusion and a past discectomy prior to new patient visit. When asked the Dr. said he had not even reviewed my history, and while checking my reflexes grabbed my 3x rebuilt foot without care or caution. He did not even pay attention to the scar or the bulging massive plate on the top of my foot. He took no time with me to see if I would be a good patient,and when asked if he could prescribe a muscle relaxer, not pain killer, he wrote for something that did not work, after I told him what my other surgeon had prescribed and had worked. He also sends to Baptist Hospital for MRI @ $500 co-pay with a very good healthcare plan when there are other options for much less. He wanted to push spine injections which I refused due t have this procedure many times with no success, that is when it seemed he just did not want to hear any of my past experience as I have had many major surgeries in my recent past due to a major work related accident.

Just don't let him touch your back. He gave me back surgery and completely messed up my back

Dr Keller is a Devil with a stethoscope. A wolf ???? in a doctors coats. He's already paid for by big companies. He cares nothing about your safety or life. He should not have a license to practice medicine because he's not a genuine human being. All he cares about is filling his pockets with blood money from big companies.

My Husband headphone off a roof in January 2015 having trouble with his back after being transferred back to Jacksonville Dr. killer found that his back is been broken during the fall two months earlier. And took care of him for the next couple months

Dr. Greg Keller is very compassionate and caring. He worked on my daughter's back and she has done very well. What I especially like about him is that he will suggest the least invasive procedure and fully explains everything.

This is the worst Dr. I have seen in my life, I had hip surgery going on two years now by this dr. he could care less how I was doing after my surgery, he left my hip with a whole that was leaking fluid and when I asked him why it was leaking? his answer was I'm not sure! then he cleaned the whole with peroxide. He sent me to a wound specialist that said, he's a doctor and should know you never clean an open wound with peroxide it kills the healing tissue. After being released into the hands of the wound specialist, that Dr. Keller nor his staff ever checked on me to see if I'm okay!!! to this day 3/4/2020 I still have numbness in my hip and a nasty scar. He should not perform surgery on anyone else. Oh! the kicker and best part is, his assistant said my scar looks better than the other ones she seen him do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional!! He really made me count to 10 before I walked out the office SERIOUSLY, because he walked out before the patient.

The experience from A to Z sucks..nothing positive, from sign in to check out is completely negative environment. 4/four different appointments with this office, and each and every time I was not seen until 1.30 to 2.00 hours after set appointment time. Your appointment is set for 9 AM, you better pack a lunch because you’ll not get seen until 11AM for an entire 5-7 min doctor visit. Horrible! My appointment was for 3:20...didn't get seen until 4:20. When asked about the delay, the PA said that they got behind near my appointment time. How do you get an hour behind in 10 minutes? After finally being seen by the doctor (which took 20 secs) I waited another 25 minutes to be seen by the Don Joy rep to get a sleeping boot. An then another 30 minutes to wait for the walking boot guy to show up. When he was called, he was seeing another person. That should have taken about 10 min max...but 30 minutes it takes? My husband was informed by his radiologist he had some herniated disc. Dr Keller didnt look at his MRI. Just the xray taken in house by them. And said everything looks good and normal. Beside manner is not great at all. He has had 5 knee surgeries thru JOI in the past. And informed Dr Keller he is not the type of person who takes made even Tylenol. But has tried 800mg of Ibourphen, Muscle relaxers and none helped with the pain. So he has been dealing with it and continues to work. The pain has gotten alot worse and interfering with sleep. Dr. Keller seriously asked what he did with his past pills from the knee surgery's last one being 4 years ago. My husband responded that he trashed them. It was just uncalled for. And he didnt seem to care about my husbands complaints at all. This is the first time he has ever in the 30 years of his work injured hisback. Maybe its bc he is a Workers Comp case and he isnt getting paid as much compared to a commercial plan. I've been thru JOI myself and had a main doctor lie to me for a year stating my spinal fusion was fusing when in reality it wasn't. And this doctor lied as I read 2 ct reports for comparison. I highly recommend Dr. Keller. I was thankful that he did not jump right into surgery and that we explored all options with my spine to rule out what was wrong. He was very careful to look at my case closely before we ended up in surgery. I am exceptionally happy with my surgery results. He has helped to greatly improve my every day life.

Dr Keller was very concerned and knowledgeable. My condition has improved considerably.

Unfortunately after a car accident I was referred to Dr. Keller after 2 stints of physical therapy. After taking some film and looking at my MRI he recommended spinal fusion surgery on my back. In order to isolate my pain he recommended injections to determine where my pain was coming from to facilitate the surgery. The first shot was a bi-lateral facet joint injection performed by Dr. David Doward with no issues. I was asked to fill out a pain diary to document the coming days after the shot. T

My appointment was very short and he insisted that my symptoms where not related to his specialty. And therefore I should go to a different doctor. He said he couldn't do anything for me. It was very uncomfortable to ask for a report of my visit. He as with an attitude if I did not understand what he explained to me. I told him that I clearly understand what I had to do, but that I thought having a report to share with a different Doctor specialist would make my future doctor visit easier. He wasn’t very unhappy that I ask about the report. I think that shows poor professionalism and he has no empathy with patients at all. As far as wait time I had advantage of being employee...however in that room I was the boss of my care. He took time to make sure I knew what my options were and what we were going to do. He is very nice and very caring and I definitely recommend him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Keller to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon! Yes - I did have to wait over an hour to see him. However, his compassion and expertise cannot be overlooked. He took his time with my evaluation and even asked me questions. He saw me, when no other surgeon in Jacksonville would, due to the fact that I had surgery in Spain. I am very grateful for individuals that go above and beyond in their profession, and Dr. Keller certainly did!
