The best most professional Dentist and staff I have ever had.

The "business" of Gregory Freed DDS conducted a fraudulent service/billing scheme against my family for a duration of five months (beginning October 2022). Myself and members of my family were long term patients, and in October received a new dental insurance plan from our employer; the "business" of Gregory Freed DDS confirmed on multiple occasions that they accepted this new insurance plan. They then treated myself and my children from October 2022 to January 2023 - assuring us before and after each treatment that the services were fully covered by our insurance plan. They continued to schedule us for subsequent appointments and even had my husband booked for treatments this week knowing full well that they were illegally and deceptively charging us for the full cost of the services without our knowledge.

I am 56 years old and I never felt comfortable going to the dentist until I was treated by Dr. Freed. Dr. Freed will talk to you, not dentist or doctor to patient, but person to person. He will ask you if you have any questions, he cares about his patients. He’s got very gentle hands and the epitome of professionalism. His whole staff is very professional as well. Always top notch and with the covid situation there is no fear of going into the office or any of the dental chairs. This dental practice has been and continues to be the best in Orange County. First name basis with staff and they are willing to chat a bit before the exam or dental cleaning process.

Let me be Honest!! I am a tough patient to handle when it comes to a dentist. This is because of my previous 2 encounters with dentists. I was initially scared to go and see Dr Freed, because of my horrible experiences in the past.The staff (Tina and Sasha) are two amazing people, extremely friendly and the whole process of getting Md's appointment, taking X-ray's, taking care of the insurance goes really smooth. Dr Freed is a very calm and has great bed side manners. Truly Professional.
