I came into the ER with my elderly mother who has medical and memory issues. She also doesn't understand everything, she is going to be 89 soon. I gave the admitting nurse the background for the visit and when Dr Hunter came in he totally dismissed me and ignored me. I found him very rude. The lab results that were done did not even show up on our discharge papers!
