Awesome, very informative.

Dr Jackson has that rare combination of warmth, attentiveness and competence that we all want in a physician. When I learned about his work in South America, I knew I had found the right guy.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Jackson, he is very personable, as if I have met him before. He is also knowledgeable and puts himself on your level, no arrogance at all. He gives you the opportunity to ask him any questions you may have as well. I'm glad I switched ophthalmologist.

Dr. Jackson, while being completely up to date on all procedures and treatments, treats patients like the “old time” Doctors used to. He discusses any problems, answers questions, gives options and is very clear with his explanations. He’s the only one I’ll trust my vision to. And he wears cowboy boots!! Lol. How cool is that?! Everyone on his staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and very patient with questions. That’s rare, these days. At 64, I’ve seen a LOT of Doctors! He is one of the great ones.

Well, this is the first time I've ever gotten the full exam. My past exams have been for glasses only. I thought the staff was professional, and though I haven't gotten the glasses yet I'm sure they'll be better than the last. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. All in all it wasn't bad at all. Best of all, my insurance worked better this year than two years ago at another place. Everyone was professional, as expected. And I figured the glasses would be a lot but they were reasonably priced, too. I wish I had taken longer, or come back. But that's on me. I was tired for some reason.

By far the worst experience I've had at any doctor's office. Very impersonal, rushed, and unprofessional. The nurse who took me back was rude, unhelpful, and didn't perform the eye tests correctly which lead to the Dr. Jackson misinforming me as well. Dr. Jackson's visit with me lasted all of about 5 minutes. All of about 30 seconds was spent actually looking at my eyes in total.

Dr. Jackson was awesome! He really took the time to take care of me. Points that stood out to me about his kind personality was the fist bump as an introduction and he wore cowboy boots! :D

I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson! This was my first visit, and not only was he great, but the staff from check in to check out were excellent as well. He was very professional and kind.

I had a problem with my eye a few years ago & went to Dr. Jackson & ended up having an ulcer in my eye. I loved how he thoroughly explained everything to me. I have continued going to him since.

The staff is so nice and friendly. Dr.Jackson is professional, friendly and takes time to listen to concerns or answer whatever questions I may have. I never feel rushed. So thankful for this practice and Dr.Jackson!
