Rushes you in and out. Over 4 visits probably spent a total of 5 minutes speaking with him. Doesn’t even sit down for your appointment or close the door. I had to track him down around the office each time after he left to get next steps. Hard not to think he’s just cramming as many patients in as possible.

Friendly courteous staff from check in through to checkout. Dr. Horner was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent service all around.

Waited almost two hours past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. I was put in a glorified storage room that contains three exam tables separated by thin curtains. The doctor came into the room and went to a different patient, asking about the injury. She was confused because she was not injured the same way I was. I heard the entire conversation. So much for privacy. The doctor returned a few minutes later and said I was “hiding” in the farthest exam bay. He looked at my injured area, said it would just take more time to heal, and that was it. Two plus hours of my time wasted. Great visit.i was seen by a Nurse and Dr Horner.X-rays were taken and consultation was meaningful

I don't like not being able to go into the room with Van. I take care of all her medical needs and not being in there has a large negative effect.

It is very difficult to see Dr Horner. The 2nd visit I waited well over an hour just for him to meet me for 5 minutes and tell me to come back in 3 weeks. Then 2 of my scheduled appointments were canceled and I finally had an appointment today however he was running behind so I had to reschedule because I could not keep waiting. I would recommend looking for another doctor. It is very difficult to see Dr Horner. Dr. Horner was great but waiting over an hour past my appointment time was far from great.

I waited in the waiting room for 22 minutes. Then I got called back and waited in the exam from for 30 minutes just for him to sit down for barely 30 SECONDS to tell me he is going to request a PRP that was already suggested previously as an option of care. It was a complete waste of my time and could have been a virtual visit. Not only that but my arm brace and physical therapy that was already approved by my claims adjusters was not sent over so that I can start PT or get my brace. Had a very horrible experience with this facility. Doctor suggested me a PRP injection for my Golfers elbow pain and my insurance is ready to pay for it and their facility is part of the network but the staff is forcing me to pay by cash ($800). Now they are not replying to my phone calls/voice mails nor ready to share my own x rays.

Today I arrived a tad early for my appointment, yet I had to sit and wait for 1.5 hrs to be seen by the doctor. I strongly feel that this place over schedules !! Every patient deserves time with the doctor to ask questions or talk about their concerns. I saw my doctor for about 2 minutes!! Done . Of course, it was getting late ... Had to squeeze all of the remaining patients in. Not happy about today. I need to go back , what he ordered me to do will not work. He never talked to me about my occupation.... I hope TVO will lighten their schedules so us patients get the scheduled time with our doctor. I went to Dr. Horner for a 2nd opinion after my first doctor recommended surgery. He was amazing! Professional, courteous and took the time to explain how I was diagnosed incorrectly and went over things my first doctor hadn't touched on. I would recommend Dr. Horner wholeheartedly!

My visit on 4/28/21 was with Dr. Horner’s Nurse Practitioner. She was very courteous and very helpful. She listened to my concerns and made great recommendations.

No. My experience was horrific. I went for a PRP treatment and they didn’t wear gloves when they tried to take my blood. 3 people including the doctor tried to take my blood, wiithout gloves! They poked me several times without actually drawing blood. I freaked out and had to leave, never getting the treatment! I will never go back or recommend this practice to anyone.

My visit was with his DO. I didn’t see him at all. Although surprised that he didn’t step into the room. I was pleased with my visit with her once again. She was very knowledgeable of my injury and I appreciated her taking the time to figure out some treatments for me.

Office visit was great but just a little bit longer visit than I expected.. The staff members are nice as well..

Very friendly environment, all personnel are very friendly.

First visit, I waited almost an hour to see Dr. Horner. I spoke with him for 5 minutes, and I got a visit summary stating he spent 1 hour with me. Scheduled follow up 6 weeks later, per recommendation. Was called a few weeks prior to say Dr will be on vacation, best option was PA 8 weeks out. Got several e.mails/texts to confirm appt - which I did. Arrived for appt, and waited in exam room for 45 minute before leaving. Asked to reschedule and was told 2 months out. TOTAL DISRESPECT OF PATIENT TIME.

Constant cancellations by him, over hour wait times, no bedside manner or concern, and repeat visits for money..stay away

HORRIBLE! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and his assistants are incompetent! We were told several times that the surgery he recommended was covered. We triple checked this information with his terrible assistants. He doesn't even talk to you or care about you. Its obvious he only cares about the money. Low and behold 6 months later we received a bill from the anesthesiologist for $1400.00 and over a year and a half later we are receiving a bill for 5K. If this doesn't get rectified we will be filing a law suit and I will make sure we go class action so that anyone who's ever been screwed by him and his facilities get their money back as well. As for the facility, its terrible as well. You have nurses more concerned about what they are getting from their work Kris Kringle then fitting their patients with correct devices. He is an awful doctor. He seems to only be about money. He hardly talks to you, doesn't go over necessary information, and allows his TERRIBLE assistants handle everything. These assistants scheduled my husbands surgery and told us it was 100% covered by insurance. Because his assistant Stephanie seemed incompetent we check 3 times to BE 100% positive that this was covered! We even asked the facility before any surgery took place. Low and behold we received a bill from the Tracy Surgery center.

He is the most awful and arrogant SOB you can ever come across in your lifetime. After making me wait more than 90 minutes for the appointment, he walked into the room, did not even examine me, never made any eye contact let alone say hello, and just looking at the charts, he said, "Surgery. There's nothing I can do for you but surgery." And then walked out of the room before I can respond to his utterance. Did I mention, he didn't even close the door so everyone could hear him?

Worst experience, he'll spend about 3 to 5 mins with me, he never knows why I'm even there since he never looks at my chart. Would give him less than 1 star if I could. He says he's checking on something, leaves & never comes bk. Twice I came out to the hall & he was putting his jacket on & leaving the office! Wow.. So uncaring, totally not doing this because he cares. He'll offer meds, cortisone shot, sent me to physical therapy with WRONG info, they were going treat the wrong body part. Beware

Worst doctor I’ve EVER been to. First visit, waited an hour. He poked the lump in my wrist, and said, “I don’t think that’s a ganglion cyst. We need an MRI,” and left. Visit was less than 3 minutes. MRI cost us $300 out of pocket (plus $20 each copay). Second visit, waited over an hour. No MRI results, but he said I just needed a cortisone shot. So why the MRI? Week later, hand still bruised and painful. He is incompetent, uncaring, and arrogant—a dangerous combination. STAY AWAY!
