Doctor Horwitz is well versed in his field and always takes his time with me as a patient. He explains things in a non-complicated manner and gives me options with no pressure on choice.

Dr. Horwitz is an outstanding doctor with an excellent ability to communicate in an understandable manner with patients. I appreciate both him and the staff at KCUC.

Very nice receptions. Helpful nurses. I like the doctor’s manner.

From the receptionist to nursing staff along with the dr. All we’re very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr Horowitz took his time with me and explained all options well. He was very personable.

Dr. Horwitz is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He explains everything so you know exactly what is going on and answers all of your questions. He puts you at ease and comfortable. Great staff and facility!

Dr Horwitz was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, asked me if I had questions and talked me through MANY options I had. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me with the issues I have been having for years and other doctors seemed to act like it was just normal! The reception staff was also amazing and friendly! The nurse doing my labs before I left was professional and upbeat! My entire experience at this office was completely uplifting and wonderful!

As an RN, I was embarrassed for him as he was using 'pee hole' instead of urethra meatus. Know your patient, Dr. Horwitz. Your professional demeanor has been lost on me.

Thorough in his explanation of test results. Only thing we have to “criticize” is he talks a little fast and had to ask again to explain.

Dr Horwitz is an outstanding Doctor! The office staff is a circus ! I was lied to twice about a simple prescription error! Once by the office supervisor. Don’t expect call backs or updates on your lab work because you won’t get them. And if you confront the office staff about their mistakes they have you escorted out!

Dr Horowitz is very personable and very thorough. He listens and keeps an open mind to what you are saying. Would totally suggest him to others.

I was very nervous what was happening to my body. Dr. Horiwitz spent ample time with me during my visit explaining what was going on and how we would proceed to fix things. I am glad he is my urologist.

I've seen alot of doctors in my 51 years but Dr. Horwitz by far is the best one i've seen yet. He didn't rush me, he stayed and answered all our questions, not to mention he has one hell of a personality. Very funny and personable guy. I recommend him and glad I was referred to him.

I've been a patient of the Doctor for a number of years, as has my wife. We are both quite satisfied with his surgical skills and his "bedside" manner. I find him quite affable and easy to talk with. No $100.00 words.

I love Dr. Horwitz & his staff. They are always so friendly. Dr. Horwitz always has time to answer any questions & explain the why of any of his directions. This may explain the long wait times to see him for your appointment. It not unusual to get in 30 - 45 minutes after your appointment, but his smile & attitude make it worthwhile. A. Great medical professionals

The doc takes his time with you and really presents topics in an easy to understand manner.

Very efficient and friendly. Doctor Horowitz took time to answer questions and explain possible procedures. Feel very comfortable with him and the staff. Would recommend them highly and without any conditions

I don’t feel listened to very well by Dr. Horowitz. I feel like I’m talked over in a patronizing fashion. I stayed with him a year because I know some personalities just don’t jive at first but, things never improved. I’d rather not list specifics at this point. And I’d like to make clear that I’m not judging him negatively as a person or meaning to cast doubt on his skills. But, do feel inclined to mention that if you’re a person who identifies as female, this is likely not the provider for you. As women, we can’t be patronized or made to feel less than by our medical providers and institutions anymore. I’ll end on a positive note by saying his surgical skill and knowledge seems to be very good. I did see other physicians deferring to him for additional opinions on who they were treating.

Dr Horwitz and staff are great! Compassionate and sensitive My primary concern is the wait time. Dr Horwitz always takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and spend time with his patients. However sometimes this means lengthy delays. For example my appointment was for 3:30pm. I arrived early to make sure paper work was filled out and up to date but did not get in to see him until well after 4:00 pm. More than a 30 minute wait. Close to an hour wait.
